So
disappointed
with
my
experience
with
this
store
(Yorkdale
location).
I
purchased
a
ring
here
for
my
husband
a
few
days
before
Christmas
and
had
a
great
experience
with
the
salesperson
and
manager
(Chelsea)
however
the
ring
did
not
fit
when
he
opened
his
gift
on
Christmas
day
and
we
decided
to
return
to
the
store
to
have
the
ring
sized.
I
was
told
the
ring
in
particular
could
not
be
sized
even
though
the
initial
salesperson
told
me
it
was
in
fact
sizeable
(I
guess
they
say
anything
to
get
the
sale).
They
advised
me
that
they
could
order
the
ring
in
the
correct
size
but
it
would
take
6
weeks
my
husband
did
not
want
to
wait
6
weeks
to
receive
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
Christmas
gift
so
we
decided
to
opt
for
a
refund
this
is
where
all
customer
service
went
out
the
window.
The
sales
rep
and
manager
(Chelsea)
began
whispering
and
looking
at
me
from
across
the
room
and
miraculously
found
a
scratch
on
the
ring.
They
then
told
me
that
a
refund
would
not
be
possible
because
of
the
scratch.
I
told
them
that
it
was
impossible
for
the
ring
to
be
scratched
by
us
because
he
was
unable
to
wear
the
ring
as
it
was
not
his
size
the
ring
was
a
10
and
he
measured
a
12
at
the
store
(do
the
math)
it
was
physically
impossible
to
wear
it
let
alone
damage
it.
I
felt
extremely
taken
advantaged
of
in
this
store
and
the
whole
situation
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
They
said
they
cant
accept
the
ring
because
its
unsellable
even
though
I
pointed
out
lots
of
rings
and
bracelets
in
their
display
case
with
scratches
and
scuffs
which
they
will
in
fact
sell
to
unsuspecting
customers
like
myself.
I
honestly
did
not
want
to
cause
a
scene
in
the
store
so
now
I
am
forced
to
wait
6
weeks
for
a
ring
which
im
not
even
sure
what
the
quality
will
be
like
when
it
arrives
as
I
have
lost
complete
trust
for
any
business
this
company
does.
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
support
a
business
that
thrives
on
STEALING
from
and
LYING
to
their
customers!!
They
thrive
on
sales
commission
and
nothing
else.
Judging
from
previous
reviews
it
is
common
practice
for
them
to
treat
customers
this
way
so
I
would
suggest
new
customers
stay
away
go
to
a
more
reputable
jewelry
store
that
not
only
values
1
time
sales
but
return
customers
as
well.
