Hotel was great, our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. Everyone on staff was very friendly and unusually helpful. The hotel is not on the waterfront, but the hotel provides passes and a shuttle to Palm beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was near many restaurants, stores, clinics and Starbucks! All the pools were beautiful and clean, the drinks at the bar were great as well. Our group really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba! The only complaint we had was that the online description for the room said it had a full kitchen and only after we arrived we were informed that the hotel had discontinued and therefore disconnected the kitchen appliances. Oh, and forgot to mention, we really enjoyed the extra activities that the hotel provided, bringing in a local artist, yoga instructor and more! Complaints aside, our group felt that we received the best value for our money and would definitely choose the Radisson Blu again.

So I stayed here 5 nights. I had the ocean view suite and it’s a great room but there is no microwave in the room, despite there being a refrigerator. Also, the beach isn’t as close as I thought. I initially had four nights and then I added another night by using Expedia. I spoke with the front desk person to let them know I extended my reservation and I paid the Ocean view price. I asked him if it was OK for me to stay in the same room. He looked up my reservation and confirmed. The next day I called downstairs for a late check out and I gave them my room number and the front desk clerk says “oh it looks here like you should’ve checked out yesterday!” 🤔😞 was flabbergasted! There was a lot of lack of communication between the front desk staff. The good thing was definitely the location, very close to all of the restaurants and South Beach club. No need for a rental car. The concierge was also extremely helpful

First time Aruba visitor, and overall, it's been a great experience. The reviews here are pretty spot on, clean, modern, spacious, etc. 3 dining options, with various levels of service. It is walking distance to the beach but not right out of the lobby which I can see how young families would prefer. While the location is not the most northern part of the hotel resorts, it does feel a little far from where all of the activity is, but most what you want is within a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! We were constantly amazed at how beautiful the property was. I was a bit worried based off some of the reviews, but I'm so glad we went with it. I would stay here again. The suite was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. When we needed additional washcloths or towels, we just called down and they were brought up within minutes. And the bed was one of the most comfortable I've stayed in. Slept like a baby each night. The hotel has perfect location, a beautiful and spacious pool area, a beautiful rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast every morning, and amazing staff. Luis and Dana were awesome at check in. Santos seemed to always be around and available to help. Cynthia (?) at the towel station by the pool was fantastic. Literally every single staff member we came across was so warm and seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is clean and beautiful! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean! We had a two bedroom two bathroom suite and we loved it. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. This hotel is not on the beach but there is a shuttle that will take you to the beach, it’s a two minute drive with the shuttle or a 5 minute walk. My only complaint is that we wanted to use the rooftop pool but it was closed for renovations. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Very easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Staff was incredible. Pools are very nice, especially rooftop adults only infinity pool. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is very large with an ocean view. Our stay was awesome.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu over New Years and we absolutely had the best time. We had a 3 bedroom suite which was huge. Clean. Best service. Very relaxing. The walk to the beach is not a big deal at all. Especially if you getting a ride with Santos who we all fell in love with. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It was all around pleasure to be there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for almost week. 10/10 would recommend, the resort is so beautiful. The pool is big enough for everyone to space, although we were here off season so it wasn’t too busy. I we only 2 kids which was great. Everything is clean. I was a little worried with my man picking out the hotel but he did a wonderful job. Will be staying again Also the spot on the beach is fun I like how they provide chairs and umbrella

Big rooms and comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Infinity pool, regular pool and children Pool. Free parking. Near to street, night out, restaurants, is like an Small Downtown. Everything in this hotel are amazing, if you really wants a good vacation book it.

The customer service was exceptional. Employees are always ready to assist you and answer your questions. Housekeeping made sure were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous especially at night when the lights outside by the pool and entrance turns blue. Trust me you would love and enjoy your stay. Oh also they have the best spots for pictures in the hotel.

This is a clean, welcoming, and beautiful hotel. The staff is kind and made check in easy. The pools are kept clean, and the hot tub was really relaxing. The rooms are specious and we had an AMAZING view from our room. The location isn’t beach front, but we didn’t mind. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and all the main restaurants and local shops. It also seems like it would be a great location for kids as it didn’t seem to busy or loud.

