I originally gave this facility a 5 star rating, but have decided to downgrade it due to the service after attending for several weeks. We won't be renewing our membership and coming back after the rude behavior to both me and my husband almost every time. If you're looking for a "real gym," I suggest finding somewhere else. Newer, modern facility with open space and easy parking, and well lit. The first time we came, a gentleman brought an umbrella out to the car when it was raining. However, in subsequent visits, we had negative service experiences. We were chided about parking within the lines when the parking lot was practically empty. We were stretching out in the CrossFit room and told that we had to leave, because it was a separate membership. Again the room was practically empty except for one guy, and we weren't using the equipment. When checking in, often the staff is involved with talking with each other and act like it's a bother to check in members. Lots of strength machines (Hammer Strength and Life Fitness brands) and free weights. They have a CrossFit Center, Muay Thai training area, yoga classes, outdoor pool, cycling classes, and cardio equipment. There is also a dry sauna and steam sauna (very hot!) in each of the men and women's locker rooms (they provide the locker key). They clean the steam rooms and saunas in the early afternoons every day, so if you go at that time, you may not be able to use one or both rooms. They also provide clean towels, and there are water filling stations, but you should bring your own bottle. It is more pricey, and practically empty every time we've come. I think that has to do with some of my service comments above as well as the price. If I'm paying premium prices, I expect premium service. Pool is a slight upcharge. Very professional, air conditioned gym. Good dress room and showers, as well as a pool. I went on my last day in phuket, paid 450 baht for the single day, which is expensive, but the gym is worth the price. They provide you a locker and some towels that you return at the end. There is alot of machinery and weights that are all clean and in good condition. Expensive for Travelers, but a good gym experience.

Actually shocking how rude the staff are here. Plus they charge 2x the next most expensive gym in Phuket and the actually “gym” part of the building is tiny. Jetts Fitness at central is open 24 hours, covered parking, much bigger workout space and it’s 1000 baht cheaper per month. Anyone who goes to Alpha is ignorant

Just signed up. First impression is good. Price is higher than other gyms but looks like worth it. Lady in the information desk is very helpful. Ac is working and temperature was good 👍

Great gym with excellent equipment. Requirement to only have members that are vaccinated will drive it to bankruptcy. Being fit and healthy is better than an experimental vaccine that is approved for "Emergency Use Only".

I went to visit the gym today, someone was suppose to give me a tour, there were 3 staff at the desk, very rude and unfriendly. No one gave me a tour, just pointed me in the direction, probably thought I didn’t have money and not to bother with me. Treat others like you want to be treated. On the other hand the Muay Thai teacher s were very friendly and helpful

Perfect, new and stylish gym and crossfit box with sauna and steam room. Prices for crossfit for Phuket incredibly low. Equipment is super new.

it's really nice and tidy here. It's all you need for an active and recreational pastime. The location is perfect, plenty of space, a nice pool, all the equipment is top technology, and, of course, friendly, educated and smiling staff. Don't miss the opportunity.

Upd: they changed temperature, and now it is 22, which is suitable, hope, that they will not change it again) Two stars, I can not do cardio here, because the temperature is 25 Celsius degrees, it is incredibly hot, at 7:30 on the street is less hot because of the wind, do not recommend. The staff said, that they can not change it, not user friendly at all.

2600 kinda very expensive price. "Dynamic" should be in that price included, but unfortunately, it's not in this price. Facility and Equipent is quite okay. 👌 Afternoon time can be busy but it is kinda annoying by these dummbed bodybuilders as once they are doing noise by weightlifting and strange posting in front of mirror - Sauna : i didn't use it - Parking : is ok, enough space - Staff : no comments

good gym for paying up to 100 baht per visit. saunas do not work as they should: there are few stones on which you cannot pour water or the steam sauna is turned off. yes, good repair, a lot of exercise equipment, but for such a high price there should be a lot more service

A nice gym with completely useless staff and an even more useless manager(some white Thai/Chinese Child) who doesn’t know how to handle problems and is racist to foreigners!Better spend your money somewhere else, the Thai people who train there are very arrogant!

Add dumbbells of 7 and 3 kilograms to the free weight zones already. I will change the review when you add it. It 's even funny , all the weights are there for girls , there are no dependent workers

Best gym in town, near central and there are a lot of classes, yoga, pumps, step, combat, TRX, tabata, RPM etc. I have been here for 2 years and still happy with this place.

After a lot of research and visits to many areas around Patong. We decided to obtain a monthly membership here. Yes, its a bit far to our accommodations while in this area. However, it is worth the drive for peace of mind that the gym and fitness area is clean and equipped with all the weight machines needed to have a great workout. If living in this area, check it out. They have some great promotions; for instance if you know you work out at a certain time you can get a monthly membership reduction based on non-peak hours; which is beneficial and worked out for us.. Would return if we were living in or within 20 minutes of this gym.

Very nice gym. Not crowded. Alot of free weights and machines. Good facilities. But it's a little hot there, they kept opening the windows.

They also have promotions per month. Comparing the membership fee and services, I believe it’s reasonable.
