Awesome hotel. The best breakfast buffet and the views were great!

Nice ambiance hotel, rather huge actually. Everything was fine, pleasant rooms of fair size. The hotel is clean and proper all thru. Nice lobby, bar/restaurant and Spa facility however small. Only complaint was the pillows in bed, no filling at all and no pillow selection at the reception, like in some better 4-5 star hotels. A personal preference of course but it makes a difference when it comes to comfort.

Hotel was clean, the smell everywhere was also nice, nothing dirty. Rooms good enough and also there could be free unlimited water, not just 1 small bottle. Location is perfect and the personnel could be a bit better maybe but they are nice enough, not rude. This hotel is a good choice. Found a little bad thing about the room, which does not really matter but I will still include it (door is a bit scraped in the bathroom). Also during the breakfast there could be pancakes.

One of the only old 'grand hotels' that remained intact after WW2. Dates back to 1913 and is a grand building. Rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. Checking in and out was a bit slow. Location is perfect for exploring Warsaw as close to public transport and close to the iconic PKiN building. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historic hotel in a great location in Warsaw. Front of house was super friendly and efficient. Nice rooms, service, and great add on breakfast option which was well worth the price. Had an excellent massage in the spa, and was provided a private tour guide of the city, for an additional cost. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This really is a superb hotel in every way. The central atrium style lobby is stunning, and filled with light and elegant furniture. The people on reception are all very attentive and professional. The hotel bar is really attractive with a delicious menu with great prices. I had their giant prawns linguine and it was wonderful. And at £11, perfect! Our room was like a mini suite but it was really just a standard room. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and large, and we had a huge bathroom with a tub and shower. The decoration throughout is elegant, tastefully understated and feels rich. It's in the modern part of town but there's lots of interesting restaurants, pubs and shopping just across the street. A 3 day travel card is about £7 and you can easily get around Warsaw this way without having to take taxis everywhere.

Lovely hotel in a historic building. The breakfasts are smashing - really enjoyed the selection from herring to porridge. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Right across from public transport which will take you anywhere in Poland and beyond. Also found to be great value for money. Highly recommended.

Very good location in city centre near Palace of Culture and Science. Hotel is very cozy, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, a lot of fresh fruit and lots of pastries, also very tasty food in Lobby bar. The staff in hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our room had everything you need for comfortable staying, also the view was amazing. We had a great time here. Definitely worth the visit.

I love the hotel it was a great choice. Prime location, staff is great and available all the time, rooms are good with everything we needed and most importantly clean We were expecting value for money we definitely received more so that is much appreciated.

Excellent hotel. 30 mins drive from Airport. Downtown Warsaw across Culture Palace. Can tour the downtown by walk. I would come again.

Everything was clean and spacious. Staff is incredibly friendly. Also is quite close to old town. It’s a 30 mins walk. Lastly the food for breakfast and in the restaurant was very tasty.

I'm happy for choosing this place. Nice, quiet hotel with plenty of rooms, but it doesn't look like it from the outside. Spacious lobby and discrete hi-tech solutions hid behind old fashion look. In the heart of Warsaw.

I have NEVER given a 5-star review for a hotel because hotel operations are complex and consist of several different categories of service. It is nearly impossible to get EVERYTHING right in a hotel. Hotel Polonia Palace is my FIRST 5-STAR HOTEL RATING EVER! The following are 5-star ratings: location, room quality and cleanliness, food quality and portion size, room service, and guest reception. All are outstanding. The food is outstanding and well-prepared . Presentation is excellent. Drinks are strong and there are many choices; 4 pages of the menu are drink options. Location could not be better, across from a huge mall and wonderful views of downtown Warsaw. The only 4-star rating is for double deluxe room size; it's a bit smaller than normal, but it is certainly adequate. Hotel staff are well-trained and fast to satisfy. Internet speed is the fastest I have EVER seen in a hotel. Reception was perfect. Staff was perfect. Spa, sauna, and exercise rooms were perfect. We arranged for massages and got a call back in 5 minutes. Massages are done by a 3rd party but are excellent. Everyone speaks fluent English. There is nothing that could be done better here at Hotel Polonia Palace. It is near perfection.

