15 minutes waited at staff to ask obout size of football shoes. When someone finally showed up, I asked for help and was ignored. The employee replied that someone would appear soon and went downstairs. Nobody came. I went to the cash point downstairs and was sent upstairs again. Finally, when someone helped me, I went down to the cash point, the young lady was very rude. After the payment, she did not reply, thank you or goodbye. She just turned her back and ignored my greetings. Terrible staff

Generally, an excellent place to find sports clothes, but it can be costly. However, staff should be more polite and helpful to customers, especially with small kids.

Very unhelpful staff..went to get a replacement for a faulty online order and was told they couldnt do it. When I said I had googled this 3 days earlier and it said I could I was then told they could do it....avoid the place like a plague..Just editing as I wasnt going to give any stars but had to give at least 1 to post

Appalling service, rude staff when one could find such a rare being. Asked for assistance 4 times before a person appeared. Till staff surly. Pointedly insulted my husband regarding his ability to put a debit card pin into the machine.

Difficult to navigate around. Hardly any sizes left in boys trainers. Staff hard to find to ask for sizes. Queue massive.

Trainers are brilliant. However, it's easier to find what u want for your kids than it is a person to help. Found the trainers I want then have to search for ever for a staff member then after they don't have the size u need and u find another trainer, they disappear. Stressful. 2nd visit - poor customer service, prices on box different at till and not honoured. When questioned, the manager didn't care. It is what it is, basically, they said

Nice shop just a shame some of the staff don't want to help... I waited 40 minutes for a pair of trainers to appear from the storeroom...then I left! I won't be using the shop again....

The store is located not far from the bus station and I have bought a lot of new jogging bottoms and trainers and a couple of coats for winter and summer, and they have some great 2 for 1 offers for sports wear and sales on certain trainers and I love my winter Soul Cal Company coat I bought for £42 and it was meant to be almost £90, so it was a great bargain of over half price off, and the new Adidas Racer R71 trainers were amazing value at £52, so I think it's definitely worth a visit 😊🙏

Appauling and very rude staff and not happy in the fact you cannot get hold of them via phone ,the way the staff spoke yo myself yesterday when shopping with my daughter and autistic son was very shameful of her

Not enough staff on shop floor to assist with shoes, when called on radio, one member loudly replied he was "on the toilet" very unprofessional and unorganised.

Every time I buy something from this shop they leave the security tags on and I have too come back and get them taken off 3rd time now absolute joke!

I can honestly say 1 girl who works on shoe department when I visited the store aweek ago was on top form brilliant service shame I don't knw her name. today I visited an was not satisfied at all I have 4 children the cost of uniforms an having 2 get the correct shoe for school is painful I picked out 4 pairs reasonably priced as labelled on shoe box however when paying at the till I was charged alot more. I did make a statement that you should be more loyal the girl at the till was apologising an spoke to manager emma i believe in charge off that department she did not care I ended up paying more than what was clearly labelled on box get your priorities right very disorganised not happy

We got what we went in for and thank you to a nice assistant who helped us find the mens two in one Karrimor running shorts, and the till assistant who took the time and went through the prices of the energy bars for me as they didn't have a price on, thank you very much.

Why close Plas coch retail store that was easily accessible, and replace it with an in town store, that had no parking and and a checkout at the furthest point from the entrance. Won't be back to this store in a hurry

Staff were not wearing masks and most of the customers had none on. Staff at the door were unmasked and not asking people to put them on. No signage to find what you are looking for and approaching unmasked staff while they are talking to their friends also unmasked was not ideal.

Went into Wrexham Town centre shop and was helped by this lovely lad called Reece, he couldn't of been more helpful he went out of his way to help, a credit to the shop, it's lovely to find someone who doesn't find anything to much trouble (only down side he's a Liverpool fan but I can forgive him) best of luck for your future Reece such a nice young lad.
