One of the best hotels in Poland in my opinion! Its location is amazing (center of EVERYTHING), close to the metro, shopping center, and anything that comes to your mind. The prices are very affordable in comparison to other hotels around the area. The rooms are well designed and classy! The breakfast is SUPER delicious, very generous, and has many varieties!! Top notch is the service! The staff is more than amazing. We have forgotten our phone charger in the room and an hour later, they came with a shopping bag and told us that you forgot that as well. So imagine, we didn't say anything about the bag, so they could've hid it and not bring it with the charger. So I salute you guys and can't wait to be back at your hotels. Thank you so much for making it special.

Hotel with the most terrible and disgusting "service" which we saw ever, guys (in particular they are) at the reception are very rude, not customer-oriented and indifferent to guests (many negative reviews of reception staff but the hotel does not respond but only apologizes, the staff is not trained to work with customers, the hotel does not work well with the air conditioning system (many complaints and negatives that many are sick and suffering because of this, and the hotel does not care about it, one blah blah and apologies and NO MEASURES TO ELIMINATE), the air is musty and stuffy in the rooms (after the rest we had a headache and was bad), the shower does not work tropical shower, no slippers, breakfast is not very good (also enough customer complaints in Booking on this topic). As a result - if you do not want to spoil your mood with this attitude of the staff at the reception and get a headache the next morning, JUST PLEASE choose another and more professional and customer-oriented hotel!

It was a pleasant experience, close to a 5 star hotel. The room is well equipped and perfectly clean, people are kind, breakfast is great. There are just small things which can be improved, like the labelling at breakfast, or the wayfinding on the floors but these are really just the details. Surely recommended :)

I have pretty high standards when it comes to hotels, but NYX was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, there was sufficient storage, a practical bathroom and very quiet at night. Unfortunately, the windows in the room cannot be openen. Even with the airconditioning on it was too hot for us too sleep so we took out the stuffing of the blanket. The breakfast buffet had everything you can think of. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of elevators, so we never had to wait long. Very nice location to explore the city.

Very modern, upscale and swanky hotel, but has very thin walls. Any time the neighbors spoke or jumped, I could hear everything. I ended up sleeping with earplugs so it wouldn't wake me up at night. On a plus note, the gym is great and they have this coffee machine in the rooms (see picture)

Comfortable, large, clean room with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is in a convenient location, right in the center, good transport interchange. After breakfast there was a line for the elevator as for some reason only one elevator was working from the restaurant. Great place to stay in the center of Warsaw for a couple of days (especially if you are here on a business trip).

It’s fab for the price. Large and spacious rooms, a pretty solid restaurant, vibrant bar, and the overall pretty high standards for quality and service. It will fall into a category of soulless business-style large scale hotels. But that’s what I want for many types of occasions. High tech elevators are fun.

Stayed at the NYX Hotel Warsaw and was thoroughly impressed, deserving a full 5-star rating. The rooms stood out with its modern design, cleanliness, and overall comfort. The staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, always ready to assist. Room service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its ample variety and menu quality. Additionally, the hotel's flexibility in allowing a late checkout was convenient and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for a great stay in Warsaw.

Oh my goodness our experience here was magical! Very romantic during the holiday time. The view in our room was incredible. For the amazing price, this was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! The reception was very helpful and the bar served wonderful signature cocktails. We went during happy hour, so we got great prices!

It was lovely to stay here, the staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy (everyday cleaning). -1 star because of the atmosphere on the rooftop bar (crowded and less private because of 1 elevator for hotel guests and bar clients). Location is 5/5: landmarks, transport, airport are not far away from.

The hotel is new on the Warsaw scene. Very much high class, yet relaxed. The prices for the room are less than expected, take advantage while they last. I will definately keep coming back.

One of the best 4 star hotels out their. Rooms were clean, uplifting, bright and fancy. Service of each single employee was friendly, helpful and understanding. Breakfast was fresh with loads of option to choose from and enough to fit in atleast 500 people. The view was of the city skylines and it was epic. The shared Internet was way to fast. This is the place to stay if you are looking to make your visit worthwhile. Price to comfort ratio is 100% positive

We stayed on the 17th floor for three nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideally located next to the main station, a five minute walk. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked perfectly, and there were two glass bottles of water waiting for us.

