It took 2 hours of biking from Amsterdam until I reached there. It was very cold, and due to COVID restrictions everywhere was closed. I couldn't find even somewhere providing take away food. But was a really great experience. Definitely will try going to more far places by bike.

Location is nice right at the sea. Dinner outside seemed to have a different menu than inside. We took soup and some fried items as well as the Thallassa plater, which unfortunately was not very well seasoned and rather bland. For seafood I recommend the seafood bar in Amsterdam. Service was nice though not very attentive.

Really excellent food, and that is the most important in any restaurant. Together with a beautiful building and a perfect location by the beach, this place is really one of the best in Zandvoort. The waiters surprised us with their professionalism, hospitality and true passion for service. However the older gentleman by the door ( function unknown ) was very "basic" and "dry" in approach. Overall a very good experience!

We had a fantastic dinner in this place. The restaurant, very stylish inside, is in a very picturesque location, highly recommend going there to watch the sunset. I had an artichoke starter and poached salmon. Food was full of amazing flavours and absolutely delicious.

I have been coming to #19 since 1998. Every time we come to Zaandfort from Frankfurt ( and we try every year when we are allowed to travel) we always spend a day at #19.
