I've tried to terminate my agreement and not to pay anymore because i found a new place for myself. But they were pushing me not to terminate it. I have paid 7 months additionally for nothing. When they need money they contact immediately but to service or to clear up my situation there is nothing. I gave 1 because there is no 0.

I would definitely not give a 1 star. Its theft!!! They don’t cancel your contract and they keep taking money from your bank acc! They block your membership card, then keep adding amounts that you have to pay! This is ridiculous!!! Never seen such unprofessionalism !!!!!!

These are scammers! Be careful! Meen has already expired his contract with them, and they continue to withdraw money from my card. There is not enough money on this card and that's all I have.

One of the 4 McFIT gyms in Warsaw and, in my opinion, probably the best equipped of all of them. It is open 24 hours a day and occupies two floors of the Atlas Tower (first and second floors) at Plac Zawiszy. For people starting their adventure with the gym, at the reception there are business cards of personal trainers cooperating with this chain, which (it is worth mentioning) is not covered by Fit Profit or Multisport subscriptions.

This was ok gym. First time was free. I used free weights and some core workout stuff. Service was easy and friendly. Gym is located in a tower that has an grocery store, costa coffee, barbershop etc. plus there was a shop that sells whey protein and vegan proteins. I found this useful as I ran out of protein supplement on the same day. Gym’s showers are not in the greatest condition but it was ok.

Nice clean space w good, medium quality equipment. Staff very informative and professional however I would not recommended local personal trainers as it looks like they are more busy w they mobile phones during the training w clients then actually focus on customer. Changing rooms very busy and fully occupied at pick hours, some over the top PT even eat they meals there between sweat, stinky socks and undies, well, bon appetite !

It is nice gym and well equipped but is unbeleviable the lack of maintenance here. I think with such amount of members coming there, requires more often cleaning shower area, bathrooms, lamps in all space etc. I am going there only is because so close to my house, if it wasnt, I never would like to make workouts there.

5 months ago I registered for only 1 month. Despite this, they asked me for bank account information and said that if I did not give my bank account information, they would not be able to register at the gym. I gave too. After going to the gym for 1 month, I was abroad for 4 months. After 5 months, within a day, a payment of 130 zloty 4 times and 100 zloty for a total of 620 zloty was taken from my bank account. They scammed me where I registered for only 1 month. When I went to the mcfit about this issue, they said I had to send an e-mail about this situation and they sent me out. When I called them on the phone, no one spoke English and they were telling me to send an e-mail. I wrote to their e-mail address 3 times that they continued my 1-month membership without my permission and they took my payment, that I wanted to cancel my membership, and no one answered. Never become a member of mcfit. You have to make monthly and unending payments. I still cant cancel my membership and no one helps.

The equipment is okay the people that go to the gym and work at front desk are great to however the contract system and the people that deal with it via email are completely usless the system needs to be changed.

Lots of equipment and no crowds are positives. Negatives - not very clean, crushed, sticky candy in the women's locker room which was cleaned up after a few days. The F10 abdominal muscle exerciser was broken for the fourth week. To improve the politeness and communication skills of the staff. You can't talk about contracts, they put a piece of paper with a list under your nose and that's it. They don't know that you respond to "hello" and "goodbye" to the customer. There is often a strong stench, as if a septic tank had burst. Customers entering the locker room do not know that "good morning" is said or, worse still, they do not respond. But, unfortunately, the gym has no influence on this. Could someone please take the time to check the treadmills sometime? Either they don't work at all or the lifting function doesn't work. Half of the treadmills have a problem that lasts for weeks.

It's been over a month!! The second one on the left is also damaged, is it difficult to check the hardware? . Terrible attitude towards work UPD: 1 of 2 has been fixed. THE OTHER one doesn't, so...

not in a hurry to repair equipment.

Racist staff! The lady at the reception denied my daily pass entry because I was hold arabic ID.

Scammers. Be careful when you make a contract with them. Just buy Beactive Card and use their gym instead.

Great gym! Visiting Warsaw and am impressed by this clean and well stocked gym. Normally training in German Mc Fit‘s. This one is the best I‘ve been to so far.

People don't wear a change of shoes and no one checks it, the floor is sometimes dirty. There is no massage roller, although there was one in other rooms.

Spacious and very nice interior, but they have insufficient ventilation. The mens locker rooms have a very heavy smell, same as the power lifting space. Due to this I do not recommend at the price they charge.

One of the best fitness center I've seen. Everything is clean and new, and you can find all the training equipment and machines you could wish. Especially I like that the fitness center is divided in many small sectors where you can train different muscle groups. There are really good stretching rooms too. Good atmosphere, I can recommend this place!

This is not a nice gym be careful don’t go there because they will tell you to sign the contract and they will not even tell you that you don’t have the right to end it later they will keep on adding money and taking your money my advice would be don’t use this gym they are unprofessional just look for other gyms not Mcfit

Clean and quite good space available, the only thing I disliked are 2 equipment requiring some maintenance, despite that I recommend this gym.