Don't hesitate to book this hotel for your next trip to Aruba! I had friends staying on the beach at another resort so I spent time there with them and I would still book the Radisson Blu in the future. While the Radisson is a smaller hotel, it's attention to detail and beauty are unmatched in my opinion. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean (and equipped with everything you need like an iron, dryer, coffee, full fridge/freezer) and very spacious. The pools, especially the roof top infinity pool, are amazing and the large hot tub with loungers in it are the kind of details and comforts you don't get at the big resorts. It's true that the hotel is not on the beach, but the hotel has a great big golf cart and will take you there anytime- I actually preferred to walk because it only took 2 minutes. Also, being off the beach, the hotel is quieter and closer to so many food and shopping options next door. Also, the staff at the Radisson Blu are incredibly kind and will go out of their way for you, which I can tell you was the complete opposite that I received at the neighboring large hotel on the beach. Finally, don't trip on the reviews about the towels. The hotel issues you beach and pool towels and they just expect you to bring them back. I turned in two towels daily for fresh ones and had absolutely no problems. I would stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba over and over again!

My husband and I got married in Aruba on 2/25/22. We had our wedding guests stay at the Radisson blu during this time. The Radisson was very accommodating to our needs. They left small gifts for all our wedding guests and even upgraded our room to a beautiful suite! All of our guests were very pleased! Thank you to the staff! We appreciate all your time and effort.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 6 nights to celebrate our graduations from college and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and made our experience so special that we were so sad to leave on our last day. The surrounding area is incredible, with great views, close-by beach, and amazing restaurants that are just a short walk away. The hotel was laid back and relaxing and extremely accommodating. We were so happy to come back to our room each day with it cleaned and refreshed with new towels. We wished the rooftop pool was open but unfortunately it was being renovated. All in all the Radisson has a special place in my heart and I recommend it for couples and families!

I booked the room through travelzoo. I was a little nervous based on some of the negative reviews. As a family of 4, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. The room was very spacious, more than enough room. We had requested a balcony upgrade which they gave us after the first night which was well worth the price for the ocean view. It is not directly on the beach, but about a 3 minute walk and there is a shuttle. Hotel service was excellent and everyone was helpful. Beds, towels etc were all great, no issues. There is an area on the beach with chairs for those staying at the hotel and you can rent an umbrella for $15 a day which staff will set up for you. There is a bar and restaurant right on the beach as well. The beach was not crowded and the water was clear and enjoyable. The pool was never crowded when we were there. Location is great and walking distance to several great restaurants. It was a great trip!

I had such a big great clean room. So CLEAN. GREAT location (I could walk to all the popular places and beaches) you don't need the shuttle because Moomba beach is right around the corner and trust me you want to go there! The staff was VERY friendly and the pool area and bar were so BEAUTIFUL. Sundays they do these BBQ meals too near the pool which was tasty! The bartenders there were super sweet and friendly too. Very safe! Fresh water and lemon water in the lobby at all times. Overall a great experience. The only thing is, If you want the spa call and book in advance because sometimes they're just not there I guess so unfortunately we didn't get the massages we wanted to get.

This hotel I stayed at was truly exceptional, boasting cleanliness, roomy accommodations, and breathtaking views. While it wasn't situated directly on the beach, the sandy shores were conveniently accessible by foot. My stay spanned from January 11th to January 16th, 2024. The rooftop pool, while a bit on the chilly side, was a delightful spot to unwind. Please note that this pool is designated for adults only. The service could use a bit of a speed boost! I had the pleasure of meeting Dana, the hotel's friendly and impressive porter. Being the first point of contact upon arrival at the hotel, Dana sets a high standard. Keep shining, Dana! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful well kept property with 2 amazing pools. The rooftop infinity pool is a great place to watch sunset and have a drink. Our suite was spacious and clean. If you plan to go to the hotels beach front, get there early as they allow people to put a towel down and then leave but keep that spot all day. Kind of disappointing on that front but overall great hotel, great service and would stay again. Location walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants.

The facility was very clean with a beautiful landscape, friendly and professional staff. One of the employees did an outstanding job upon our arrival and departure. He is a tremendous asset to the resort. I watched him hustle around the property, helping other guest while multitasking.

Great hotel! It is around the corner from the Irausquin Blvd, so there is a lot within walking distance. It is also a short walk from the beach. There is a shuttle available, but I opted for the stroll. The grounds are kept immaculate, the staff is maintaining daily. All the staff at the hotel is very customer focused, and all super friendly. The rooms are roomy and have a very clean aesthetic.

From the second we arrived, Santos and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were huge, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a group. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive and very detailed. We started every day with a delicious breakfast and fun mimosas. I loved the view of the rooftop pool as I started my day. Chantal, Vanessa, Stephany, and Kimberley all made sure we were taken care of and were such attentive service staff. We had such a fun pool day thanks to the lovely, clean grounds and pool, fun and friendly service of Leo, and delicious drinks from Quinn. Every single person was professional, kind, fun, and made our trip amazing in their own way. I was with my 72 and 66 year old parents and know they were comfortable and being taken care of by your staff made my trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. THANK YOU to such a dedicated staff!

