My husband went in this morning for a meniscus tear, a relatively simple procedure. He ended up having his heartbeat go very very low, and the anesthesiologist have to give him Atropine. My husband has cardiac issues this was through no fault at all of the anesthesiologist. His ekg was showing off as well. They took incredibly good care of my husband in recovery and made all of the arrangements for him to have the same day follow up with his cardiologist. They kept him here until they were sure he was going to be followed up on. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were very attentive to him and tried to explain things in a manner in which we would understand. I felt they actually cared about us as people and not just as a number coming through Surgicare. Highly recommend.

This was the best place I've ever been. The staff was amazing. I was almost in tears at how well they treated me. I've never been so taken care of by medical personnel. They treated me like a human being. From the check in ladies and the nurses to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Le. I wish I could send everyone a gift/thank you letter. Not only were the personnel beyond amazing, but the building was really clean. Again, I wish I could go back the next time I need a surgery. Above and beyond care, I will and have already been recommending Surgicare to my family and friends. 🧡

My son had two separate surgical procedures to correct a tight tendon in one of his toes on each foot here. One done in June, and the other in July. Both experiences were wonderful. Our surgeon was Dr. Jex and that guy is just incredible. We live an hour away and our check in times were both around 7am, and we were all very tired, so it definitely felt like we were there foreeevvveeerrr. But actually both times we were in and out in maybe 3 hours tops. I didn't keep track, I just know we were back early enough that when we stopped for lunch the kitchens were just barely opening up. All of the staff were helpful, compassionate, kind, and made us feel welcomed and like we mattered to them. Y'all, they even called a couple of days later to check on how my son was doing and see if we had any questions or concerns. Some of the older reviews on this place kinda scared me but maybe they are under new management or something because for both of our experiences, everyone at Surgicare went above and beyond to take care of us. I wish I could remember the names of the anesthesiologist and the nurses because I'd like to thank each of them personally for giving us such a good experience and taking such wonderful care of my son. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Stumpe and the entire staff was wonderful in caring for my sons broken nose. I have a fearless five year old. They got us in quickly, got everything scheduled for us, and day of went as smooth as can be. Very impressed with the care he received and all of the goodies he got for being so brave. Thank you to everyone that we worked with.

Had an appointment for today to have surgery. Yet, because of financial issues, they took it upon their selves to cancel my appointment without telling me. I get there with just a few minutes before my appointment for the woman to tell me they canceled my appointment and she was supposed to call me yesterday to tell me but she just didn’t. My husband has had no sleep, and I cleared my work schedule for two weeks for this surgery only for them to do this to me. Needless to say, I’m highly disappointed in their lack of professionalism to reach out to me in advance to let me know of their cancellation. The woman I spoke with today had no bed side manner and was less than understanding or caring in any way whatsoever

Several yrs ago, my father had a knee replacement which got infected, the infection went to his spine, he ended up having his leg amputated due to the infection, he had a massive stroke and has been in a nursing facility since. Some of the nursing staff were quite hateful, stating that it was my father's fault that he got an infection. It was the titanium that caused the infection. They wouldn't answer his call light until myself or my aunt would track down a staff member. It was an absolute horrible experience for my whole family.

Had surgery on 7/12/2023 in and out the same day, I feel the staff was very good and took very great care of me after, in recovery ! I wasn't happy with the day before surgery because they changed the time 4 times of the time, I was supposed to check in time was set for 10:30Am then they said 8a.m then 9am then when I got there they said my check in time isn't til 9:30a.m why you stress people out right before surgery I have no idea!

I had rotator cuff tear surgery this morning. Maria, Becky, and the rest of the team took exelent care of me. Dr. Prohaska got me fixed up and out to home in good shape.

all staff here are absolutely amazing. caring and kind. I really do not understand these couple of bad reviews here. not to mention that the hospital itself is clean. staff are amazing and very professional. I honestly liked all the nurses I've met here but I remember this nurse named Sheri. she is beyond amazing and kind. I've been to many hospitals due to my health issues and this place was definitely one of the best. highly recommend.

All the staff were extremely friendly. They communicated the process well and adjusted to my unique health needs.

Absolutely amazing staff that cares about the patients and are always there for them. They have state of the art and very clean facilities. They were very transparent with everything they did and very helpful after the surgery.

I would recommend Surgicare to anyone needing a minor/day surgery or procedure. Great care from start to finish. I’ve had surgeries and procedures elsewhere and Surgicare was the only one to use lidocaine when placing an IV so it was barely felt and placed correctly the first time! The anesthesiologist checked in multiple times while I was waiting to make sure I wasn’t feeling anxious or experiencing pain. The post-op nurses were caring and made sure the post procedure pain was managed quickly. Great experience overall.

I had the absolutely best nurses there. My main nurse, Nancy, was absolutely wonderful. I had complications with my lungs after my procedure and had to be transported to the hospital, but she was with me every step of the way making sure my husband and I were informed and that I was taken care of.

Had the best experience! The most caring team of nurses and Doctors… Going through medical issue is hard but when there’s a caring team helping you though, makes all the difference. Really appreciate the care! ❤️

Lovely place with a very kind staff! Check in was quick and the nurses were very supportive, making sure to ease my anxiety and accommodate any of my needs for my procedure. They checked in on me the next day as well. Def recommend this clinic!

Wonderful place! This was only my 2nd surgery & every staff member was helpful & friendly! The pre & post op nurses were top notch!
