Great walk to the falls, good path and not to long, not sure of time but I'd say 20 to 30 minutes, at an easy pace. As you can see by the pictures, well worth visiting the falls. Highly recommended πŸ‘

Not all the people visiting mackenzie falls visit this place, but walking further down the trail almost 1.5 km was worth it. Will definitely do it again.

About 20 -25 minutes walk from MacKenzie Falls, these are cascading waterfalls. Look much better in the wet season as there is more water but there will always be water here as they are downstream from MacKenzie Falls. Moderate hike which all ages can do and the view on the way is good. No mobile reception at all(including Telstra) so prepare accordingly. Always good idea to take some drinking water as there is none in the way.

There is a bit of a fair walk from McKenzie waterfall in order to reach fish walls. Worth visiting while you are around the area.

This is a 1.4km walk from McKenzie falls but is a beautiful walk. The fish falls area is a great place to sit and relax and take it all in. It is a very tranquil place. Could easily sit there for hours.

Another fall that I accessed from Zumsteins as walk from Mackenzie Falls was closed as under water. This is approx 2.4km and is not difficult one way. There are a few good vantage points but when flowing this well be carefully.

It's a easy 1km walk from the base of Mackenzie Falls. Not a big as Mackenzie Falls but quite nice. Young people were happy to take a swim in the creek below the Falls. Some climbing but great steel walkways are provided which makes the hard parts easy.

Much less crowded falls than the main MacKenzies Falls. If you are horrified with the amount of tourists at the top (especially during holiday periods) , come down and enjoy the peace amd quiet down below. There are multiple levels of these falls. The walk is reasonably easy to do. Just follow the signs from MacKenzies Falls.

Awesome spot for a dip in the waterfall. A 2km walk (30 mins) from Zumsteins car park adds to the overall experience of the falls. We have visited twice and both times had the falls to ourselves for some period of time as people come and go. Water has shallow and deep parts and a tree to rest on.

A great natural location, a relatively short and easy walk from the Zumsteins carpark (2km each way). Was flowing well in late December, would be even more impressive after recent rain.

Blessed with a warm cloudy day to walk in with 3 kids. Pretty busy being the long weekend ( as expected). Lots of water running currently as a result of the wet spring I assume. Worth the effort.

An easy walk 2km walk from Fish falls parking, all of it on flat track. Alternatively, you could hike down from McKenzie falls, about 1.4 KMs, which is downhill. It has a gorgeous waterfall worth the walk. , There was plenty of water flowing Jan end, and the water pool is a nice little swimming spot. Its is deep at certain places and the current is strong so be cautious. You can hike your way up to McKenzie falls from here. Did it with my family and friends, incld kids from 5yo to 12yo.

Lovely place and an easy walk from the carpark. Good for all levels of fitness. Bring water and sunscreen in summer.

Great walk with not too much elevation and really scenic waterfall at the end - took our family about 50 minutes each way at a very relaxed pace.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ A place with a nice sunset view but hard to get a good angle. It’s a nice sunset view but it’s harder to get a good angle compared to staying at reed lookout.