A renovated old school hotel conveniently located in the center of Warsaw. Great room, clean, staff is helpful. Metro station and trams right outside the hotel.

Beautiful place and the hotel has great service. Delicious food in the restaurant. Very good placement near a mall and different interesting places and park zones. Walking distance to the subway and public transport will deliver you rapidly to the necessary place in any point of Warsaw, including the railway stations. 👏

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Polonia Palace very much. Great location of the hotel, excellent breakfast. We will definitely visit again. The only tiny cons could be that trash bins were not taken out during our weekend stay. But this does not change anything on the fact that Polonia Palace is a great choice for accommodation if you are visiting Warsaw.

Very friendly service, nice rooms and very clean. Maybe the rooms to the street are a bit loud but it was ok for me. The breakfast offers various things in good quality (3.5/5) but overall the experience was very good

I was in Warsaw for a work trip and the work booked me the hotel. I am so glad they did as Hotel Polonia Palace is amazing. Lovely hotel, great location (it is in the middle of everything such as restaurants, bars and shopping are five minutes away. Old Town is also 30 minutes away by foot, which is walking distance in my opinion) and the staff is really friendly. Their breakfast and dinner were delicious. I needed a taxi to the airport 4 in the morning and they arranged that too. Thank you!

Be sure to wear clothes screaming that you are rich enough, otherwise your appearance will be frowned upon at the reception desk. Or maybe my mistake was to say hello in Polish, I don't know. I've not been greeted back. I've been asked to pay my bill in advance before checking in. After saying that it was the first time in my life when the hotel asked me to pay the bill during check-in and what about extra services, she responded, "Oh really? In hotels like this one, you are supposed to pay first. " No, you do not, especially in hotels like this. Do you guys think that your guests are dumb and don't know that the personnel is thinking less of some of your guests for some reason? The attitude suddenly changed, though, when I paid by a card issued in Swiss Franks. Pathetic. I was not even greeted back a few times by a staff showing me the table during breakfast. I will not go back to a place where I'm clearly not welcomed. In the hotel, only cleaning ladies and a person I was speaking to during the check-out were polite. By the way, he said: "I see you paid for everything during the check-in." Lol. 4 star hotel my A. Dissatisfied.

Price was reasonable. Accommodations felt adequate. Only thing I’d knock stars off for (which I can’t because this is an overall trend) is having “double” beds be two twin beds pushed together. There’s no practical reason in this hotel why a “double” room can’t be a Queen or king size mattress. Outside of that - the hotel does give a bit of Las Vegas vibes. No smell of smoke or whatnot - just the aesthetic.

Some signs of time, but still a very proper, old-school grand hotel with a unique soul.The history behind this building is very special.There's, I think, a great value for money, as the hotel is 4 star, but still not as pricey as the competitors at the same street. The warmth steaming from the staff is very cool to feel. I really like the service provided at the wellness centre, bar, and of course the reception which resolved an issue we had with a previous room by providing us with a new one. I loved the voucher for one free drink at the bar! Such a nice touch of luxury:)

Great location, grand building and exceptionally clean rooms. Why 4 stars then? On check in the girl, who I was polite to, was abrupt … not even explaining where the lift was (she fawned over the previous check in person though for some reason). I am quick, passport ready and efficient so not sure what her problem was. Same girl I needed to speak to regarding air conditioning having turned off (the following day) she says someone will be there very soon - an hour and a half later (when she has obviously finished her shift) no one has turned up so I go to reception to follow up again (the night duty manager had it sorted within 5 minutes and was very helpful). I am not sure what the other girls problem is but she is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Cosy and beautiful hotel right in the heart of Warsaw. Rooms are good size, pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is located just outside the underground (metro, tube) station of line M1 or 15min walking distance to the central underground station where You can choose either from M1 or M2 line. Walking distance approx. (20-30min) to the Old Town. Well connected by public transport to the Okecie Airport, just outside the train central station (Warszawa Centralna). Pricey? Yes, You pay for the standard and location.

