From the best of my knowledge there is not a Rolex dealership in the world that you can walk in and buy a watch that day. Waitlist exist at all Rolex dealerships. The appointment may bother some people but with the amount of time they spend with you and the personal experience you get when you are at your appointment, I understand why they do that. The appointment assures you are properly served. This should be looked at as excellent customer service. So take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. My experience at Raffi was Incredible. I purchased a Rolex Date Just from Susan and she was so accommodating the entire time. Rolex are incredibly hard to get a hold of these days and I had been looking for a couple models for a while. A few months ago, I came in looking to buy my first watch. Going into my appointment I was extremely nervous; I was a first time buyer, trying to look for something to celebrate my first salaried job. I had every single question you can imagine combined with a worry that I would be treated differently compared to regular clientele. He diligently answered every single question I had, and help me narrow down my options to ones that he thought would be appropriate for me. My overall experience was expectional, as I went in not knowing what to expect. I had emailed Raffi inquiring about a specific watch model and was invited by Alex to attend the Rolex exhibition. During the exhibition I was helped by Vicky, and it was very professional. I was able to try on and see each model I was interested in and set up a profile with the store so if any stock came in resembling my preferences I desired they would let me know. I understood there would be a long wait time but I was fine with that because I wanted to get it through an AD. During my waiting period I maintained my correspondence with Alex, who always spoke to me respectfully and took his time on the phone no matter how many times I had called in. To my surprise a configuration I was interested in came in and was offered to me to come in to see. That day I went in and was able to confirm and purchase the piece. Alex made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end, answering all questions and providing service above and beyond what I expected. I thoroughly appreciated how I was taken care of; that I am looking forward to the next time I’ll be able to purchase another time piece. I love the watch I now have, and am excited to add more to the collection in due time.

When I think of my experiences with Raffi Yorkdale over the past several years, top-notch customer service comes to mind (most recently with Alex). Alex is friendly, highly personable, and have always treated me with patience & respect. He listened and understood my preferences, making recommendations that were truly in-line with what I was looking for. I came here to purchase a Rolex timepiece so I could surprise my husband for his birthday. I had visited other Rolex retailers for this purpose but Raffi provided the most luxurious and detail oriented service. The first time I visited the store, I met Betty who became my sales associate. I knew next to nothing about Rolex timepieces at this point and she was very patient and kind. She showed me the Rolex website where I could configure different styles and encouraged me to ask my husband what styles and colours he prefers as this is a big purchase. I chose a few models and Betty added them to the wish list in my profile. I took Betty's advice and later visited the store again with my husband to try on some timepieces for him.
