Best place to update your resume and do free printing. The staff is always so helpful with any questions you may have about local community services. I've always left feeling pleased with the support from staff of everyone working for the Evergreen Park Recreation Center.

Last day for the pool to be open. Many memories over the years for my boys at this pool. Sad to see it go!

The Recreation center is nice, splash pad looks cool (but it is closed) the rest of the park is trashed most of the time.

Good Park to go to for the grandson to run and play and get their energy out. Everything was nice and clean. Only my complaint would be the park benches don't have backs.

I went to have my taxes done. United Way of the Plains offers free tax prep for Seniors at this location. All I can speak to is the facility is very nice and warm on this 20° evening. There is at least one mural on the outside of the recreation building that is absolutely beautiful. I would enjoy displaying a print of it in my home. The mural is of an indigenous person wearing, what I would describe as a ceremonial mask of feathers. I found it very moving. I could make out the the eyes of the subject before it became too dark this evening. . . they appeared very powerful. When leaving, after my appointment, it was too dark to make out the warrior's eyes. However, the feathers of the mask remained vibrant even in the darkness. I hope the reader will go see it and any others at this location. I will certainly return for a viewing in the daylight.

Clean. Facilities are great. Easy to coordinate 100 people for feeding and celebrating.
