I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this place. But I would never assume this lack of care at a medical business. Total time spent at this place was almost 4 hours. I waited in the waiting room for a little over an hour, which is to be expected on a Saturday. So that was not the problem. The problem was I had extreme swelling from my broken arm, swelling so bad that as soon as the nurse saw me she knew it was broken but did not offer anything for my relief. An ice pack, Ibuprofen, or any anti-inflammatoryโ€ฆ Nothing. She did not have any empathy when getting my pulse or taking my blood pressure. She left the blood pressure cuff on for longer than needed after she recorded my numbers. Left the room and came back in more than once without communicating anything. She hardly spoke. However the woman that did my x-rays was very empathetic and friendly and she is the reason why my rating has even any stars at all. After the initial wait in the waiting room and the nurse getting my vitals I was sent back to the waiting room for another hour or so. Then I was eventually called back to a room where I waited for nearly another hour and a half. I had to request to see my x-rays more than once, they were not offered. Final diagnosis was a broken radius near my wrist. I was supposed to be given a sling after my splint was put on and never got it. Everything seemed super unorganized. At the very end of my visit they finally gave me ibuprofen because the swelling continued to get worse and was up into my forearm. I told them the level of pain was a 7 out of 10 and was not prescribed anything. Was told to take Tylenol and Advil. Will NEVER go back and will encourage others not to go there as well.

This place is a joke. I had been suffering from an ear infection for over a month and was hoping for some relief. Since my primary care doctor is at Eberly Farms I went with that Urgent Care. I called first to see if they could see me for the infection and they assured me they could. When I got there the nurse was wonderful and kind but then came the ARNP. She was rude and gruff, did not even introduce herself before telling me I shouldn't have bothered coming in because I should just see my ENT in a week. She said she would not help me and that I should just deal with it until the following week. She told me anti biotics would not work and that I had need of an alternate medication. She then told me she would not give me that medication because I could just wait for the ENT. I asked her if she'd at least prescribe a medicine that could treat the discomfort and swelling. She told me she was not going to give me anything and I could just wait. I am of course, bawling, because I'm in pain and she says, you can take advil. So I leave in tears and call the complaint people. They meet with the ARNP and their esteemed medical director and decide that "The Standard of Care" has been met. and that I dont have a right to dispute the charges. Great standard of care. I won't be using you ever again.

Possibly the worst treatment I have ever encountered in any hospital/clinical setting. Nurse had no idea what she was doing and the PA was rude and said she could not help unless the flare up was happening now. Well it was. Doctor finally came in , looked around and said she could not find anything wrong. No blood test ordered. No Urine ordered. I said screw you guys and went to the VA. They found multiple things, some life threatening, and treated me like a human again. As a Combat Vet I will be sticking with the VA. Wichita/Ascension/Via Christi is a DEATH SENTENCE!

The other reviews are very accurate! I found the staff to be extremely rude during the triage process for immediate care. The receptionist was friendly, and thatโ€™s about the only positive person I ran into. The so called triage nurse was beyond rude. She acted like she hated her job, and didnโ€™t want to be there. She asked me what r u here for? What do you want to be triaged for? I told her I was having flank pain possibly a UTI or kidney infection, and severe sinus congestion. She responds in a very snobby voice... Which complaint do you want to be seen for? I said both please. She says โ€œ Well we only triage and see you for one complaint.โ€ She said itโ€™s the managers new policy. Well I said so you mean I canโ€™t be seen for both issues?? She more the less said well itโ€™s a policy. Wonโ€™t be back! Ended up leaving before being seen. If you canโ€™t triage a patient.. then Iโ€™m not going to stick around. Remember first impressions last!

I was there Monday for a cough that was painful. The PA looked at me for 2 minutes said it's not flu and left. So after suffering a few more days I went to my doctor and asked for a chest xray. Turns out I have pneumonia.

Pretty upset. I've been seeing a physician here for a good 10 years, maybe longer. Care has been lacking pretty bad the last few years. I can't ever get in to see my doctor. Ever. She never has openings. Her nursing staff, also, suck. Last time I went for a well woman's visit, I apparently had abnormal cells and no one every called me to talk to me about it, I had to call after I hadn't heard anything for several months, they then decided to tell me something is wrong with me. I just don't think they care about their patients. I called yesterday to try and get in to see someone, I said even if it wasn't my doctor (because she's always booked out for months) I would see a PA, and it's because I've just been having intermittent, mild chest pains. Could be gas for all I know. Wouldn't even try booking me an appointment. They even sent a message back to my doctor and my doctor just dismissed it and said "if she's having chest pains she needs to go to the ER." Well y'know, I wish I had all the money in the world to just pop into the ER whenever I've got a minor ache or pain, but I don't. I can't afford the ER. So, thanks for looking out for me, Reflection Ridge. Kiss my rump. I'm switching physicians.

I second the person that said they wished they would have read the reviews first. The PA came in and called me by the wrong name, told me I needed a brace but the ones they had were too big and I could buy one. Also, the x-ray tech took pictures of the wrong areas and had to redo it. This place was a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Since I wasn't able to get in to see my regular doctor, I've had to visit this facility twice in the past two months. I did have to wait a little on the first visit because it was late evening on a Friday, but that was sort of expected. I've found the staff, from the receptionist(s), nurse(s) and the two different PA's to be very pleasant and thorough.

We were in and out very quickly with excellent care. All of the nurses were friendly and made the visit easy for our child.
