I
kept
forgetting
if
I've
left
a
review
for
this
place
or
not,
so
I
came
to
check,
and
I
see
that
I
haven't
yet.
As
a
current
UIC
student,
this
place
is
a
stone's
throw
away
from
the
east
campus.
This
is
somewhere
that
you
HAVE
to
go
to
at
least
once
while
you're
a
student.
It
is
worth
it.
This
was
the
first
place
that
I've
had
quesabirria
at,
and
I
have
walked
here
several
times
while
on
campus
for
the
day
just
to
get
the
quesabirria
again.
No
questions
asked,
this
is
the
one
place
that
I
will
come
back
to
again
and
again
for
some
quesabirria.
I
still
remember
the
first
time
I
tried
their
quesabirria.
Hell,
the
very
first
time
I
came
here,
I
actually
got
the
torta,
and
it
was
incredibly
good
too!
But
the
quesabirria
is
the
real
star
of
the
show
here.
From
bite
one,
you
can
tell
that
the
cooks
in
the
back
are
bursting
at
the
seams
with
passion.
Birria
is
notorious
for
taking
a
very
long
time
to
make,
but
the
wait
makes
it
so
worth
making.
It
takes
a
lot
of
care
to
get
it
right.
Every
time
I've
gotten
it
here,
it
is
perfectly
made.
Opening
the
box
in
a
room
full
of
other
people
causes
quite
a
bit
of
jealousy,
as
the
first
time
I
ate
it
in
the
SEL,
a
couple
of
students
were
coming
down
the
stairs
from
the
second
floor,
and
they
could
smell
it
from
up
there!
I
swear
on
my
life
that
this
birria
is
worth
getting.
