    I came into the clinic feeling awful, sore throat, congested, sneezing, runny nose and waited an hour and a half to be seen only to be treated disrespectfully by the nurse practitioner. It was as if she was just annoyed at my presence and cut me off when I was speaking. I work with children and am traveling overseas in a week and a half and wanted some meds so I’d be at full health to work and go on my trip and was told that I just have to get over it and it wasn’t anything worth prescribing medication for. Now it has progressed to an ear infection and I leave in a week. They took my money and now I have to look elsewhere for care and shell out even more funds that I don’t have. This place is a scam.

    Laina Vu administered covid and flu vaccines for our family of 5. She was very patient and gentle and none of the kids cried, they didn't even feel the needle. We had trouble finding a place that would do both the covid and flu vaccines this was our first time using the little clinic and we were happy with the service, they have great hours for working people and we will return again. Thank you

    They never answer their phones. I have tried for HOURS to get them to pick up and they don’t. I even called Dillon’s and had them transfer my call back with no luck. I was calling because I need to get a service recoded for my physical so that my insurance will cover it, but they refuse to talk to figure it out. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back.

    The girl who checked me in was amazing. She was all about patient care and customer service. The only issue was the practitioner. She didn’t tell me anything that she was doing didn’t introduce herself didn’t seem inviting. She handed me my paperwork and said tomorrow at this time bring back the paper….I would’ve liked a little more information. Besides the girl at the front I was just lost.

    I am extremely sick with upper respiratory infection. No voice at all. I saw the ARNP Dana Daggett in this clinic today and I was told to go buy some Claritin D or allergy medicine. I'm coughing so hard it's causing a migraine to develop. Very very poor care and decision making by the ARNP at this clinic on 5/25/22. I will be going above her head now.

    I went in to The Little Clinic today for the first time to get an abscess/possible infected hair on my underarm checked out. I believe my doctors name was Debbie and she was by no means friendly. I was not impressed. The first nurse who I talked with and explained what was going on to was professional enough but my doctor treated me with attitude. She took a VERY quick look at it, prescribed me antibiotics and when I asked when my prescription would be ready for pickup at Walgreens she told me “Well I have no idea what Walgreens does to notify you so it could be ready if you go now but who knows.” She made me feel stupid for coming in to get it taken care of and I am not a rude person by any means.

    I would give zero stars if I could. This location at Central and Rock in Wichita is NOT recommended! I tried to make an appointment here because it was the only location with openings on a Saturday. My daughter’s appt was at 3pm Saturday, January 28th. I know why they had so many openings! They are extremely rude. Especially the “provider”. I had trouble finding my daughter’s insurance card. I had just moved and I can’t find all my stuff, I explained it all. She is in the system, has been there before, but they claimed she wasn’t. It’s funny anywhere else I go she is and there is never an issue with our insurance. NEVER. They refused to see her unless I paid $99 out of pocket. Literally refused care for her. But additionally, what the “provider” did, was take one look at my 15 yr old daughter’s lips while we were sitting in the lobby and she said, “well those look like PIPE BURNS to me!” I was shocked at how rude she was! Insinuating my daughter smokes a pipe, how rude can you be????? Although she ended up having cold/canker sores that I wanted to make sure weren’t infected! She said this out loud in the lobby where anyone could hear her, so automatically we are getting a HIPAA violation from her comments. She also told my daughter’s friend to take her hand off her leg, and they were innocently just sitting there waiting for me to look up my daughter’s insurance policy. After these rude comments by the provider, she also said, “We are 30 mins past your appointment time and we have other people waiting. So you’ll have to leave, thanks.” Apparently that’s all she was concerned about instead of treating my daughter’s issue privately. Then she just walked off. The girl at the check in desk had said if I ran home to find her card, they would hold a spot for her. I lived 30 mins away. Guess not!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a place like this. To top it off, unbeknownst to them, I am also a nurse and I was absolutely shocked at the poor care and customer service at this location. I simply wanted to make sure my daughter didn’t have an infection and maybe get a Rx. Seeing how other nurses treat us can be eye opening when you’re in the field yourself. Some have no business being nurses or practitioners! She definitely has no business being one!

    After waiting a week and a half for a Covid-19 antibody test, I arrived at the designated parking lot space, called the "mail box" number I was given AND the number on the Little Clinic sign (a different number). After an hour and fifteen minutes, plus 5 more calls, I went in to the store. A sticky note had been attached to the computer at the entrance to the Little Clinic saying that they had closed. The pharmacist next door said "their computer was down." No attempt made to notify those of us waiting in our cars, per your protocol. Store location: Rock Road and Central, Marketplace Dillons, Wichita, KS Date of appointment: 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2020.

    Had a great experience at the little clinic. All The staff was so kind and empathetic. The nurse practitioner, Laina, was very personable, patient and listened — didn’t make the appointment feel rushed. I was able to get the prescriptions I needed quickly.

    I made an appointment there on a Friday when I couldn’t get into my PCP or my ENT. I explained to the provider that I have severe sinus issues, etc. I also explained to her that they usually send a script for antibiotics. She spent less than 5 minutes with me, then told me there was nothing she could do for my sinus infection symptoms. I’m very glad that I have insurance, but even then, it was a waste of the $20 co-pay! Don’t waste your time going here!

    The most absolutely nicest friendly group of individuals, Nicole and her nurses were kind and made me feel welcomed got me taken care of given the situation. Would recommend this place 11/10.
