Best place for seafood in Windsor ever. The service is perfect and the waiters are so sweet, they made us feel right at home. We had grilled salmon, lobster with shrimp which so good. There coconut shrimp is must try along with cocktail they serve. There refill cheddar bay biscuit was big factor on loving this spot as we could eat along with cocktail while waiting for food to arrive. There services was quick and fantastic. I would definitely like everyone to visit this spot and give it a shot

Amazing food at this place especially the biscuits! We had really good customer service too. I found that the combo offers were the best for the price. Definitely worth going back again.

We had an wonderful waitress caring us and it's the key for Red lobster Windsor to be successful. The "Ultimate Feast" was the platter we got that has very good quantiy for 2 to share if accompanied by a stater. The lobster and crab was perfectly cooked. The coconut shrimp was at its best as expected. And the popcorn shrimp is commendably good. The best family spot or a good place for a satisfactory food. 4/5😊 . Special Mention - #coconutshrimp . Dessert Menu could get more attention.

Delicious fresh lobster. The sides were awesome as well. Metro also sell fresh lobster and they steam it for you. However the lobster here tasted way better from the ones I had from metro. I had a great time her and will definitely come after I’m a millionaire so I can afford it lol

Had a bit of a mix up with the delivery order (error with doordash). Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I received the correct food and were very friendly/helpful throughout. They even offered to bring it to me. I'm very impressed with the customer service. The food was amazing - fresh, tasted great, and correct! Thank you so much to the staff I spoke to - you were all fantastic and turned my night around! I will be doing my orders straight through the restaurant from now on!

Food was fine, the service was terrible. They brought the wrong food to our table several times, took 20minutes to get a fork when requested. All you can eat shrimp took 20mins plus, as well for a refill. And overall just bad service and experience, usually go for celebrations but I don't think I will be back

Very lovely place for good food and cozy ambiance! Very busy on holidays and especially Valentine’s Day. Love their giant drinks, but a bit sweet - which can add more ice to make it better. Updated to 5star because the experience has always been good!

Absolutely amazing! The chef cooked the crab perfect! 👌 Wait staff was super prompt and professional as well. My grandpa and I were very impressed! The waitress Robin was amazing. Great work guys!

Excellent service! Had an absolutrly delightful waitress catering to me. My snow crab dish was delicious, and the biscuits were quality as always! There is a kids menu at this restaurant for those families with children. Wasn't too busy when I went alone. The price was great for what i received! Highly recommend to all seafood lovers out there 😋

Really great service and delicious food. The steak is so juicy and full of flavor. Even the mashed potatoes and fries were delicious. The burger was excellent. The calamari was great too. And the server, I think his name was "Brian" was excellent! Courteous and welcoming. He was our server on another visit about a couple months before and was excellent then too! Really fantastic experience.

Despite the lady working forgetting me on the phone for a little bit I had the best experience. She was so kind and willing to help. The food was incredible and the little note on the bag was the cherry on top 😘👌

On a busy Saturday night we were seated earlier than the suggested wait time. Food came out quick and promptly. Server was excellent and attentive. But best of all was how fresh the meal was. Lobster, steak and shrimp all cooked for perfection. Will be back to visit again in the future. Thanks for the experience!

Amazing Service and food was exceptional. We loved the drink options and the fact that they were ready to make non alcoholic options for any cocktail drinks. The coconut jumbo shrimp was so good, full of coconut flavour and quite crunchy. The quantity in the feast is definitely not as much but the quality makes up for it. Will definitely go there again.

I was not really sure if this is going to be the best choice however the workers over there are super nice and very diligent …. Prices are really reasonably fair and totally accepted …. Food is splendid and super tasty .. this place will make you happy and draw a smile on your face … there’s parking lot where you can park your car .. The atmosphere is really classy and quiet … this place is a 100% recommended and deserve a try … will definitely go back there.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years so when I went on a date to this Red Lobster I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed it. Service was alright nothing to write home about but the meal was really good. Biscuits are delicious the side Brussel sprouts are fantastic and I had the shrimp trio which was good. The price was reasonable and I was full. I really enjoyed this meal and the atmosphere was nice.

The Food never dissapoints and the service was great 👍 only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a long wait and the cook apparently forgot to make my chicken for my alfredo so they decided to remake my boyfriends whole meal also so that his wouldn't be cold waiting for mine to be done ..they also gave us a complimentary 6 piece jumbo shrimp for that mishap . Wish I remembered my servers name because we were very appreciative for that. Thank you to that man for great customer service 👌

Always good food! Had some salada with the biscuits and lobster with steak for lunch! No room for dessert. The restaurant was a bit empty and the server seens to be in a hurry taking the plates off...which surprised me cause they had just opened.

I’d say it was a little expensive but the taste sure was worth it. I enjoyed my meal. I had a last minute change in my order and they did really well in giving the best service.

It was my wife's birthday, and we always make the trip in to Windsor from Leamington to eat at Red Lobster on her birthday. The food as always was delicious. We started with the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms. Then, she had the Shrimp Your Way and I had the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. The new Tequila Lime Shrimp was amazing. We usually come here on a weekday when it is a little slower, but even today, Sunday, the service was quick.

The waitress was very personable, with many years of experience, a real salesperson for the menu, making suggestions for different food options. Then the food came and though we haven't been in a Red Lobster in 4yrs, it was everything I remember, consistently as good as the last time I ate there. The prices have skyrocketed but that is everywhere and when the quality remains as good as the food I don't mind paying the price.
