My doctor Dr. Kroeker is very calm , knowledgeable and takes time to listen and answers all the questions . She does not appear to be any hurry to leave. I am very pleased with her and the very professional staff.I will highly recommend her to any one needing a good doctor.

The entire staff is very pleasant, understanding and helpful! Dr Boxburger is hands down the best around! He is thorough and personable which you don't find a lot of times in physicians these days.

I had a telehealth follow-up appointment with Dr. Kroeker. It was a scheduled in-person appointment, but I contracted covid so we did it online. I appreciated that we could talk face to face, and she could see that I was not suffering, either from covid or my knee problem! Nurse Kelly took my pre appointment info, as usual. Thank you!

I have been dealing with heart issues for five years now. Trips to the ER were ended with being told it was just anxiety. I saw a doctor from this group about a year ago and just some tests were ordered. I saw Dr Boxberger in Eureka Ks last Thursday and I was seen rather quickly, they did tests then and there, and got me on medication to try and help. Finally after five years someone is doing something to help me. I am nearly 26 now. Heart disease runs in my family, my aunt passed away in her 30's and m grandfather passed away in his 40's. I don't want to leave my kids to early and I am for ever thankfully to be getting help finally.

I recently visited my general medical practice for a routine follow up and pre surgical lab work. The staff was very helpful in making sure any preliminary work was completed and accommodated an appointment with a cardiologist to ensure procedural safety during the surgery. I will say that if it were not for the PA's on staff you could not accomplish these expectations

Dr. Jeanne Kroeker has been my doctor for many years. She is knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate. I always feel that I have her undivided attention and I don’t feel rushed. She explains situations completely and answers all my questions. I also think her staff is superb.

Dr Boxberger is the best Dr in wichita. His personal concern coupled with his skill set is unbeatable

I always feel good about the visit. I wish there were more tests once a year like a cholesterol check and/or a sonogram just to ensure the "insides" are looking good.

I have the utmost appreciation for Dr. Kroeker and her staff. As a patient of hers for several years, I've never felt rushed or insignificant. She and her nurse, Kelli, are thorough and communicative. I love the patient portal, where I can ask questions or express medical concern if necessary. It is a competent and friendly physician practice, and I wouldn't consider anyone else.

They were on time with the appointment. Answered all of our questions and made sure all our needs were satisfied before ending the visit and friendly as usual.

Dr. Kroeker is my doctor. She is an excellent listener and diagnostician. At one point my A1C was creeping up to 5.9 and I was concerned. Dr. Kroeker sat me down explained the sugar/carb connection as we age. Even drew out the interaction on paper for me to both see and hear. This last appointment, my A1C was 5.5. I listen to what she has to say!

I always have a great appointment when I see Dr Boxberger. He doesn't just check cardiac issues he also checks my pulmonary status. We talk about what in my life is a problem and he takes time to go over it. This time I had a major problem and we discussed it. He always say if their is any thing he can do let him know. He will be following my INR monthly since they are very stable.

Dr Bowles is a great Dr. He listens and the wait time is really reasonable. The front desk staff is polite and knowledgeable as it the staff for check out. I especially love Dr Bowles nurses.

I felt safe when I was under care at the office. The staff were cleaning as I entered, everyone was wearing a mask and everything was set up to be able to practice social distancing. The staff are very professional, but personable at the same time. Dr. Boxberger was and has always been thorough in the exam room. We LOVE Dr Lai. She is very thorough in her care for our entire family, my mom, my husband and myself. She saved my husband's life this past year. She was diligent in getting a hemotologist in Wichita to investigate the continuous decrease in Mike's hemoglobin. It was finally discovered that he had a very rare form of leukemia and needed an immediate stem cell transplant. Thank you Dr Lai!! Keep up tge good work!!