I have been staying in Polonia Palace Hotel on many occasions over last 10 years or so. I have never had anything to be unhappy about. Rooms are always very clean, beds comfortable, aircon working well, reception and restaurant staff polite and helpful, great breakfast and lobby bar food ( steak tartare - yummy ). Lobby is grand with beautiful decor and palms adding splendour.

Fantastic renovation job there. Lobby is a must see and admire . Very nice business meeting place in a lobby bar just upon the entrance. Friendly staff!

Really really clean, polite and welcoming. We stayed here for 2 nights and it is better than we expected! Superior double room i great. We would only have preferred shower in stead of tub plus shower. Breakfast is fresh delightful ant various. Highly recommended!

Very luxurious place. Perfectly clean and organized. Staff was very kind and helpful! Food was delicious and the prices weren't too high. During our stay there, we learned that the building of today's Hotel Polonia Palace was one of few (if not the only one) in Warsaw that wasn't completely destroyed in World War II. It's very close to the city center.

The Polonia Palace makes every Warsaw visit a pleasure. Whether it's the spacious rooms, the great service, the art nouveau decor, or the cornucopia of deliciousness that they call breakfast. I don't know, but it's a great place to stay.

The hotel is nicely situated and the accommodations and dining was exceptional. I would recommend this facility to other travelers wishing a pleasant stay in Warsaw.

Beautiful hotel! I very much enjoyed my stay! We were provided with a complementary drink at the bar in the first day as well as fresh bottle of water in our room everyday! The room was beautiful and spacious. The location is also perfect - right outside of the Palace of Culture and Science 👌🏻 It is definitely in my top 10 hotels! ⭐️

Strategically located hotel, close to good restaurants, malls and park. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities. The temperature of the room was just nice and comfortable, in the middle of winter. The only issue I had was with the pillows, one was too small and the other one too high. Other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Well if you know Warszawa, you know that you should stay here at least one time. If don't know Warszawa you have two options, Mariot or polonia. I did have a chance to try both and I can really recommend Polonia. It's calm and really cheap.

When considering a hotel, you always take into account multiple things. In Polonia Palace you can take for granted it’s beautiful historical architecture and it’s tidy rooms which are cleaned daily. It offers a great breakfast with quite a variety of different foods and drinks. The restaurant is on top of its class! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. What the hotel lacks however in my opinion is proper garage space. The one that is being offered is a parking spot on the outside with no guard and accessible even to everyone walking by. Please consider this if you need to leave your car there. Other than that, it’s a great hotel with even better location! Couldn’t be more in center than here :)

I had a nice and pleasant stay at the Polonia Palace. The room was great. A big plus was the sensible air conditioning. Other Hotels tend to cook or freeze you. The breakfast is outstanding and so is the location near the center. I can recommend it 👌

A perfectly located hotel for a reasonable price. Minutes or seconds away from bus or tram stop, and many cafes and small groceries are nearby. Most rooms should come with mini fridges in case you’d like to buy something at the store. Staff was kind enough to let me check in early and check out late. The lobby is elegant and has two street exists. If I visit Warsaw again, I would definitely consider staying here again as my first option.

Spectacular! Location is perfect — not only in an area with lots of shops and restaurants, but also located next to the primary public transportation hubs. Service was phenomenal, especially the housekeeping staff. It was the perfect place to stay in Warsaw and we’ll certainly be back.

We loved our stay there. Location is perfect, everything is very nice. The staff is very kind too, helping to the best of their possibility. We just didn't find the pillows too comfortable, but it is a detail.

I stayed there for one night of stop over. They gave me the room with city view after asking me. I didn’t care about the noise. Room was neat. Slippers, Sleeping gowns are well equipped. (+ two bottles of water)
