Updated store, so much there, great selection and a very helpful staff!

Hard time to find what we wanted for end of season deals. Some workers seemed like they didnt want to be bothered when we asked a question. Cashiers, in mens area, were very nice.

I ordered jeans on line and was forced to pick them up at the store since they wanted $8.95 for home delivery. Since they don't carry my size (36x38) in store, they should deliver for free. The store associate was great but I could find better ways to spend my time in lieu of having to pick up an order that they shipped free to the store.

Was looking for suits, found nice ones. Customer service at the time of my visit. Perfect 5 stars ✨. Low shirts inventory on my size. Overall good 👍

Love this Stores Prices on EVERYTHING! Go & you'll get Lost in all the Great Deals! I have to put Limit on myself going there! I will Spend all of my Money! Lol

I understand why they're in trouble. Cashiers are virtually non-existent. When you do finally find someone to cash you out they're lazy and rude. The store is hotter than blazes. The shelves are a mess and there are clothes all over the floor. J.C. Penney is turning into a low class Walmart.

Can always count on finding reasonable priced items. Needs more variety.

having EVERY register with new hires that can’t ring people out and are alone makes no sense to me. having to wait for someone to help them out when they should already be there walking them through every step is ridiculous.

A few things... Corrine at checkout is super rude. Apparently, I formed a checkout line in the wrong walkway, even though there's no signage. I purchased a pair of "clearance" pants that rang up higher than original retail price (scamsters), then had to waste a bunch of time to return them. That's pretty shady. Whoever did the racks in big and tall used hangers with all the wrong sizes marked on them, so that was fun. Get your act together before your store closes, too.

My father and I went to the Warwick location and we were a bit confused and disoriented We both need a black suit for my grandmother’s funeral but had no clue where to start, immediately associate Diane approached us and went above and beyond to help us both making our experience the best Cheers up to Diane keep helping people the way you do. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Terrible shopping experience here. I came here to do some Christmas shopping with some family members and some of the workers kept watching over me like I was going to steal. I felt very uncomfortable and ended getting nothing here. I think I'll continue my shopping online instead.
