This clinic is definitely not what it use to be. Can never speak directly to someone. Yellow team NEVER returns calls. I had a nurse call and try to reschedule my appointment after confirming. Let her know that day would not work, she was suppose to call back and her it is 24 hrs before my original scheduled appointment and still have not heard back. Called the clinic and left a message which has not been returned.

I took my 8m old in to make sure ears were clear of infection (he had two prior) because he has a 2hr hearing test coming up. Dr. Ignowski came in and said "ears full of wax can't see ear drums, let me see if one of the nurses has time to clean them." A nurse came in and got some out, then another nurse looked and said there was brown hard wax blocking his ear drums. Dr came back and pretty much said "hey sorry, can't see his ear drums, can't tell you if still infected because of the hard wax, take him home, try these over the counter drops and audiologist should be able to help you clear them out and see if still infected." Seriously?!?!?! And if still infected no medication to help him, mind you he's still goopy nosed and cupping his ears.... Thanks for nothing Blue Team. Very upset.

I met my new doctor. Dr. Fischer. She was able to convince me to get vaccines and blood work. Not an easy thing to do. She was very thorough and made me feel that she cared. I was also extremely pleased with Aaron in the lab. I have very small veins and Aaron assured me everything would be ok. And it was. The care I have received from the doctors and nurses at this facility has been outstanding. I have been receiving care here since 2019. I have only had a negative feeling once and that was at the front desk. Overall I'm very pleased. Thank you for all you do and thank you for taking care of me.

This office used to be wonderful, we have been coming here for 12 almost 13 years for context. THIS OFFICE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. They don't answer the phone ever and they wont return a voicemail. I attempted to schedule an appointment for a month calling and leaving messages, I tried to get help when I had COVID and nothing. I have had to call the hospital twice during office hours to have them page my new Dr. for urgent needs because they simply wont return phone calls.

Ascension has not been a good fit for Visa Christi. The communication, the healing energy is not there anymore. I've talked to quite a few people that are also looking for doctors outside the Ascension group. Ex: the staff , including phone help are not very helpful. They seem unhappy, uninterested, and overworked. No one gets back to you including the patient portal. The doctors are not as good as the recent - meaning before Ascension - interns. I've been through many interns and the last one I was assigned to was so unprofessional and uninterested that I asked for a different intern. In all these years I've never done that. I was told I could not see a different intern.

Dr. Roth was very thorough and I felt he took the time to listen. Not only was he knowledgeable and very personable, HE WAS ON TIME! which I appreciated very much!

Very pleased w Dr Hagan and staff of nurses in back office. Only complaint is no one answers the phone or calls back. Specifically green team. I have to go thru patient portal meaning i have to look up password, send message and wait for a message. As I am busy i may not see message till end of day or next day(s). It is not texted but emailed. My email gets hoards of messages. Again our Dr and the staff are friendly, considerate, informative and kind. So appreciate the staff. Front counter staff are polite as well

The staff was great. Not sure if Dr knew what to do w my bulge on my neck. Still waiting for some one to call me to do some kids of xrqy or something he said they would call me to do it. And I have been there several times. And they have u sitting to long in the exam rm. Way to long. If u could correct that it would be great.

The clinic is NOT the best but I do think most of the residents and attending doctors care. If you are already a client, don’t bother calling, if they return your call, it’s a miracle. You’re better off logging into the patient portal and messaging them. I usually get a response within an hour after messaging them, but with calling it could take days. But I like the doctors I’ve seen. They take me seriously, and talk to me honestly. It is frustrating starting a new resident, I’d say, aside from the scheduling issues, the changing of residents most annoying. But it is a resident clinic.

The staff, the nurse and the yellow team are very helpful and professional. Dr. Kylie Hampton is very caring doctor, I am very pleased about the quality of care she has done to me. Thank you for being a great listener! I am so grateful, good luck I know you will be a great doctor!

I love Dr. Pearson. I’ve been through many doctors here she’s been my favorite. She listens to what I’m saying and don’t brush me off. The nurses and staff here are friendly.

Excellent on time experience as always. Dr. Porter is a pro and has my full confidence.

My experience here was horrible. The doctors I had here played a lot of games with my health issues! I had a light stroke in February 2022 and after I went for a follow up here they didn't want to address the issue. When I addressed concerns about my blood pressure being to high for months and months and maybe my medicine is not working, the doctor didn't do any changes. A lot of people I know the go to that clinic have had the same issues. So the advice I would give to anyone is to go to a Wesley family medicine clinic and also if you need to go to the E.R. go to Wesley. Stay away from the Ascension Via Christi Hospitals!!! They play games with your health.

