branch
and
wanted

the
accessibility
of

I
have
always
enjoyed
the
delicious
food
and

hospitality

Albaik,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
the
Yanbu
branch
does
not
have
an
elevator
to
access
the
first
floor.
Accessibility
is
a
crucial
aspect
of
any
establishment,
and
it's
essential
to
ensure
that
all
customers,
including
those
with
disabilities,
can
comfortably
enjoy
their
dining
experience.
In
this
case,
not
having
an
elevator
in
place
means
that
individuals
with
mobility
challenges
have
no
choice
but
to
dine
on
the
ground
floor,
limiting
their
options
and
overall
experience.
I

request
that
you
consider
installing
an
elevator
or
an
alternative
accessible
solution
at
your
Yanbu
branch
to
accommodate
all
customers,
regardless
of
their
physical
abilities.