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and new. They have a roof top bar that's nice. The clash bar is beautiful as well. The breakfast is awesome! Truly a nice home away from home! The staff are friendly and warm too! It's perfect for not just business travellers but families as well as it is right across the road from the Golden Terraces Mall and Warsaw Central Station. As a landmark, its right beside the Varso Tower

Very good option for a business trip. Good rates and location in the same building complex of the Varso Tower. 20min from to the Chopin airport. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Good shower. Great selection of food for the breakfast including an omelette station.

Everything has been amazing. The terrace suite is incredible! The rooftop is great too. Nice gym and very well designed and maintained property in a great location. All in all: Perfect experience

The decor, location and facilities are great. I must give them a special well done for their baby changing rooms. Well done. Considering it is a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed by the tone of a young man at the reception desk, I think he needs to learn some manners and be more welcoming. Also the breakfast was extremely disappointing given the price we paid. I would advise going elsewhere to eat. The price simply can't be justified. I will only return if the above points are taken into consideration.

I highly recommend Hotel NYX Warsaw for your stay. The hotel offers an outstanding breakfast and provides amazing service. Its location is very convenient, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. I would also like to commend Diana Shevchenko, who went above and beyond to provide us with amazing service during our stay.

I come to this hotel every time I go to Warsaw and unfortunately I have to admit that the reception is incompetent. No smile, no suggestions for solutions. The hotel itself is incredible but just because of the bad service (like Mr Bartek, for example) I won't recommend it anymore and I don't think I'll be coming back. It's a shame to have lost a loyal customer.

I want to thank NYX Hotel for the wonderful hospitality. In this hotel we had a lesson in the conference room and the managers of this hotel told us in detail about the hotel itself and gave us a short tour of the hotel. We saw rooms of different types and I was pleasantly surprised, since the rooms have a very fresh and modern look, the rooms offer a gorgeous view of the center of Warsaw, I also really want to highlight the interior of the rooms, which goes perfectly with the elegance, coziness and comfort of the room. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We were at the beautiful NYX Hotel, there we had a lecture in the conference hall, thank you very much for the hospitality of the hotel. Then we had a tour of the rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous, the design is minimalist, which everyone likes, everything is very elegant and tasteful.

Unfortunately, I'm still in this terrible hotel for another 2 days. The nightmare began at check-in. No greeting, cold faces at reception. This morning I couldn't even get breakfast charged to my room. I was told to come back with my credit card. Neither friendly nor flexible. The carpet in the room is dirty and very worn. Better book another hotel in Warsaw.

It is a nice new hotel. Good location. The room is very functional and not small. Beds were comfortable, quite soft mattress what I was afraid of but I had a very good night sleep. The view from my room was not great because there is a land next to the building that has not been developed yet and my windows were facing it, the land is being used as a shabby parking. It was clean and comfortable, electric plugs with use ports next to the beds, I was in a twin room. The shower is amazing, it is big with very good water pressure. The lifts are managed by a new system and you can only go to your floor by using your key card. I understand the idea but if you were with your friends and have rooms on different floors you can't just go to each other unless you meet on the ground floor. Heating and Air conditioning was difficult to operate, it was too hot or too cold. There is underfloor heating i believe what is a plus but it was difficult to stand the heat at times. Finally the hair dryer is a mistake. It is a simple hotel one, it dries your hair but the cable is so short that you have to bend over when trying to use it, if you pull the cable too much it comes out of the plug so styling your hair is impossible unless you have your own hair dryer. The single point light at the main mirror is not good. When you stand in front of the mirror you cover the light source and see your face and body in the shadow.

The rooms are modern and clean, we were promised a double bed but instead got two single beds put together, despite being told otherwise. The two beds can unfortunately spread apart. Everything else about the room was as expected and advertised. Service is great, multi-lingual, location is good, right in the centre of Warsaw, everything you want or need is close by.

Almost perfect, very new business hotel. Very clean. Great beds. Great hot water. Good, quite varied breakfasts. Great views through the glass wall of the room. Good location in a new center. Opposite is a shopping center. Nearby there is a jabka shop, several restaurants. The hotel does not have a bathrobe and slippers. In the morning I had to go to breakfast in winter boots - which is very uncomfortable. There is no separate shampoo and body gel. All this is put together in a big jar "for everything", as it seemed to me, not very high quality. But most importantly - Slippers!

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Warsaw. Executive room very very spacious and had lots of windows with a nice view.

As I said, I am always extremely satisfied with the locations, the building condition, the staff and their attention to detail. Only flaw is the poor selection of dishes to offer at the restaurant and the short list options for room service; definitively, not in tune with the quality of the hotel.

