Extremely Disappointing Experience at Indigo Hotel recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Indigo Hotel over the weekend, and I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. The hotel's proximity to a nearby discotheque, which operates until the early hours of the morning, made my stay an absolute nightmare. The incessant pounding bass from the nearby nightclub persisted until 7 o'clock in the morning, leaving me utterly sleep-deprived. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the hotel staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful. It is baffling how a hotel can continue to rent out rooms on weekends when it is well aware that guests will be unable to get any rest due to the disruptive noise. As someone who had to work the next day, the sleepless night took a toll on my productivity and well-being. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past, but I have never encountered such a disregard for guests' comfort and basic needs. The fact that my complaint email, requesting compensation for the ordeal, was blatantly ignored only adds insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone seeking peace and comfort to steer clear of the Indigo Hotel. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I can confidently say that I will never consider booking a room at this establishment again. The lack of concern for guests' well-being and the unresponsiveness to complaints make it clear that this hotel prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I want to extend my sincere thanks to the manager for her exceptional service and for going above and beyond to rectify the situation. The half of the money was payed back.

I had a wonderful stay here. All staff were amazingly accommodating, smiling and polite. The room was spacious and clean and it's in a fantastic location to go out and explore Warsaw. The breakfast is fantastic and worth having everyday. The only place I'll ever stay when I come to Warsaw. Thank you.

Staff is wonderful, hotel is beautiful but the location is not good if you value sleep. During the week it's fine. But weekends outward facing rooms share a lot with either micro bars or a nightclub. Both of which are hopping until 4am. The staff again was gracious and let us sleep in an interior room but having to move in the middle of the night is not ideal. The neighborhood is cute but I'll be staying at the other end of it at the Bristol next time.

I absolutely loved the hotel! Almost everything about my stay was perfect. First of all, I would like to point out that the hotel has a very nice location in the city center right next to the main street-Promenade called Nowy Swiat. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops around. Also, the main train station of Warsaw is very close. A taxi ride to there is only 5 min. The hotel’s design is wonderful! The hotel is located inside of an old historic building, but everything outside and inside is renovated. The hotel lobby looks gorgeous! My check-in was fast and easy. Every single front desk person was super sweet and helpful. I got a Premium Room (#206) and I loved it! My room was very big, had a high ceiling, its design was conservatively beautiful, I felt super comfortable staying there. All the furniture was in great condition. There was a big panoramic window in my room, which gave a lot of natural daylight. Also, my room had a little balcony, but unfortunately it was impossible to open a door or even the window a little bit. They had a note that if you want to open it, you have to go to the front desk and put a request in to have it opened. Another little minus was a very small refrigerator in the room which was filled up with the hotel’s drinks and snacks, so there was no space to put my own stuff there. And one more issue for me was the bed. Unfortunately, the mattress was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. Otherwise, the rest of the room was perfect. I liked the closet, which was huge and could fit a lot of stuff. Also, I liked the luggage rack right next to the door. The room has a nice sofa next to the bed and there were like 3 tables there. Oh yes, I also loved the plug situation in my room. Plugs were everywhere! The bathroom was big and nicely decorated. I loved the floor with heating. Also, I loved the big bathtub. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with the bathroom amenities. They were an okay quality and didn’t smell really nice. Wi-Fi was working very fast during my entire stay. Last negative thing I want to mention was no wake-up call, which I ordered the night before my departure. Luckily my iPhone alarm saved me! The price I paid for my room per night ($130 per night) was absolutely reasonable! Finishing up my review, I want to recommend this hotel for a stay in Warsaw. I am sure you will not regret it and your stay will be nice and comfortable.

