Went today got many many items amazing, one issue is that the prices have raised a tad but thats expected. Another issue that I had was that the hand rails had some unidentified dirt, which I really hope was dirt. On the bright side staff were friendly. I would recommend going to the upstairs checkouts as downstairs is very busy.

Amazing cheap prices, about half of my clothes are from here. I love shopping here so much! Ten out ten would definitely recommend there is nothing wrong with this place!

Diabolical customer service wasn't able to buy an item in the sale because it was from the current collection yet another size was the cheaper price because it was in last season's collection. Could have used some discretion and sold it at the cheaper price. Since then it's got worse more people walking around the shop checking the displays than working the tills. Top floor no tills open.

Nice place for shopping because price is lower compared to other shopping mall

It's a Primark, so comes with the usual guarantees: heating turned up uncomfortably high and the weird, horribly-uncomfortable-to-hold shopping baskets. Having to carry one of those horrors around as your better half circumnavigates the shop multiple times in a completely random fashion ensures you'll have a miserable time. But at least it's predictable misery, and you can't really complain at a half decent pair of chinos for 12 quid and a few more t shirts to add to the collection for just a couple of quid a pop.

The best store in Wrexham, great Christmas gifts at fantastic prices to suit all pockets. Great range of babies and teenagers clothing at a fraction of most retail stores.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Don't usually leave reviews, but felt necessary after receiving appalling customer service today at the Primak store in Wrexham. Checkout operative incompetent and Manager aggressive and abrupt. Frankly rude! Face on as soon as she was called for as if she had better things to do with her day. Will never return to this store and will ensure as many people as possible hear of how poor the staff at this store are!

Socks and underpants the now smaller than they say they are out of pocket £20 Chinese small size told to come back and see the manager that they couldn't refund

Why this place never has stuff at the right time is a wonder. Sizes are always wrong too. Pretty cheap though!

I like Primark and I like this store too! It's good for many forms of clothing apart from t-shirts that are often half the length after their first wash!

Normally ok but visited and lots of clothes on the floor. Waited 15 mins to be served q long but staff more bothered about chatting to each other

Decent sized Primark with 2 floors, did find the baby boy clothes were much more limited than the girls, particularly bigger sizes such as 12 months plus. Didn't seem to have much 18-24 months which is what I originally went in for. Tills and changing rooms weren't open upstairs so had to go downstairs for that then back up for the right size items. Does have a lift which is handy with a buggy.

shopping with mum turns into an overnight challenge, don't come here with your mum, as you'll be shopping in this shop for a good 2 hours

  • 2/5 Kay P. 9 months ago on Google
Mens changing rooms closed so my husband and 2 sons had to try on in the disabled toilet at the ladies changing room. Very poor.

Just bought some nighties for my mum they had an adequate choice

Not really much choice for boys, especially in shoes... but I suppose this is a overall issue when shopping for boys. The staff are reasonably friendly with an odd smile here and there on the shop floor the ladies at the tills are friendly and greet you and say goodbye..which is an added plus for UK standards!

A great selection of different kinds of clothing and accessories and a very clean store with plenty of space, although they could've been a slight bit faster serving me and everyone else, with all the tills available and only one staff member on them, but except for that, it was a great place to visit.

Primark have upped their game recently. If you care about the environment you're probably aware that the fashion industry has been a major contributor to climate change. A lot of their products now seem more ecologically sourced (sustainable cotton, recycled fabric etc) so kudos to them for at least trying. The shop itself is very neat and seemed well stocked. The staff were particularly friendly.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff involved last week on Tuesday! My 4 month old baby boy was having a break down at the till due to having a poop and being over tired! The staff let me use their staff toilet at the back of the warehouse so I could change his nappy. They were so polite, understanding and helpful, really meant a lot. You went out of your way and helped not only him but a stressed mummy too! Thank you!

Great clothing for a cheap price. Staff very helpful. My only criticism would be they need more sizes available. Very often they only have small sizes.

The only down side is lack of staff on tills only two people and one was dealing with returns. Had to wait long time to pay for items if I'm honest I did feel like putting them down and leaving . Apart from that it was OK not many there but I dread to think how long the queue to pay would be if it had of been more busy

  • 5/5 Nicola C. 2 years ago on Google
Friendly and helpful staff. Good stock as than most I have visited but still a good range

  • 4/5 Chalun C. 2 years ago on Google
Everage stock, not much products to choose compared to bigger branches. I understand it is small shop for small business town.

Great place to go for very good quality, cheap, designer clothes and other products. Bought two jumpers in the sale at £6 & £5 what a steal. Nice material and fits, perfect. My wife bought two sweatshirts for indoor use. Again £5 again nice material and fits perfectly. Again thanks Primark

Busy. Very busy. They always dress the windows well and display clothes on mannequins nicely. Can be so busy it's like a scrum but staff always nice.

Spectacular collection at affordable prices. From men's and women's clothing to accessories, everything under one roof and best of all affordable prices. It takes easily more than a day to cover primark. And you'll always find whatever you're looking for. Special Christmas celebration snaps

Love shopping here it's very spacious so not overcrowded which allows you to take your time and as I'm not the best at clothes shopping for myself and this is why I love shopping at Primark and you also don't have to spend a fortune either

Good for cheap child woven garments, awful for fashion, perfect for a council estate sting

Primark Wrexham is always worth a visit. If it doesn't have what you want clothes wise, you probably don't really need it 😁
