The hummus is undoubtedly some of the best I've eaten, but this once small time joint has blown up in recent years and the details are suffering. For example, to save time all shakshuka is made in advance - so not as fresh and hot as you'd like and no soft-boiled eggs, only well, well done. Also, the atmosphere is one of camaraderie, so you'll be sitting at long tables with strangers (friends to be?).

The Hummus is good, and fresh and the service is quick. The place has been renovated and is clean. Highly recommend the Mishowsheh, which is coarsely ground chickpeas with tahini and spices.

Perfect for what it is - right off the highway, quick and nice service, good chumus and pitot and felafel and shakshuka. Kosher mehadrin. Very good diet awareness and great gluten free options that worked for one of my kids with celiac. If you want a quick eat on the road, I recommend it.

Surprisingly amazing! Throughout the country, The Eliyahu brand is a roller coaster of quality. This is one of the apex ones! (And the original) The location is very good, close to all the high-tech companies.

Amazing and mindblowing hummus!!! A MUST to try when You're in Yoqne'am. You won't leave dissapointed. Nice staff. You also get coffee for free for dessert.

The original Hummus Eliahou. This is where the empire began. They're keeping the standard with creamy and very yummy hummus. The black olives were great too. Tried them for the first time. On Fridays you can expect a long line of hummus lovers.

What a little 💎 gem located behind the gas station ⛽. If you like hummus this may be the place to go. Complimented by pickles olives and chunks of onion, you can even get lemonade refills. How exciting. Laid back atmosphere, give it a try !