If I could give it 3.5 I would because they staff your amazing! All of them. The facilities are beautiful and clean but the amenities are lacking! No microwaves, paper towels or silverware provided in your room. They need to staff up in their dining and bar area!

Do not stay here. I booked a pool view requesting a high room and they refused to accommodate. They put me on the 1st floor and would not move me even the next day when I asked. Go stay at the Marriott renaissance, they’ll treat you better and you’ll get your money worth. Worst birthday trip ever. 0/10

Clean, well located, but shy on amenities: no stove, no toaster or microwave. A two bedroom unit with only enough seating for two people. Laundry room in the unit with hookups but no machines.

The staff was exceptional! Leyo & David & Santos were extremely helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The grounds are kept very clean. The only complaints we have are that the beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. It took forever for the water to heat up and then the water just barely dripped out. The patio door needs to be oiled cause I couldn't open it at all. These are all fixable things...other than that we had an amazing time and would be happy to stay here again if these things would be fixed.

Don’t waste your time. This doesn’t even rate as a 4 star. The rooms are spacious but sterile with no appeal. The bathroom has no vanity so be prepared to have all of your toiletries, including toothbrush, in your bedroom. Our thermostat for the A/C did not work, we were unable to change the temp which was stuck at 18 degrees and frigid. After 3 calls they finally came on day 3 and attempted to fix it. An hour later and much condensation on the floor it had reverted back to 18 degrees. I gave up at this point. The patio can be accessed via the living room and bedroom, however the bedroom access door is kept locked. If there was a fire outside of your bedroom you have no escape which I brought to their attention and to which they agreed. Ate at the Senses restaurant on the first night, both my husband and I had stomach issues the next day. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen as to purchase it at the gift shop in the hotel was $30 USD for a regular spray can!!! The hotel is not beachfront. Our ocean view room looked over a couple of car parks, restaurants and apartments before I saw water in the distance. We are back again next month and we will not be staying here EVER again.

Loved the location and privacy Hidden gem Pros Close walking distance to everything Shuttles available on demand to the beach Beach is also walkable Nice beach front area with provided chairs and Umbrellas The hot tub is amazing and secluded. No one bothers you when you're in the pool or tub after hours Rooms are newer, so clean Beds are cozy Iced water is always available in the lobby Front desk always answers Cons (depending on what you're looking for) No entertainment Quiet place Room service is limited, and you can't charge anything to the room Coffee shop is overpriced and dont carry basic things like cream Pools can use some cleaning Kitchen is simple and looks old fashion They provide limited cups and utensils No stove in suite For us traveling their without our child it was a perfect location and a perfect hotel. I wouldn't recommend for families!!

I use Google reviews religiously when searching for everything so wanted to share our experience. This hotel was excellent. It is not a resort so if you are looking for that experience this is not the place for you. The rooms are extremely clean. 2 bed/2 bath suite is huge and very comfortable! There are no utensils, plates etc but Super Foods is a great supermarket with packages of biodegradable paper goods. The whirlpool is amazing, the gym is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved Loved LOVED my stay here at The Radisson Blu.! 1. Warm smiles and greetings every time you are in the lobby. 2. Getting checked in, Gabriel and Leo were amazing with their speedy yet detailed service. And helpful information for all of my questions which I’m sure was a lot. Lol Oh, Joey was helpful as well with questions me and my friend had mid stay. 2a. The bellhop (I’m assuming is his job title) ( I believe his name was Santos; Apologies if I butchered his name) he was very helpful was well 3. My room was amazing, clean, and spacious. I had the pool view. Loved it. 4. The hotel itself was amazing: - It was quiet, very relaxing and very clean. - Great location; - Staff. 5. Mid stay I really appreciated the courtesy call to make sure things with my stay were going smooth. 6. Too much to list. But long story short, stay here. I for sure will be coming back and staying here.

I absolutely loved my stay. If you have the option to select the ocean view... do it! The sunsets are incredible even from your room if you decide to stay in for the evening. I loved having the option to dine on-site or venture off onto the strip, as hotel is close to many eatery options. The grounds are relaxing, clean, and spacious enough for everyone to find their quiet space for peace and luxury stay. The Front Desk team and Concierge team were so helpful and kind and ready to help at the drop of the hat if I wanted to learn where to find anything in the neighborhood...even a place to buy a cellphone charger! On my last day of checking out Leyonardho David assisted me with obtaining a taxi to the airport. I would definitely visit this location again during my stay in Aruba.