Don't often leave reviews but the indigo deserves one. Stayed here for a anniversary weekend ..after checking in we got in our room there was a knock on the door. Was one of the staff with 2 cakes and a bottleof wine to say happy anniversary ...beautiful looking hotel..spotlessly clean ...the food in the restaurant is fantastic..super tasty and beautifully presented...highly recommended

Let the pictures speak to themselves. I paid over €400 for 2 nights to find dirty washbasin in bathroom plus some nasty wear and tear of tap and shower accessories. Disgusting to use, you would probably find it in better condition in Bed and Breakfast in Antoninek. After reporting this to reception they took complaint with ignorance. What they did ? They used spray paint to cover tap damage while we were in the room. Some parts of shower accessories were dangerous for the kids as pictured (cutting hazard). Definitely we won't be their guests ever again so more space for others to "enjoy". Message to managers and free advise - use lemon and baking soda to remove scale from the shower hose :)

Warning: for anyone who wants a good nights sleep- this isn’t the hotel for you. Prior to our arrival, we specifically called and asked for a quiet and peaceful room since we were coming for an exam. Our room was located on the top floor.. and right across from it downstairs was a shot bar. The whole night people were drinking and partying- and the Windows did not keep the sound out. Luckily the staff were accommodating and moved us to a second room, which we were told would be quiet… there was a club on the other side of the walls and they partied till 7 am. The manager was kind and we even had a dinner at the hotel but the lack of sleep was just appalling. Also, if you’re traveling with an animal the hotel isn’t pet friendly, the fees are high and nothing was prepared. No dog bed not even a water bowl. The hotel was great it’s just the location of the bars and night clubs that inhibit the proper sleep you should get in a hotel.

The hotel was an excellent stay. I really like the rooms they were the cleanest rooms i have ever stayed in my life. the staff was very helpful and very kind and also very polite and very knowledgeable. the hotel is in the center of warsaw, and it's easy to move around the city from it. also, the hotel has a sauna, which i didn't use, but it was very interesting that it was for free. The breakfast is not free but it was tasty and well thought of and finally I just want to mention again that the rooms were very good value for money and unbelievably clean. congratulations on this factor. The only negative I can write is that it gets a little loud on weekends because there are many bars next to the hotel. It seems like they have done as much as they can to solve this, but still...

What a superb hotel. Had a brilliant two night break here. The surroundings were completely luxurious and we felt very spoilt. The breakfast was out of this world, individually cooked, not some stodgy buffet. Set you up perfectly for the day. The room had everything you needed. Very comfortable. Nice bed, glorious underfloor heating in the bathroom, warm during day, cool at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. They gave a wonderful welcome to Warsaw. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you. 😊

This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the cafes and restaurants of the old town just around the corner. This was our first time in Warsaw. The receptionist (Anna) was extremely helpful in helping us with directions and taxi bookings. We were also travelling light so forgotten razors and toothbrushes were available for free which saved us some time. The room was a corner one with two sides of the room glass floor to ceiling. Would definitely return here. Reception is very modern and stretches the full height of the hotel with a comfortable seating and bar area

The hotel is very nice and clean. Position ia good, Close to the old town. However, I am really disappointed as I have left my charger in the room, plugged next to the bed and I called a couple of hours later after I have checked out and the reception said there was no charger found. You would expect better for this type of place.

Excellent hotel, stylish almost to a fault, with helpful staff, great breakfast (international style, not Polish) and an unbeatable location just around the corner from the nightlife and great restaurants on Nowy Świat.

Location is great, right on the edge of the touristic area but on one of the main avenues so very convenient to public transportation. room was large and convenient and quiet at night, and this is where the good part ends. I felt that the vibe of the hotel, which is supposed to be a boutique local hotel (which is what the Indigo mark is about if i undersatnd correctly) was a little cold, white and sterile, the loby and the rooms themselfes felt somehow harsh and unwelcoming to me. Maintanance of the bathroom area was not good with leaky faucets and signs of wear and tear. Gym is woefully inadequate and while on the top floor has no window or outside view whatsoever. Did not try any of the food options so cannot comment about that. I had to leave earlier for urgent reasons and had zero undersatnding from staff or offer for refund of unused night. This is not a bad hotel, but for me it definitely wasnt wotrth the price paid, I will not be using this hotel next time im in Warsaw.

