I switched clinic because I was sick of Hunter Health. Instead of seeing one OB/GYN your entire pregnancy, they have you see multiple residents. And to top it off, they tried to tell me I had a PAP when I didn't. When the nurse went out to tell the doctor, I could hear her telling to him like I was making stuff up. NEWSFLASH!!, just because you're whispering, doesn't mean I can't hear you! The nurses and the front desk staff are snooty and think they know it all. Do NOT go here if you can help it!

I talked to a very rude woman named Becky when I called to try and get an appointment for my son who has been ill. She ridiculed my son for not being employed, and ASSumed he didn't want to be employed because he hasn't worked in the past couple of years. My son has been assisting me with my husband (and my husband's work) these past couple of years, because my husband was disabled and needed around the clock assistance. My husband past away two months ago. After mentioning this to Becky, she asked "has your son attempted to get a job since your husband passed?". She offered no compassion or assistance, just a condescending attitude. If this is how they treat people at Hunter Health Clinic I can only imagine how poor the "healthcare" is that they provide. Be very wary of this place.

Hunter Dental is always a fantastic experience for me! This Office is new with State of the art Dental equipment. DR. Hunter is My Favorite Dentist I've ever had. My Teeth are sensitive from night grinding, and Dr. Hunter has always taken care to make my visits pain free. I ask a lot of questions, and Dr. Hunter and the staff have always been Patient and willing to answer and explain all procedures completely, and for that I am Grateful! Today I had an appointment @ 10:40 then the lady had me drank sugar juice to check for to see if I have diabetes or not. But then the doctor told my husband and I to wait in the waiting room for blood testing so we waited in the waiting room for 2 hours they wrote on the paper to come back at 11:47 am for my blood testing. So we waited and it was 12:05pm we talked to the lady at the front to let us in the back adthe doctor told us we was supposed to go to he lab but they didn't call my name they made me look stupid waiting in the lobby. They wasted my time and everything I have other things to do with my time of the day. Since they don't do their job ad their incompetent I I'll not go back their again and I don't recommend anyone to come here pregnant or not pregnant.

Was told at other location that few would be $25 just like it was when my son came in before and now they want $60 for the visit! So pretty much they lie to you here and screw you over. If I could give a rating lower then a one star I would!

The only reason i give it a two is because i appriciated the dr who i was seen by. The appointment was 30 min behind and i was in office for another hour and half for something simple. Every time i call they cant get logged in and when i was there they cant get logged in. (Its 2018, we moved pass these issues). I have been begging to speak to someone about my test results for 3 days now. I wont be returning. Its outdated and full of people who are just confused.

I thought this would be a good clinic but no. I do not want to get my prenatal appointments here, lady's in the front desk are so rude and I can't stand that. They wouldn't even attend me for my throat and allergies because I have to wait until Monday, that is so disappointing.

Been going to Hunter for a year now and its been great! I love going in when I have to because my experience with the staff has been awesome! When I called in with follow up questions they answered all my questions IMO in a timely manner.

Seeing new Dr, not sure yet. Saw Doctor the 30th of January. Over a week later, Still waiting for test results. Doctor seems cold and uncaring. Very unconcerned about patients complaints. I go to Market Street location.

Had appointment yesterday at 2:15Pm arrived at 2:01Pm waited until 2:40PM and never got called. I had to go back to work, so ended up rescheduling and can’t get seen again until January. Receptionist also wasn’t able to tell me how much more I would have to wait was rude. I do like Dr but had an unprofessional experience.
