This place is so good. Nice. Clean . And the service is well. We had Uyghur mantı . Fish . Chicken tofu .. the food are very delicious. Place is family friendly. Toilets are so clean . Highly recommend .

This is easily some of the best food I have had here in Turkey. The food was very fresh, and meat was extremely tender. The rice was nice and sweet and the veggies were also fresh.

They are making all the dishes like in Urumchi, Xinjiang. Korgan lagman must to taste.

Wow, what a waste of money. I ordered Ramadan fix menu. They didn't bring the half of the menu. (No salad, no dessert) I wish they did not bring what they brought because the food they served was too cold to enjoy. Moreover, i paid big amount of money. Hope to see you never again,

It's a very nice place but the food is not good. I'm not referring to the preparation as I don't know Uygur food but the quality of the ingredients is surprisingly bad. They get an extra start for being the only place with Chinese food in the area.

Amazing Uyghur food - the uygur shish is delicious! They use a cumin based spice mix. Really aromatic compared to usual Turkish kebab. Look out for when they hand out freshly baked Samsa pastry - out of this world! Below is the Uygur Lagmen - noodles are chewy and hand-made. Great smoky stir-fried flavour, aromatic spices. The uyghur salad is a great side. The pickle-like acidity cuts through the rich flavours of the other dishes. Prices are a tad expensive although service is good (also charged).

What is not to like about.. clean place, smiley faces and very reasonable price according to what you get.. it is my first visit and defintily won't be the last. Cheers lovely Uzbaki people

Best authentic Uyghur food we ate in this restaurant. We really recommend it.

The laghman was superb, I'm told the chef was a Kashgarlik which would explain this. I've also had good polo here too, although it needs to be fresh, (early afternoon). The rangpiza was excellent as was the liang fen. On the whole the Korgan is clean and ranks highly amongst Uygur places I have visited in Istanbul. The menu also offers a wide range of other Hui and Uygur dishes from Xinjiang.

They charge over price. They bring you stuff without ordering and then you been charged.
