It’s bit deserted location. It’s part of mall complex. And unfortunately mall is closed since more than a year. Secondly it’s a closed building. Rooms open to windows which don’t have any view. But stay wise it’s comfortable. Furniture is well maintained. As an apartment hotel, it has all amenities to make you feel at home when you are away from your nest. Worth staying if want to stay in town and happy not having window view.

Everything was wonderful. It is the top floor of a mall that is being remodeled (dec 2020), but don’t let the outside discourage you. It’s very, very nice on the inside. It was immaculately clean, there was great water pressure, and the suite was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Terrible breakfast: made the order the day before and checked in the morning again and still it did not come as per order; rock hard croissant: definitely had 24h + on being baked. Horrible noise from the generator powering the Hotel located exactly under my window.

One of the best places to stay in Abha. The services are great. The apartment is clean and organized. There is small kitchen included in the apartment. The hotel is located near cafes and supermarket. The only concern is wifi its slow and disconnected. I will come again here once I visit Abha next time.

I am always very well served in this hotel. If I can leave a suggestion, I would say that the reception, knowing that a large group will arrive, anticipates the paperwork and cards as much as possible. I always arrive in a large group and the wait is very bad, remembering that we have already arrived tired from the trip. Apart from that, the hotel is very good and the whole team is to be congratulated!

Most of the staff (Barista's) are well trained, they are polite in dealing with customers.

Clean and quiet but my comment is regarding the bathtub, batter if its closed to keep bathroom clean during shower

The place was nice and cozy. But I did not like their breakfast at all. No protein options in their breakfast.

Rooms are great, Front Desk services are amazing, but watch out when it comes to breakfast...just top notch terrible service.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Checking in was very smooth and efficient. You need to take a lift from the ground level to the check in level. Breakfast is served on a tray either in your room or in the lobby. There was very comfortable heating available in the room as I visited in December. There is a Herfy next door and also a coffee shop next to the hotel. Note that the shower does not have a screen or curtain. Staff were very helpful.

We had a pleasant stay, service was great! Only had a hard time with the shower in the bathroom... I feel like for such a nice hotel they should upgrade the shower area.. maybe put in a glass divider. Otherwise the entire bathroom gets wet when taking a shower

A very nice hotel Appartment. Right now the mall which resides boudl is under construction so this is sort of a spoil to aesthetics.

Lift not working, washroom not according to 4 star standard. No wall clock in bad room(small thing but it is important). Kitchen available and its good, nice bedroom, good living room. I give 2 stars because of life( you have to use stairs from ground floor to 2nd floor everytime).

From outside the property is still under construction. The hotel share the building with Abha mall which is under construction. Reception is located on 2nd floor. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean living area. Room don't have any view as all of them located in the inner side of building. Parking available outside and in basement.

Good with respect to general cleaning and supplies, however room is small and not a fit for family (at least with old children). Internet is very very slow. it is highly overpriced and I would think twice before checking in again.

The suite was great, the staff was really friendly especially Mr.AbdulMohsen at the reception. The hotel and room was clean and tidy always. Had a tough time with WiFi connection of the hotel, also the bathroom was too small.
