Favourite sushi restaurant in Berlin. The fish is fresh and the sushi rolls are delicious! If you like tuna, try the special spicy tuna roll.

Amazing experience!! We ordered IO tuna, Dragon Roll and Kyoto Roll. The three of them were incredible, but the Dragon Roll was out of this world (probably the best roll I’ve tried in Berlin so far). Waiting time for the food took a while, but the service was kindly and totally worth it… definitely coming here more often!!

Appearance was promising, but ultimately it was below average sushi - even by Berlin's standards. Friendly staff, lots of outdoor seating.

Had a massive bowl of udon that was very filling and flavourful. A few friends got some sushi rolls that were beautifully decorated. Staff was very friendly. There are also many vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Very recommended for Japanese food in Berlin. The restaurant is quite small but big enough to fit small groups.

Delicious sushi for fair prices with very nice service and nice atmosphere. Although the place looks kind of bad from the outside the interior is well designed. Only problem really is that they don't take card and having to pay with cash is annoying.

I really enjoyed our lunch here. It's a small sushi bar, and wasn't crowded at all on a Monday afternoon. We ordered a variety of options, and everything was delicious. The personnel were extremely friendly and we certainly are coming back next time in Berlin.

One of the best sushi places in Berlin! The staff was so lovely and make you feel quite at home. The food itself is so tasty and the portions are generous. I wanted to try the mochi in just one flavor instead of the 3 available ones and they made an exception for me. I highly recommend this place.

Ein süßes, schon fast unscheinbar wirkendes Restaurant, welches jedoch durchaus jeden Besuch wert ist. Eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen Spezialitäten im Bereich Sushi und mehr. Es beginnt schon mit prächtigen Optionen im Bereich der Vorspeisen und ganz zu schweigen vom Rest der Karte. Ich habe meinen Besuch sehr genossen. Neben köstlichem Essen war das Personal auch sehr freundlich.

this is our favorite place for sushi in Berlin! I wholeheartedly recommend visiting. The rolls here are large, with large pieces of fresh fish. Beautiful presentation of dishes. And the most friendly and nice owners, they are also waiters and cooks. this place will definitely not disappoint you.

Ich war hier mit einer Freundin das erste mal und wir waren sehr zufrieden ! Qualitativ super hochwertiges Sushi und geschmacklich absoult top! Wir haben 3 verschiedene Sorten bestellt und auf einer Platte serviert bekommen. Mit selbst gemachter Limonade haben wir 37€ gezahlt. Das Ambiente war nett und ruhig. Es lief angenehme Musik und wir waren anfangs die einzigen Gäste (da wir gegen 17:30 Uhr dort waren) Der Chef sowie das Personal waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder 🥰

It was a cozy sushi restaurant with loads of tasty options. The portions for the udon soups were quite filling. Additionally, I believe that the ingredients were fresh which made the food very tasty.

Arata Sushi provides wonderful Sushi. They serve standard Sushi options, such as Maguro Sashimi, Sake Nigiri, Kappa Maki, as well as more unconventional special rolls (tempura rolls) as well as inside-out roll staples and futo maki. They also offer some appetizers and Udon. Quality and freshness were always great when we ordered take-out from the restaurant. They only accept cash payments, so beware of that.

One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Berlin, I always end up ordering a lot of sushi more than my stomach can handle as it tastes delicious and very fresh. They also have amazing non alcoholic cocktails and the service is fast and the waiters are very friendly, totally recommend!

Everything was great. That's just it. The food was perfect, it was fun to watch it being made and it was really tasty. The atmosphere is cozy, you feel welcome, and the staff is welcoming, attentive but not intrusive. The prices are really okay as well! There were not many experiments on the menu, which I liked a lot. All in all it was more about not doing anything wrong that made me feel like everything was right at this place. The only downside I noticed was the waiting time for the food. But we came at a very busy time on a Saturday evening, that was to be expected. And it actually didn't take that long, we were just really hungry at the time😁 I would come here again when I'm in the area!

Sushi is ok, however the rice is much too cold for a good sushi. The ginger was dried out. Fish is good. Egg was perfect.

Great experience! Delicious food and friendly staff. We had lunch and ordered two types of gyoza and three different types of rolls and everything was so tasty! Definitely one of the best sushi I've had. Really nice setting too, very cozy and beautiful decor.
