I travel a lot. I visit Warsaw dozens of times a year. As a rule, these are hotels. But thanks to the fact that yesterday's prices of hotels such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, and Royal Tulip soared to PLN 600-800 per night, I decided to look for a cheaper alternative without compromising on quality. Imagine my surprise when, next to my favorite Warsaw Brewery in Warsaw, I booked an apartment (bedroom + living room + bathroom + fully equipped kitchen) at a very reasonable price. I received from the lovely Mrs. Aleksandra - the facility's manager - instructions on how to collect the keys from the reception, enter the garage (believe me that without it I would be wandering under these skyscrapers ;)) and all the necessary information related to my stay. I was there on business, but I will definitely go back there for private purposes. I highly recommend it

Bardzo czyste pokoje, pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tak dbałością o każdy szczegół, z racji swojej pracy korzystam przynajmniej raz w miesiącu z różnych ofert hotelowych i jak najbardziej mogę z czystego sumienia ten polecić! Jakość i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie

Świetny i bardzo udany pobyt. Bardzo miły personel, który objął nas troskliwą opieka. Apartamenty bardzo czyste i zadbane. Świetna lokalizacja i w pobliżu wiele sklepów oraz punktów usługowych. Parking w garażu podziemnym bardzo wygodny -by wsiąść do auta nie trzeba wychodzić z budynku. Z czystym sercem polecam 🙂🙂

Jestesmy stalymi klientami, ktorzy zwiedzili prawie kazdy juz teraz mozna powiedziec apartament od tej firmy. Bardzo czysto, przewiewnie, nie smierdzi jak sie zdarzylo u konkurencji. Wszystko jest zadbane, nie jest obite ani poniszczone. Mini minusem jest regulacja wody pod prysznicem, ale to maly pikus w porownaniu z tym jak bywa w innych apartamentach od innych firm. Czy polecam? Tak w 100%. Cena jest bardzo adekwatna do jakosci oraz do widokow. Bardzo blisko jest rowniez do centrum, obok sa browary. Okolica, czystosc, wyglad apartamentu bardzo oddaje.

The apartment itself is in a nice, pleasant style, very clean, comfortable bed, ability to regulate the temperature according to your preferences, good location. Unfortunately, the reception staff still need to learn a lot and... first of all, there should be someone there, the gentlemen work like a punishment and are grumpy. One may get the impression that their free time has been interrupted. We left two pieces of luggage for storage, and when we returned to pick them up and get the key to the apartment, we found no one there, so, hoping that the cameras were working, we picked them up ourselves. Then look for a second reception in some other "tower", no signs where to go.

Best short-term rent apartments I have ever experienced.

This company is magical, they make my trip to Poland always pleasurable, either it’s for work or to see friends. Great attention to detail, friendly and professional speaking English staff which can be rare in Poland sometimes. I was abit worried in the start as my expectations are high, for hygiene and the comfortably of the overall facilities in the apartment but this company really delivered every time I visit. The prices are good for the area and overall quality of the rooms available, if you book direct then you will get additional discount. The manger took control from start to end, and always available on WhatsApp if you need any assistance. Amazing overall experience, great team who you can trust and make you feel at ease with a home like feeling. The place is always clean and all high tech equipment, the location is also convenient for business or pleasure. This company makes you feel like part of the family here in Warsaw, so this will now be my go to place when I’m in Poland. Keep it up, and see you again very soon.

For family trips it's a perfect hotel for stay. One of the best in Warsaw. What we liked is that it's located in the city centre and it's easy to get to all interesting places in Warsaw. The view is amazing. Our apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary stuff. Manager helped us a lot during our stay.

Aleksandra and her husband are awesome people that provided me great service. The apartment is amazing, and I strongly recommend getting the penthouse. 5 stars!