Dr Shin provides world class top notch care. She combines unsurpassed knowledge with a truly caring and supportive bedside manner. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Be honest with them when being seen, it helps them help you better. Make sure they know all of your diagnosis and issues if you need an exception to their policies.

I have recently came back to this office and my provider is Dr chaffee .I had been in the hospital with nausea and vomiting I also have sjogrens causing my muscles to hurt badly. This Dr is stopping my muscles relaxers .When I told her specialist I see for sjogrens tried added another muscle relaxer to the 1 I already take .this wasn't a problem when i had refills from my last dr but now I need a refill she against it . It's not a controlled med and I have been taking this medication for over 7 years. And this medication iis the only 1 that gives me any relief from my fibromyalgia and sjogrens also she didn't taper me off this medication she just stopped it cold Doesn't make me confident in her being a Dr.

Everyone was so caring and very helpful. Dr. Balmann takes the time to talk with you and makes sure all your questions are answered. He is very caring. For the first time in years I feel good and it’s because I get the best treatment from my Dr. and the staff. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I did not have to wait very long to be seen. .I felt like the nurse that checked me in was very nice and kind. My provider really took time to get to know me and my medical history. She made me feel very comfortable. Another doctor came in my room and introduced himself and added to my appointment with additional relevant information. I feel like this office and the providers are going to be a great fit for me and my future health care needs.

I don’t answer the phone I don’t understand how a doctors office don’t answer the phone for their patients. This is ridiculous. I’ve been calling for two days. I’ve left a message and no response.

My dr, dr miller takes my concerns seriously and is trying to teach other drs to listen to their patients. I am very pleased with how he is handling my health issues.

I have used this doctors office for 9 years, I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received in the last 3 years! The doctors disregard concerns, the lady at the front desk is EXTREMLY rude and the green team NEVER EVER calls back. I have left SEVERAL voicemails and have not received one call back! When I try to schedule an appointment it takes 2-3 calls/voicemails before I can even get a call back! This last time I've called 3 times trying to get a call back and STILL have not received one. How are you a doctors office if patients can't even get a return a call or anybody to even pick up the phone??

I’ve been going to years since 2004. Great grade medical students becoming doctors I enjoy everyone of my experiences. I would recommend anybody Ascension Via Christi Clinic!!

I would rate my experience there on June 9th a zero a big old goose egg zero. I had appointment at 4:10 p.m. I got there early was in the patient room by 4:00 p.m. and the nurse checked my vitals, and then said that the doctor was running a smidge behind. So I waited till 5:00 p.m. for the doctor then I left the room handed the nurse my chart and said I waited long enough. I cannot believe that Dr Gwen Swenberg let me Wait it there that long.

I have been coming here and loved it but they never answer calls or call back if you leave a voicemail! They're hard to get in contact with! I have had to go to the clinic just to get an appointment or I have ended up going to another clinic!

Overall we never see our primary doctor but all the other ones we have seen are nice and try their best to help out reading what they can of my son's medical charts/ notes. It's just very frustrating as a parent to have to constantly repeat alot of things or explain why we no long take a certain med and me constantly asking why is it still noted.

They don't answer there phone when you call but if you leave a voicemail they are usually good about calling back our doctor is doctor hagen he is very nice and well spoken and he treats me and my wife with understanding and makes sure we know everything is good with our child. He also informed us of a portal thing we can use to talk to him directly in case you can't get a hold of your team in my case it's green team. Everyone there seems nice except labs for blood draw she seems cranky.

I'm not sure I’ve ever had as thorough an appointment with a family practice physician as I just had. We talked through a number of issues, explored options, and made some decisions. Wow. As good as it gets.

love how the Resident Dr.s learn the now, not what they did 50 years ago or whatever. I have liked all of my Dr.s and their Nurse's there, since I have been there. They seem to care and do what is best.

I absolutely love going to this clinic. Have been for the past 3 years now and I love the staff...besides there is this one nurse every time she is our nurse, she seems very irritated about everything. The first time I thought she was just having an off day. Now it is about every time over the past couple years.

I just started coming here cuz I needed a new Primary Care Provider. This was the first time in a very long time that I had been to a doctor that cared enough to get to know me & about my health problems. The doctor I seen was very caring and understanding about what was going on with me. The nurses there was helpful when it came to putting my chair in my car. They just made me feel like they care about me & no one has really ever done that for me. I'd recommend this doctors office to anyone who needs a doctor.
