I came to see Dr. Mehmet Can Ubur from the U.S. and I have to say this was the best experience I could have ever had. Everyone was extremely kind to my mother and I and were always attentive to all of our needs. Before heading to Istanbul, we were nervous to travel to a country so far away and not speaking the same language as them. However, we were impressed with their warm welcome and it felt like being with someone familiar. Words can’t explain how amazing the staff and doctor were. I am now a bit more than a week post op and I absolutely love my results. Even though I am still swollen, my results keep getting better everyday.

Great contact with assistants and the doctor himself before surgery, during hospital stay and after surgery. Everything went smoothly and stress-free, and most importantly the result agrees with what had been agreed. I love my new nose. It was the best decision in my life (and all my life decisions so far have been a failure, so the decision to undergo surgery with Dr. Mehmet Can Ubur is a nice exception to the rule.) Thanks to the doctor and his GREAT assistants, I got a new wonderful nose and wonderful memories of the whole process. Amazing people with great patience and even bigger hearts. Thank you

~ 6 months update ~ Had rhinoplasty in February 2022 and overall I am pleased with my result (although I still have a slight residual bump which isn't very noticeable). My mother had a less positive experience and her concerns are not being addressed by the surgeon hence the lower rating.

Literally took my deposit money and took over 2 weeks( for a reason) after the payment to inform me that the whole payment for the surgery has to be paid in cash! Information that should’ve been given PRIOR BOOKING!!!! When I asked for a refund on my deposit they refused to give me my money back! Also the doctor seemed nice on encounter, but the assistant take ages to reply or just leaves you on seen.

I was very excited to get septo-rhinoplasty done with Dr Mehmet after seeing the amazing results on his instagram. One of the big factors that made me choose him over others is the closed (scarless technique). Although I traveled alone to get the surgery done, I definitely didn’t feel alone, the assistant did more than amazing job guiding me and was reachable and helpful in all ways. On the day of plaster removal I was shocked with how good the results are! I was shown different massage techniques to get rid of the swelling and the right way of taping. I was given a retainer to wear at night which I personally find it very helpful in terms of my breathing, it keeps my nostrils open and prevents asymmetry. The doctor was able to answer all my questions. I overall rate this experience, place and people as 10/10

He is the best! I’m 18 years old and came from Germany all the way alone to Istanbul just for Dr Canubur. He give me the result I wanted. His whole team is very gentle and take good care of you! The Dr is very very very Professional and a specialist. Very mind opened, intelligent and kind. He’ll give you what you wanted just make sure you let him in your mind and tell him what you want! I went to Dr. Can Ubur for septorhinoplasty. I highly recommend him, he takes the worst noses and turns them into something amazing. He transformed my nose, and I can finally breathe! His staff are very helpful and kind, every step of the way someone is with you. If I ever need plastic surgery in the future, I will definitely go back to him. He is the best!!!

I’ve just come back home from my rhinoplasty journey with Dr Mehmet Can Uber. I am SO happy with my results and just the whole process in general. The doctor and his team are so super professional and helpful. They don’t make you feel nervous, and instead make you feel at ease. They’re there for you at the touch of the phone. I’m so happy with my nose - it’s the nose I’ve always wanted!

Very positive experience and happy with my results, I’m now 10 months post op. Dr MCU, and his assistants Ayse and Dilara, are very personable and pleasant. Never felt ‘pushed’ into having something done or that I wasn’t sure of (can happen with a lot of other doctors who try to sell you their services rather than what’s best for you). The preop consultation is thorough and not rushed at all. Not many doctors offer video calls or checks up post surgery when you have questions or feel like you need to communicate with the Dr, so I feel he goes above and beyond for his patients and has their best interest in mind! I did so much research on a rhinoplastic surgeon and I’m so glad I chose Dr Mehmet! He has magic hands and I’m so pleased with my new nose; it’s even better than anything I ever imagined! The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The hospital staff made me feel very comfortable and his assistant Ayse is a sweetheart and always there when I needed her.
