We had a really nice room! Our room had a great view of the city. Very spacious and clean. The hotel is a nice hotel, right by the river. One bummer was that the girl at the front desk was sick and was still working and wiping her germs on the items that we had to touch.

Worse experience! Tried to book through their own website, and they replied us that they couldn't sell the room exactly as stated on their website BAR rates, and they offered us normal rates instead. So we booked through the third party, which rates were much lower. Secondly, they gave us a non smoking room as requested, yet the towel, the linen and the pillow covers were cigarette smoke smell, we asked for another room unfortunately they showed us even worse room. Last but not least, they also told us that the floor is a non smoking floor but in reality, we could smell strong cigarette smoke at the corridor. Just be aware to those who are cigarette smell intolerants like me.

Very good place overlooking the guangzhou river. I can see the very bright boats reflecting on my windows during the night. It was awesome. It made me want to go river cruising but i am short in time already.

Friendly staff and mostly nice facilities. Location is very convenient. Housekeeping does not heed do not disturb signs in the room, so privacy in this hotel is an issue.

Good hotel but not near shopping area

Visited the chinese restaurant! Food was not too bad..the fish n seafood was freshed wjen served! 👍👍

Love it.. This hotel have many floors.. Nice view from room and big room.. Nb: But be careful with toiletries, there is toiletries that must pay..
