Atmosphere is not much welcoming or friendly. Staff is trying their best to be almost invisible. They're always on their handheld devices, but when I wanted to check the stock of different size the person replied " What ever is on display is what we have" so I was wondering what are those devices for?? Didn't get what we wanted, bought online from official Nike website for £10 cheaper delivered free with free returns.

This sports shop serious needs to treat their staff with more respect. Appalling customer services. Maybe try employing staff that are treated better than just being a number. Then your staff will want to be nice to the customer.

My wife came in here to get some new trainers. Wow we were in there for a good 2 hours. All that said, the staff were extremely helpful and patient.

Good stock, friendly staff and some good prices though none of my choices in size 12, which was a pity!!

Still one of the best places to get a pair of trainers and the prices are always decent.

A good sport shop right in town. We need more shops like this especially ladies dress shops + accessories

Shop was clean and tidy. Place was being run by a group of youngsters that were more interested in socialising behind the counter than working.

Management clearly don’t care for staff members. Screaming and shouting at them on a shop floor while customers are in despicable. Really hope they evaluate the situation.

Staff helpful but not a great deal of variety due to it being so small

I usually write of JD but they have a good selection of shoes at decent prices. Only down side is that the staff hover over you constantly and the experience of trying on shoes feels very pressured because of it.

A good selection of sports goods with very helpful staff who helped me find my husband's running kit and shoes

Every time I've picked up a online order from the shop I've waited ages for then to get it when there is only me in tbe shop so it's not like they are rushed off there feet

Staff aren't very helpful or knowledgeable. I went looking for a specific pair of trainers they said they had in stock to be told by a member of staff. They didn't know what they where and to just buy them online. Jd mays well close all there stores and save thousands on rates and wages

its alright and staff are nice but most of the time the customers are the rude ones

Sports shop in the centre of Eagles meadow shopping centre wrexham.. Has a great variety of sports clothes and footwear from a large range of manufacturers Nike. Adidas puma etc.. Prices are average I guess.. The staff are helpful and friendly and the store is well organised..

Smaller sized JD located in Eagles Meadow always worth a look into when in the area.

Loving the range of Nike trainers there at the moment. I've spent a bit too much money there recently lol
