This is just Agency and not Clinic, this is very important as later on you can’t complain to anyone and the lifetime warranty is just a typical lie like the Turkish hospitality. Just empty words. Now after 1 year has passed, i can summarize my experience with this agency. Organization of the accommodative and transportation is disaster, shuttle is never on time and the hotel was a dirty hole in the zone without public transportation. Operation by itself went ok, but they didn’t implant the number of grafts that they said (3.200 vs promised 4.500/5.000). The explanation was that the head is smaller then it looked on photos. The best results were after 5 months and that is when they publish the photos before and after the treatment. After that, the hair started to fall off. After complaints that the hair thickness is not as they said, the answer is that the old hair is falling which is insane. Now after 1 year the overall result is better then before the transplantation, but the hair is simply not thick enough and it could be seen throughout the hair. It will be much better that they did additional 1.000/1.500 grafts and it was definitely enough hair in the back to support it. I guess that they are doing it on purpose to force you to return after 2/3 years. Typical Turkish fraud like everything in Turkey. Post operative support is pure disaster as there is nobody who tracks your progress and the results, even though they asked to send photos every month. Please avoid this agency because you can find real Clinic with own doctors and lower prices. The total cost of 2.500€ for the whole package is not justifying what you get vs other clinics that costs usually around 1.500€.

A friend went to this clinic for treatment. I was his escort. Before the trip, the clinic promised accommodation in a very nice hotel near the center. When we landed in Istanbul, a friend received a phone call that there was a change of hotel. Instead of a hotel in the center, we are located in a hotel and industrial zone 1.5 hours drive to the center. In talking with other patients of the clinic, they did the same thing to them. If you decide to visit this clinic, try to ask for a discount and find accommodation yourself. Note that the hotels booked by the clinic are for patients of all other clinics, so if you like to sleep in a bed where another patient slept before you and bled on the sheets, go ahead, because I'm not sure how the hotel disinfects the bedclothes, since they're not a hospital after all.

I went there two years ago and honestly I was very lucky with this clinic. For a lot of people like myself we have nothing to go based on besides reviews and other people opinions. I know no one in Istanbul but I was very lucky with this places. My hair is fantastic! It is filled and natural and no one can even tell I ever had hair transplant. I highly highly recommend this place. I sent a lot of my friends and family to them. Good luck on your hunt for a great place because this one is the best, it’s in a huge hospital, very professional, super clean, and been around for longer than 10 years. Don’t waste your time and money to go to some hole in a wall. Just go to this hospital and you’ll thank me for the advice.

Be careful guys, they stole Certificate from my bag when I was leaving their clinic and went to airport. They didn't do good job on me and I think that's the reason why they stole my Certificate (their guarantee list). Also they lied about the number of grafts they did.

Since I arrived at the airport, the transportation has been arranged for me with the help from the Medical Assistance Arif from airport to the hotel and to the clinic, so far it’s been great, and I am excited for the result for the upcoming months, also the surgeons and the assistants were absolutely welcoming and hospitable, as well as Zeinab,

I was interested in doing a hair transplant for quite a few years. After completing my research I found out that DR ISA and his staff are the best at what they do in the whole of Turkey. They are based in Istanbul. I contacted MR ISA over whatsapp and he was extremely helpful and quick with the responses. On the day of the surgery I was accompanied by DR ISA Who was really helpful and helped me to be calm when I was very nervous.
