A 5 star hotel that is not correctly graded. It should be 4 stars. The rooms are always very hot because they are mostly wall windows. The curtains don't shut completely so you wake up at dawn. The beds are very good but the pillows are horrible (with foam instead of feathers). The room cleaning service is one of the worst I've ever experienced! The location is far from the main attractions and you cannot walk anywhere. You must always call a taxi or go to the train station. The first day at breakfast I had to ask to replenish several things and had to wait for 15 minutes. The next days went very well without any problems. The hotel staff is super friendly and attentive.

We have liked hotel but only one thing is let us down. We have never seen any hotel take from us deposit? İt was the strangest thing We have ever seen. Yes rooms are nice some of the workers are nice also. But if you will ask me if we are going to stay here again. Wouldn't be stresst about nonsense. It would be more relax to rent other hotel. So you wouldn't feel like you are a thief . You going to steal something . This is how this hotel makes you feel.really shame .if it wasn't the case . they wouldn't take deposit.

Rubbish services. The staffs are so rude. Poor services. They are not respecting to guests. Room service is so poor. They are not listening to guests when you asking new towel or iron or housekeeping to change bed sheets. Restaurant foods are too expensive and food quality is very bad. They advertise for spa and Turkish hammam is free, but when you go there, they trying to charge you anyway. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR RUBBISH HOTEL.

Only managed to spend a night here, but the rooms were very spacious and clean. My only gripe is that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but everything else was perfect. Their breakfast spread was amazing. They serve everything - from scrambled eggs to traditional Turkish breakfast. The wait staff were attentive and helped to clear the dishes once we were done. I only wished I spent more time in this hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful and the service is great. The rooms are also beautiful and clean. Room service was a plus as well. Even valet parking here. The breakfast is one of the widest varieties I’ve ever experienced. There is food for every and anyone. The gym, the pool and restaurant are all great looks for this place. Huge, great service and so much variety. We enjoyed our stay here.

I had the best experiment in Istanbul when it comes to 5 hotels. Staff very friendly and service really fast. I would absolutely recommend it. Thank you so much Uranus hotel for making my holiday a remarkable one ❤️🌹

The room we stayed at was on the 10th floor and it was getting extremely hot inside the room. Several attempts to get the air conditioning fixed failed. We had to sleep in a hot room and barely got any rest. The hotel did not offer any compensation nor did they get the heat problem under control. We had to pay the set price for the room The staff was very nice.

BEWARE !! BEWARE !! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL to spoil your hard earned vacations. I had a fully prepaid and confirmed booking there made through Agoda. However when I reach the hotel I was told there is no availability and my reservation has been cancelled which was obviously a lie as I never received any cancellation email. My family of six was left stranded & unattended. They don’t even have a duty manager or any representative to talk with. Just a lady at the counter who couldn’t even speak good English. I couldn’t even imagine what the other guests might be going through. Save yourself and book any other hotel than this lousy place of fraudsters.

The service was very bad with regard to the reception, especially the crew manager. He asked us during our exit at 2 pm 150 euros because of the delay. There was no delay in our exit at 2 pm in exchange for an evaluation in Booking, and the location is so far from the excellent city center. They only have the secretariat.

I read some pretty ridiculous reviews, so I feel like I need to say something. This hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The food was 5 stars. I am a foodie in the United States and even the presentation was fantastic. These people complaining about the food are upset about something else. Also, stop complaining about the price… if you want cheaper food, walk outside and go somewhere else. If you want a cheaper hotel, go somewhere else. No one forced you to stay here and if they did and you’re this bothered, you have a wonderful life. I recommend 10/10.

Breakfast buffet service had a large selection, staff are amazing & kind especially Ahmed! Our room was lovely & clean we had all the necessities needed.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we appreciated our stay there: the hotel was well located and well connected to the city center. The staff was friendly and the room was small but overall clean. The mattress was not very comfortable and the windows were very dirty. The lightening was totally insufficient, not allowing to have a proper make up. No chargers at both sides of the bed. All this is not accepted from a hotel which claims 5 stars. The breakfast was crazy expensive (50 euro for 2 pp/day), much more than any other 5star hotel we have tried around the world: reason why we decided not to have it (outside the hotel, you can have a proper full breakfast with 10/15 euro per person). The hotel also offers a private transfer service from the airport at the price of 60 euro one way (we booked through the booking app and paid 27 euro): perfect service, not sure what more the hotel would have offered for double price.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, special Zahrah the Customer Liaison who is a real GEM. Good location, 5 mins walk to tram station as well as local Restaurants. Nice room, excellent room service and friendly staff. Nice food, although a little bit expensive. Great breakfast with plenty of choices to please any palate. We stayed 6 nights and we are definitely looking forward to come back. We are from Australia and have enjoyed our stay very much. A big thank you to all the staff 😊

