Least favorite of Jetts Fitness locations. There is always a crowd of commission-paid “trainers” at the entrance (17 recently!). They size you up as either a person looking to pay them, or not. Like a used car buying experience. I’m a Not so I get the indifferent lip curling looks 😒. Obnoxious. Gym equipment often smells of body odor 🙄. The equipment is wiped down with nasty blue towels by the “trainers.” The free weight dumb bell area is poorly set up and not ventilated. And last - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! You will regret it.

Cant go inside to watch before buy. It need to register some app first, and give tel number. It so stupid! I did not buy access, because it is stupid system. Let people go inside, without any scans, registration forms. Make it simple!

I recently visited Jetts at Central Festival, Phuket, in search of a new gym. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found the door locked during staff hours, which felt impolite. After finally gaining entry and requesting to tour the facilities, I was directed to scan a QR code for registration, a rather unusual requirement. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, rushing me through the process once I registered. The overall vibe was off putting, and their push for a credit card based membership made me uncomfortable. The gym was overcrowded, with limited space, and the prices seemed disproportionately high for what was offered. I wouldn't recommend this gym based on my experience.

Went there to check it as my friend suggested...funny thing is, he is paying 1700thb a month...while for me it was 2500...something does not add up. Otherwise equipment looked nice,but I won't be coming back since it took staff few second to pause about the price .

State of the art equipment and super clean! Tried the yoga class for free. Everyone was kind and spread out. The only downside to the vinyasa flow was it didn't flow. There was no calming music and quite often interrupted by the instructor so she could take pictures. People were expected to hold poses longer so she could add content to her media. Not relaxing at all.

As you can see from the other reviews, i have experienced that same. Unpolite staff that were pushing to sell a membership to request with a credit card. It's quite a new place and actually have good equipment to use. However, if someone want to explain to a "friend" based on recommendation of exercises, they have quite a bad manner to look. I have seen some trainers who might even don't know: how to use or train a person properly and use muscles functionally. Well, everyone can use those strange maschine, but these "trainers" do not have a clue about gymnastics and calisthenics.

Dumbbells only upto 35kg. No machine for hamstrings. No machines for calves. Only 1 machine for most body parts. Needs more machines for bodybuilding.

500bath for one day… Most expensive gym I have ever seen in Thailand and when I see the other comments, it doesn’t seem worth it at all…

Nice clean quiet gym with all the basics including elliptical, treadmill, swing bars, max dumbbell is 35kg and has a studio. Showers, toilets and lockers. Bring your own lock. Overall worth the money.

I went in and was told by the staff I could pay monthly 1500 baht using my Thai debit card. Today I went to sign up and they refused and told me I have to pay in advance. Train your staff better. I will take my money else where. Stop trying to take advantage of "farang". You should be embarrassed.

Newly opened. The only 24hour gym in Phuket. Slightly more expensive But well worth it. Very modern equipment, well spread out gym, good staff, knowledgeable. I would rate it the Best gym in Phuket.

Jetts are always cleaned and maintained to perfection in Thailand, I've been to gyms in the three major areas, Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya. The quality never wavers

This gym has plenty of good machines for cardio or weight lifting. All the staff are really friendly and professional, and being located in the shopping center is a bonus.

Very good facilities and good customer care

Very small dumbbell area which is always crowded. No calves machine. Instead lots of cardio machines and 3 big aerobic areas. Aircon not really working in the late evening. Not enough toilets and showers. Expensive membership fee. If you want to build big muscles then this is definitely the wrong place for you.