Great place to stay! Especially if you can get the two bedroom suite, double bathroom suites! The view was pretty good for my room. The only thing missing from my suite was a balcony. That being said, the large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom made up for it. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool was large and inviting with a bar and seating surrounding it. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets at Sunset Restaurant on the 3rd floor. The Blu is very casual yet classy!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for 8 nights this past week and truly had a wonderful experience. Every single member of the staff was wonderful. There are too many people to name them all, but they were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. From the front desk staff, to the pool staff, shuttle drivers/bellmen, beach assistant .. they were all great. Our housekeeper in particular (I'm sorry, I don't know her name but she was working on the 10th floor) was absolutely wonderful. She worked around my baby's nap schedule, was SO helpful and SO sweet. I left my 3 carat diamond ring out in the room on several occasions and it was never touched. She really was the best. The hotel was clean, quiet, had entertainment, and the location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere - especially at night. I was initially nervous that this hotel was not directly on the beach, but the shuttles are on call and the walk was 2 mins. It was perfectly fine and not problematic. We had a great time at the Radisson Blu and would certainly stay again. The rooms were perfect for our family. My sole complaint is that the food at the hotel is mediocre at best. Wasn't a big deal since there were dozens of great restaurants right outside the hotel.

Our entire stay was fabulous. The staff here is excellent. The suite was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast at the bistro was delicious. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. Really loved this hotel. The pool is big and never felt crowded. The location is walkable to many restaurants, a strip mall and the beach.

Went to Radisson Blu Aruba in April with my boyfriend and came home engaged. The hotel was a great choice, the rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony. Hotel grounds and infinity pool are beautiful. It was not overtly crowded. All of the staff we came in contact were lovely. Beach and shops and restaurants are literally right down the street. Overall a great value and I would stay again.

Everything about the hotel we liked. 5 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to downtown. The staff super friendly and helpful. Two employees in general made our experience a lot better during the stay! Vanessa and Santos! Super friendly, recommended things to do around the island, and overall great people! I would definitely stay again at the Radisson Blu.

Great hotel! Stayed for 5 days. The front desk staff are amazing, and gave great suggestions on places to eat and go have fun. The location of the hotel is great your in the middle of everything and the beach is a 10min MAX walk away.

We really enjoyed our five night stay here!! The rooms were spacious, with a full kitchen, living area and separate bedrooms. The rooms and resort were kept very very clean, which is hard to come by at a lot of hotels/resorts these days. There were always people cleaning the pools every morning, doing lawn and landscape work, washing floors in the hallways, etc… This was very nice to see that this resort and their employees take pride in their work and I want to let everyone know working at this resort that their hard work does not go unnoticed!! Thank you to everyone for such a pleasant and relaxing stay!! Even though this resort is 2-3 blocks off the beach it has just as much to offer if not more than some of the other resorts we have stayed at in Aruba. This place is very quite and intimate allowing a person to relax without all of the noise of people on the beach, but at the same time the beach is only a 5 minute walk. You get the best of both worlds at this resort. We also enjoyed the daily live music that was played in the afternoons. The only thing I would mention is that the price of the breakfast could cost a little less due to the limited variety of foods. I understand you can’t offer everything like some of the other resorts, due to less traffic, but I would adjust the price accordingly, so people stay at your resort to eat breakfast instead of venturing off elsewhere to have breakfast. I would have stayed and had the breakfast buffet for around the $18-22 price range, but not $28. I’m sure the food was excellent, but would have liked to see a little bigger variety. I did notice that this resort must have been impacted as others during covid for all of the rooms that were not filled, but if a place deserves a comeback, this is a place that deserves it! Can’t wait to come back and I will definitely recommend this resort to others!

Double check your receipts— They did not honor their 2 for 1 happy hour prices on two separate nights we went to the bar. I noticed the second night when I charged it on my card instead of to the room. When I asked about it, the bartender just told me he’d give me two more drinks(I really didn’t want 4 of the same drinks). I noticed they again didn’t honor happy hour prices when I checked out and saw the other charge. Also make sure they give you towel cards when you check in. We didn’t receive ours and had to ask about them. The hotel room itself has plenty of space and is clean. The pools were nice and the location is very walkable to all the Palm Beach restaurants.

The customer service was exceptional. Employees are always ready to assist you and answer your questions. Housekeeping made sure our room was comfortable and clean throughout our stay. Special shout out to Cesar from the pool bar. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had what we needed. (We were a group of 6) He even hand cut coconuts for me! My only complaint was the roof top pool wasn't open but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time.. I'd definitely recommend and return.