I booked a 5 star hotel and cancelled when I saw this hotel. I got the deluxe room and it was absolutely wonderful in every way apart from the pillows. But I managed and I was 12 floors high in a corner semi panoramic room watching the world go by so how could I ever complain. Thank you Victoria! Also in the bar / restaurant I got amazing service and was taken care of by Patryk in every way and it was the best experience ever.

Very upmarket and sleek hotel, a large boutique establishment. Generous sized room and only lacking city view. Huge bar, restaurant and gym, practically everything catered for. Buffet breakfast very comprehensive to say the least. Will definitely book again ( probably real soon)

The hotel is simply great ! From the rooms, to the breakfast and the rooftop, everything was built to make you have some great vacations. Price is definitely worth it! Only thing to improve in the rooms is that they are not greatly isolated, so it can become noisy.

I needed a place to stay near the central station and NYX was a wonderful choice. The staff were nice and helpful. They upgraded me to a larger room with a beautiful panoramic view from the bedroom. It was a pleasing gesture. I enjoyed my stay there.

It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Our room was in 16tth floor and the view of Warsaw was magnificent from over there. The breakfast was simply great, with a variety of food to choose. The room was spacious, with almost everything we could need. We came for a conference in Warsaw, but the stay was very enjoyable in the room, as we had to spend quite many hours in the room. The bed was big and comfortable, and we slept very well, although our 2 years old kid, slept with us in the same bed. The NYX hotel is close to public transport, restaurants, attractions, and shops, but someone could walk on them very easily. One thing can be improved is the cleanliness of rooms from dust. As we stayed quite many hours in the room due to obligations, dust was accumulating all over the place. Another thing we noticed, is that there are no specific steps during the tidy up of the room, meaning that the same hands took the trash, the same hands brought the clean stuff (towels, glasses, water etc).

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Right next to Central station is perfect for travelling from here. The bed was super comfortable and the shower worked amazingly well. The only downside for me would be that the curtains didn’t completely close and very early in the morning it was very bright but maybe that’s just my preference. Also we stayed in the 16th floor with amazing views and they allowed us to check out late. Amazing!

Our 3rd stay in the NYX. The hotel is still very fresh and new so you can't complain about the cleanliness and general feeling of the room. Variety of food for breakfast is definitely sufficient. Also the rooftop bar was recently opened - the prices start from 30 PLN for the cheapest shots.

The hotel is well located in a business area close to the main train station. It has clean, big and nice rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly stuff. Free coffee and water are available in the room. The 19th floor bar is a nice place to chill out in the evening.

We had such an amazing stay here! The main thing for us was the cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself, value for money, size of the room and accessibility. We were super close to everything and there were buses, tram and metro just next to us. On top of this, the hotel is next to a few malls and 5min by foot to the palace of culture. Couldn’t think of anything bad to say about it, everything looked exactly like in the pictures.

Friendly and respectful young staff at the lounge bar and I’ve been there few times already, at times to enjoy few drinks and photoshoots for my blog and other times for drinks and to enjoy the match. Yesterday tried dinner as well and all in all I must say this is one great lounge bar and surely my new hangout lounge from now on. Truly love the ambience and the respectful staff and surly my regular Hangouts from this seasons :)

Excellent experience, we had a very pleasant stay and got a beautiful room with a city skyline. Located right in the city centre, so convenient!! Delicious breakfast with many options to choose! Will be staying there again for sure!

Great Hotel! I had an exceptional experience with NYX hotel. Beautiful and modern interior. But the most important part is that they were very helpful and accommodating to my guests that were staying at the hotel. Customer service is on top. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s staying in Warsaw.

Really modern hotel, nice interior, breakfast was good, lot of options- vegan, non lactose or others . But not that much hot dishes. They upgraded out room to apartment - really spacious with 2 toilets and 2 separate rooms. One minus- a bit cold , we couldnt control temperature.

The hotel has a beautiful classy design to it and felt very secure as you have to use the key card to use the elevators. The location is perfect as it is just across from the central station and shopping centre. The best part was the view! We had a room kn floor 18 that overlooked the city!

Pros: A decent central location. Breakfast was unbelievable. Spacious room. Room and hotel was clean. Rooftop bar. Cons: I believe we were over- charged for the hotel. Prices online ($100) versus what we were charged on the bill is a significant.We were charged in Zloty and prices did not show up until a few days later. I stayed two nights. One night was $250 and a second night was $330 after the USD amount showed up on the credit card. I definitely feel scammed and do not believe we were charged correctly based on online rates compared to our bill charged on the credit card. No pool. I would look to stay somewhere else cheaper.
