I have visited this bagel shop many times over the years because the egg sandwiches are delicious when they get the order correct. On my last 6 visits, 3 of the orders have been wrong which we don't know until we drive away. On my visit last week, I called in 2 egg sandwiches and I hadn't check them until I got home and both were wrong. I asked for 2 egg sandwiches on a roll with bacon and cheese. One sandwich was on an everything bagel and one sandwich was on a roll but had no cheese or bacon. Although, I am sure I paid for both the cheese and bacon. Come on folks, these are not difficult orders to get right!

Idk what’s their issue but just seemed like they wanted to take my money and have me leave I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they gave me egg and cheese with mayo and ketchup, it LITERALLY has the word BACON in!!!!! it!!!!!! very unsatisfying wouldn't recommend this place to no one and on top of that their salads look like they have been marinating in the cooler for months 🤮🤮

So disappointed in how this place has gone downhill...they used to be the best in the area, but now you never know what you're going to get, and no one seems happy. Today I got a bacon, egg and cheese which had a whopping 4 pieces of bacon on it covering only 2 spots on the sandwich, the egg was overcooked, the roll was so stale, and there wasn't enough cheese on it to cover how awful it tasted. I think it's time to find a new breakfast place.

I found this place by accident and boy am I happy. They are recieving five stars because the breakfast was amazing even thought they forgot our toast. The managers response was epic after I called to inform them of the mistake. I was offered a complimentary breakfast or a refund next time I visit them or I could return to the store and cash in. The staff was pleasant and the store was very clean and organized. The whole wheat everything bagel was the best😁. I think we've found a new breakfast spot❤

The bred was stale and the chicken salad seemed old. The food needs to be fixed up !

Breakfast, ham egg n cheese on a roll for $5.42 as to others are $7+. Glad to find them from a Deli search. Egg sandwich taste great. TY West Babylon Bagels & Deli & staff.

Place is absolutely disgusting inside. I know they would fail a board of Health inspection. They doubled the cost of their food. 10$ for a large coffee and egg sandwich. Nothing fancy. 5$ for a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and you get 4 tiny pieces of peppers in regular cream cheese. The place needs to be torn down and put out of business. The owner is pocketing all the money and not putting it back I to the business. Greasy dust hangs off the ceiling, mice droppings by the door and if you ever saw that back kitchen you would vomit!

Really horrible service...especially on weekends...they can't even pick up the phone for orders. Happens all the time, not just sometimes.

Picked up 2 of their named sandwiches for brothers. Omg. They loved them. They smelled delicious. Next time, I'll get one for me too. My other brother loves their soup too.

Nice People and Nice Food I love this place, its one of the greatest places to get a nice breakfast, The people are NOT the type to spit in your food if you complain, they are the type to be nice, EAT HERE PLEEEEEEESE

Great little store. Terrific bagels but also a full deli. People are fast and friendly. Place is very clean.

There seems to be a huge disconnect between what locals here are used to and what the world can actually provide. LI is probably two steps above hell in terms of food options… anyway let’s get to the review. This is probably my tenth review of a popular joint on LI that’s like this. What bagels. What pizza. Can’t make it good if you skimp on materials and if the new hires don’t know how to make a bagel.

Didn't really care for the egg sandwich on bagel...lacked flavor. It was just ok .for a Snapple apple drink..it didn't taste right..had stuff in bottom of drink..I figured it just has to be shook up, but I had stomach cramps later on in day.

This is a great little Bagel shop! We had a group file in and out of here and they were incredibly nice and got our orders out quickly. Thank you!