My mother and I went on a business trip. The lady offered us an apartment on the 19th floor. Great views!❤️ Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and very clean. All the equipment is inside, including a set for making coffee and tea. The service lady was wonderful, nice, and contact was easy. The location is also very good. If I go to Warsaw again, I will definitely choose your facility. I recommend to everyone! I want to come back to such people and places 🙃

I give maximum stars on everything! Our apartment on the 14th floor is gorgeous! In addition to the spectacular view, everything else was also looked after very well. There were 4 of us in an apartment with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. Even the well-kept common areas! At the reception there is always someone ready to help you in case of need. They helped us to find great nearby bars, restaurants, taxis. Then there is Aleksandra! I have never felt so comfortable with a person in any hotel! Whatever problem there may have been, she was ready to help you. I'm only sorry that I wasn't able to meet her in person. Maybe next time! I would happily return and recommend everyone to try this experience. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Staying in a rented apartment is unfortunately far from a positive opinion. When it comes to the facility's strengths, it is definitely the location (a wide selection of restaurants, a grocery store in the same building) and that's it. Cleanliness is definitely a weak point, there is dust and hair flying on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen has not been washed for a long time. It's cold in the apartment on the 10th floor because the windows are not tight, there are huge gaps and you can hear the wind blowing, The curtains were flying as if the window were open. I definitely don't recommend it.

Wspaniała lokalizacja (plus widok z okna!) i bardzo dobre wyposażenie oraz doskonały kontakt z menedżerką to niewątpliwe zalety tego obiektu. Zdecydowanie godny polecenia.

Wszystko perfekcyjnie, lokalizacja; wszędzie blisko, apartament jak na zdjęciach, czyściutko, nic nie brakuje, super balkon z pięknym widokiem. Kontakt z panią Aleksandrą perfekcyjny. Odpowiada na każde pytanie po 5 sekundach. Żadnych problemów. Wszystko zorganizowane. Cena do jakości, top, ciężko znaleźć lepiej w Warszawie. Spokój i cisza. Polecam, na pewno jeszcze wrócę.

Totul la superlativ!! O locație de vizitat și închiriat, oricând revenimn in Varsovia. Situata în centrul de afaceri al orașului, are absolut toate facilitățile. Apartamentele sunt excelente, iar serviciile ireproșabile. Galerii comerciale, restaurante cu absolut toate bucătăriile Lumii, sunt la doar 3-4 minute de mers pe jos. Centrul istoric este la 15 minute distanta. O priveliște care îți Take răsuflarea se așterne în fata ochilor, de la geamurile fiecărui apartament.

Polecam serdecznie apartament w którym byliśmy w tym tygodniu, znajdował się na 16 piętrze. Był bardzo czysty, przestronny, znajdowało się w nim wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, 15 minut piechota od centrum. Świetną opcją jest parking w garażu podziemnym pod budynkiem. Bardzo miła obsługa . Na pewno wrócimy ;)

Mieliśmy przyjemność spędzić cudowny weekend w tymże miejscu. Apartament który zarezerwowaliśmy w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie znajdowało się na 14 piętrze i oferowało piękny widok na miasto. Posiadał bardzo dużo miejsca i był w pełni wyposażony. Niczego nam nie brakowało a na wszelkie pytania obsługa odpowiadała w bardzo błyskawicznym czasie. Naprawdę warto było zatrzymać się w tym miejscu!! POLECAM :)

Świetne miejsce na pobyt biznesowy. Wynajęliśmy kilka apartamentów dla naszych pracowników z Chin i jesteśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni i niezmiernie zadowoleni. Apartamenty były w pełni wyposażone, bardzo czyste i przystosowane na dłuższy pobyt. Lokalizacja jest świetna. Do centrum zaledwie 6 minut autem. W pobliżu jest mnóstwo lokali usługowych i Browary Warszawskie gdzie można zjeść lunch. Apartamenty te to idealny wybór dla pobytu biznesowego jak i długoterminowego. Polecamy i dziękujemy!:)

Świetny pobyt w jednej z najlepszych lokalizacji w Warszawie🙂 Bardzo czyste apartamenty, pięknie urządzone, a do tego w pełni wyposażone. Na duży plus są dostępne kapcie w aprtamnecie oraz dostęp do garażu podziemnego gdzie w dobrej cenie mogliśmy zaparkować auto. Do tego bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa.. Wszystko na duży plus. Great location in the heart of Warsaw, many tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. The apartments are comfortable and decorated in a modern style. And the icing on the cake is a phenomenal view from the window of the city skyline, resting in such a place is pure pleasure. I definitely recommend it and will visit this place again and again! :)

I use the company's services regularly when I am in Warsaw, even recently for a long-term rental, and I am always very satisfied with the service. The rooms are well-kept and regularly cleaned, the air conditioning works, everything is close. If someone is looking for accommodation in Warsaw, I can wholeheartedly recommend it, because for hotel rooms of this size / apartments in 4/5 * hotels you often have to pay 4 times as much.
