Just bought the most beautiful Betta from Exotic Pets west location. His colors are vibrant, he is healthy and active and all of the fish were displayed in 1 gallon mini tanks instead of those awful cups you see at other pet stores. You can tell that the employees really love fish and reptiles and know how to care for them properly! Excellent experience.

Very friendly staff. Lot of diversity. Really cool to walk around for an endless amount of time. Can't wait to bring my girl here and let her check it out. She had just been to the Show Me reptile expo in Illinois, after talking to her, prices are really good. Will definitely recommend to friends.

O-M-G! I am visiting and this was on my top to-see list. Did not disappoint! If you are into reptile or fish, it's heaven. Every corner, every isle had something exciting. Dinosaurs everywhere! Animals I've never seen before! Decor (store and cage) that is just fantastic. I am so very jealous we do not have anything close to this in my home town. Customer service was wonderful too! Being a manager in customer service I tend to notice things. I've gone to both of their locations over the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience here. From letting me hold a tarantula to helping me find things. Or answering the million questions I have. They want people to give the best care to their pets. Their prices are competitive. I tend to spend more for for customer service or the ease of not going to a box store. But their prices are the same, if not lower! If they sold dog food, and treats, I'd buy there. I like the place that much!

The ultimate shop for all exotic pet needs in Wichita and the surrounding area, easily seen off of West Kellogg, accessible from a variety of directions but best described as being close to the Kellogg and West Street area and being by Towne West. Gorgeous setup of live reptiles, fish, and more, with all that is is needed to house and feed them, and a dynamic staff to assist its customers. Ever since opening this location for Westsiders, it has been a game changer for me, saving me tons of travel time for feeders and supplies. I highly recommend this business to anyone Wichita and the surrounding area.

Best Exotic Pets store I’ve ever been to!! They care for their animals and make sure they are healthy. My Jackson chameleon is over a year old and is very healthy and I'm sure its due to the great care it received at a young age. Highly recommended. The people are amazing and very knowledgeable!

This is way more than a pet store, this is an EXPERIENCE. Every tank for fish, reptiles, amphibians, or insects is absolute perfection! Live planted and well thought out layouts for enclosures, healthy and happy animals, and a fantastic and helpful staff are what makes this store different from all the rest. I went in for a piece of wood for my Betta tank, and the staff were so helpful and willing to answer all my new Betta mom questions, on everything from planted tanks to algae eaters that are ok to co-habitate . I will definitely be making the 5 hour drive back!

Knowledgeable and fast! This place is great!! I've been going to this place for a month now, and being a new hobbiest, any question I have, they do their best to answer for me and are extremely cool about it. They do get really busy, but they make sure you get taken care of and the prices are decent and they have a great reward plan.

This store is amazing! They were very helpful while setting up my new habitat for my classroom tree frog! They were very informative to parents coming in to purchase items.