Great.. Was really worried about my stay here.. different reviews everywhere.. Booked one night at first, then extended 3 days, ended up deciding to stay here for my whole visit.. Customer service is just great! Outstanding.. Everyone is happy to help, from reception, to room service and restaurant.. Everyone is smiling, happy to help, and this was the main reason for my stay here.. The location is superb.. I think it's perfect.. near to all public transport and nit far from centre.. Rooms are good, the food menu is good, food is yummy, and the great thing is, the restaurant is open all night.. The only thing is, I was expecting a bit more in terms of room standards since it's a 5 star hotel.. It's still recommended.. absolutely.. and definitely will be a first choice again for me.. The location of the hotel is very nice and calm. The services are very good. The breakfast is fantastic in variety, quantity and quality. The building is new and the serounding is very nice. Only one thing me and my family do not like it is the water closet is low and little bit not comfortable. Otherwise every thing is very good and we likr it.

Generally speaking this is quite a good hotel. The rooms are very, very clean and done well. The staff are very attentive on the whole and it is clear they are trying to give excellent service. However, for a hotel that is trying to achieve a high level there are some significant issues. Firstly, my children's room smelled like sewer in the bathroom every day. The wifi in the rooms drops and reception is impossible if remote work must be done in the room. Service from the front desk for requests was very slow. The window outside the room was filthy as someone had poured (food?) from above. The room was not cleaned until 5 pm on our third day. Also, I would consider breakfast to be included to guests as a standard that even the most modest 2-star hotel is able to achieve.

Amazing hospitality, great beds and beddings, check in staff also amazing. Room service available 24/7 and great meals for great prices! Can only recommend! Views from the rooms are amazing and instead of walls there is only glass. Absolutely spectacular.

When you get to the place you go wow very nice from the outside. Location is not the greatest nothing is nearby. Now when you get in the look is great but the service is the worst they treat you like a beggar of some sort and don’t pay attention to you. The room is comfortable but the AC doesn’t work come to find out it’s central AC throughout the whole hotel so whatever temperature the front seat chooses that’s what you will get. Food is the worst I’ve tasted in my entire life it’s like they never change the oil they cook with and I’ve ordered a few things just in case and all tasted the same old nasty oil taste. Had to leave after one night there. My recommendation don’t waste your money on this place. I wouldn’t stay there even if it was for free.

We stayed 2 times in Uranus Hotel in Istanbul on February and July. It was excellent. They are very professional. And quick from check-in to room services As well with all the services. The rooms are very clean as well the whole hotel. Ahmed was very respectful, helpful and kind with everybody. I definitely recommend it.

The minibar does not refrigerate its contents (the technician they sent on behalf of the hotel stated that all minibars were the same and did not refrigerate beyond the minibar in our room) and is not suitable for a 5-star hotel, the pool is tiny, and the jacuzzi is applicable only for children (the water inside isn't warm). I gave it a 4 out of 5 due to the above. Other than that, it was really excellent, the location is relatively close to the main attractions (the train station is 600 meters away, and a taxi station is also very near the hotel), the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works great, the shower is pleasant, and breakfast is very varied.

The location of the hotel is excellent, all the employees behave extremely politely especially ahmet and provide you with whatever you need. Everyone here is hospitable and kind. The breakfasts are very diverse and Delicious

The rooms are very clean and the staff is always available to help you. The variety of food at the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet is huge and tasty. Ali was always very nice, even offered to bring you beverages to the table.

My 7 day stay at Hotel Uranus, despite the funny name, was absolutely amazing! The hotel is in a great central location with close proximity to great restaurants, city transit, and little shops and markets. The amenities that the hotel provides are what set this hotel apart from the competition. The beds feel as though I was sleeping on a cloud, and the build quality of the hotel in general just has a very high end feel. Sadly, I did not find many restaurants around the city where the food quality met my standards. Which is why I was so thankful for the complimentary breakfast that Hotel Uranus offers their guests each morning. This continental breakfast was TOP TIER! That breakfast was one of the things that I looked forward to each day when starting my day there in Istanbul. From the front desk staff, to the bellman, the staff at Hotel Uranus were all wonderful. Sude was the most accommodating when it came to the hospitality staff. Anytime I needed something, she always there with a smile on her face and eager to help. Sude is a true asset to your team and I will be back to see your wonderful staff again next year. Thank you for a truly amazing experience in your hotel.
