For the authentic Afghan flavour in Istanbul look no further to start your feast at those place. Reasonable priced but the kebabs makes you miss the homeland

its located in the one of the main streets in Zeytinburnu, and so close to Marmaray train station so you can go to this place easily , personals are so friendly and welcoming, and foods were both in volume and tasted great and very reasonable price , the only negative point i can mention is cleanliness which can be better. if you like to try new taste i absolutely recommend it

Would not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. As an Afghan visiting Istanbul, I thought it would be a nice experience to visit an Afghan restaurant, but I was completely wrong. From the beginning, the waiter was very unwelcoming and didn’t give us enough time to order, as he was standing over us the whole time. Very rude and impolite attitude. Felt the discrimination as another family was being served at the same time and this waiter was completely different with them. We explained that some of us have gluten allergy (coeliac disease) and he disregarded our concerns and mocked us after our meal saying “oh did the food have flour then?”, thinking that our serious condition is a joke or something. Despite explaining that we are unable to eat gluten, we were served soup with noodles. The whole time he was on his phone in the corner so if we wanted assistance we couldn’t catch his attention. The food was disappointing. The photos for the tikka kebab showed large pieces of meat but what we were served was so tiny in comparison it was a joke. Two of us are now sick one day after our meal at this restaurant. The cashier guy was rude and completely unprofessional and on his phone the whole time. Not once did anyone working at this restaurant have a smile on their face nor any polite interaction. A simple hello/salam when we came in would have been nice. Overall a completely horrible experience and waste of a trip to the restaurant. The only exception was the nice old guy working at this restaurant outside who approached us for help without us asking, saying that it was his duty as an Afghan to help another.

No one can beat the taste of this delicious Afghani Pilav with seekh kebab cooked on coal. Too yummy cant rid the taste from my mouth. 100% recommended

Went there to explore with my friends and the food is very average. I believe it is overpriced for the quality provided. The quality of the food can drastically be improved. Wasn't satisfied with the food quality and taste and my 4 other friends felt the same way. I've eaten better Afghan food in our University canteen in Malaysia than this place.

I liked the food, service was fast. They were very kind and friendly. Liked that the menu was also in English. Great value for the money. Super flavourful meats. The lamb was amazing.

After 10 days of Turkish food, we were desperate from some flavour, the soup, mantu, karahi, borani, all delicious, Kabuli pilau was okay, wasn't impressed the meat quality in it, also naan were microwaved rubbery, but all in all we enjoyed our meal and would recommend.

Ok, the food here is seriously good! Forget the all other over priced and knock off afghan restaurants in the area; the soup; the dashi; the qabuli; maicha… ALL of them are amazing. The cook is from MAZAR, so enough said!!! The food the first time was so good I made the 45mins trip again to come here again and eat a second time! Reminded me of my time back in mazar sharif! Also the server guy hs amazing personality :)