Beautiful place, good service, delicious breakfasts with a large selection. Spacious and well-equipped rooms, comfortable and large beds. There is everything you need for a short trip to Warsaw. Close to the Old Town and the Center. I will definitely come back.

Pretty disappointing. I reserved 2 rooms for 4 big adults, they gave me a Tiny bed for me and my brother (we are big guys) and it was really uncomfortable, when I asked for another solution there was nothing available as it was all booked out and blamed me for not making sure they had the availability. I thought they were at least going to help out with an extra bed, but apparently the personnel already left (it was 7pm). Location is great, and the style is cute, but not a well resourced hotel, If you come from the US I will not recommend it.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Rooms are really big and clean, the minibar is proper full and reasonably priced. You also have a nice selection of tea and coffee in the room. Staff are friendly and the small but kind of private sauna was a nice little addition to the stay. There are PLENTY of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby which is great.

I have been staying frequently on business travel and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are big, nicely furnished and in good shape overall, only the windows towards the big road in front of the hotel could close tighter to let in less noise (which is not an issue with the patio-facing rooms) and some ironing boards have outlived their useful life. Service is quick, especially when arriving late I never had an issue, and friendly also in the restaurant. Breakfast is not a buffet but you have to order, many possible items, all well made and delicious. It is located along the big central axis of Warsaw making it easy to roam the city but obviously also comes with some traffic noise.

An excellent hotel! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The room was so spacious, clean, and beautiful! The staff was all very friendly and spoke great English. Room service was great as well. The location was perfect, so close to the main streets in the city center of Warsaw, and a minute's walk to all the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel and I will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Creepy! My room was in a small internal courtyard where many other rooms could see in. Horrible design. No guarantee wouldn't be booked in a similar room. Elevator was constantly used by staff. Had to walk up to top floor a couple times. Staff moved me only after I told them I'd leave a bad review.

This is our absolute favourite stay in Warsaw. The design ideas with a wink and the coloristic in the rooms, corridors, and some of the public spaces always leave us with a smile. But most of all we feel like coming home every time we return to this hotel because of the welcoming staff. We especially would like to thank the Mr Lukasz B from whom we have received exceptional and beyond 1st class service at the reception desk. He has tirelessly answered all of our questions and requests and helped us with our bookings (spontaneous very late /early hour arrival) in an always welcoming, smiling, problem-solving way and of course the fact that returning guests are remembered makes the visit even more special. Since there is always space for improvement… The white colour was peeling off the shower faucets in the bathrooms, which was a bit disturbing. The vibrant orange and blue colour combination and the materialisation of the interior of the restaurant scared us off - and we missed the wink of the original design of this space.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Warsaw. A beat away from Nowy Swiat (on the Royal Route and where everything is happening!). Super modern and clean hotel, a really friendly team and luxury rooms with well thought out amenities so as various different types of ambient lighting, a large TV which you can connect your own device to for streaming etc, great desk and work space, extremely comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and a HUGE window overlooking the beautiful lobby/atrium. Will definitely be staying here again.

This is an excellent hotel in a prime location. Near excellent restaurants and shopping and there's the national museum across the street. The restaurant 8n the hotel is very nice and modern. Excellent staff and the rooms are superb with excellent showers and bed. I love the glass walls throughout. Very unique and distinctive. They keep the outside authentic. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Warsaw.

The best thing in this hotel not even it's location in the center of the city but its breakfast. If you going to stay here: the breakfast at must. Really surprised they got no michelin stars for their cuisine. Try Keto Burger :)

We decided to stay at this hotel to get a different experience. The building itself is kind of old, but has lots of charm that goes along with it. The check in/check out process was as easy as could be. The Room was relatively clean and the bed itself was fine, nothing special, comfortable enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. A good stay.

Pure appearance. Bad service. No windows in rooms. Air conditioned coming from the pavement. Room Lights impossible to manage . Even elevator requires skill, attention and tecniques to go up or down Very repulsive, overall But good orange juice at the breakfast, good shower, nice sofa at the lobby , to complete the frame. People at reception , nice.
