I am very pleased with the services and professionalism at the center. The staff are very attentive. My mother is 90 years old and felt immediately comfortable with the staff.

The staff is very friendly. The doctor was very thorough, friendly, understanding. He was interested in giving me the best of care and getting to know me. He spent lots of time going over my medicines and the results of my tests. I really like this clinic.

I had met with Wendy and had an appointment to sign my new patient paperwork to become a patient there. On the day that I was supposed to do that, I had an afib episode and ended up in the emergency room at St Francis. A friend brought me to the hospital but could not stay for the full time that I was there. I called the clinic to let them know that I would not be able to make it and the reason why and Wendy's concern immediately was for me and whether or not I had somebody to be there with me. She offered to come and sit with me and I told her that she could if she had that time and I asked her to bring the paperwork with her since I was basically just sitting in the waiting room like everybody else. I was having an issue with primary care physician from who I had before to the clinic and upon my first visit to the clinic, she spent over an hour with me on the phone with the insurance company getting everything straightened out. Everyone from the intake people to the receptionist and schedulers I absolutely amazing. I recently had my first official visit with Dr Shaver and he went over everything with a fine tooth comb and actually found a reason for my neuropathy that nobody else could figure out. This place is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.

I think it's amazing they provide free transportation for all of their patients! On top of that they do not charge any co payments! Plus, all of their staff is amazing and really care for their patients, especially Sajed! If you are on Medicare this is the place for you!!

I liked it, it was very welcoming. The staff makes you feel like family, very good people there, and I will keep going back as long as I can.

Tony and Dr. Baty saved my life. If not for their actions I would no longer be alive. Also, the kindness, compassion, love, acceptance, patience they have shown me makes me want to live. I am a transgender person and it sucks but thanks to Dr Baty and Tony l am accepted and loved by all. I love them both very much!!! My family needs my help and loves me so thanks to Dr Baty n Tony l am still here for my family. There is nothing l wouldn't do for either of them. How does one say "thank you" when 2 strangers cared enough for a very angry stranger to save his life? How do l make that up to them?

If you are on Medicare & aren't signed up here for your health care, you're crazy!! Check it out, this place is great

Truly, a different and unique approach to addressing the needs of our elderly community and their healthcare needs! The staff is always amazing and willing to help in anyway that they can. Dr Hilgenfeld never makes my mom feel rushed or that her problems are insignificant. Highly recommended!!

Best care I have received. Excellent Doctors and Staff. I was seeing Dr. and couldn't breathe. The Doctors saved me and got me to the ER. Thank you everyone for caring about me and my health ❤️

Everyone is very helpful and kind.. And actually listen to you and try to fine ways that help. I like the idea that I don't have to go anywhere else to get my medication.
