Excellent people watching spot at the edge of the canal. The owner is a lovely lady making 120% sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Always coming up with new delicious recipes. Had a lovely time.

Amazing Café in the city center of leiden. From the very friendly staff, to the great interior design. We did the high tea over here which was absolutely amazing, you get 3 sweets and 4 savory items per person, it's like a taster menu of their regular items, including 2 wraps, their BLT & quattro formaggi sandwiches. And 3 different pieces of cakes. You also get juice and unlimited tea. Amazing value for your money. Come with an empty stomach. They also have delicious specialty coffees and are connected to a shop next door which sells children toys. They also have a 15% student discount. I will definitely come back soon!

Great place in the middle of the city centre to enjoy delicious food. Food is varied, shared dining, delicious homemade ice teas, and great cocktails! Been here a few times already for dinner and breakfast, my favorite spot in beautiful Leiden!

Great little cafe with vegan options! We got the Hummus wrap and the vegan BLT both were so good! For dessert we had both of the vegan cake options that they offered and both were so delicious! Would definitely recommend this place. The staff was also very friendly:)

Amazing café with amazing service. The staff were friendly and informative. The location is ideal, especially on a sunny Saturday with the bustling markets. Would highly recommend to anyone. There were also many vegetarian options.

Generally a very nice place. Good food and drinks. Points to improve: Waiting times - we waited a looong time for both food and drinks. Make sure your order has all ingredients - clearly it gets a bit hectic behind the bar and stuff gets forgotten. We ordered a kids hot chocolate with whipped cream. The picture also shows it comes with marshmallows. We had to go and get them as they (cream+mm) were forgotten. Layout of kids playroom - pantry door is where a table is set up. Staff were in and out of that pantry a lot! So you constantly have to get up for them. Would definitely adjust the table / toy set up there Check out of kids area - would be good to also pay via the QR app. We were so busy getting our kids and stuff together that we completely forgot to pay but it’s easily overlooked as the area is so separate from actual dining area. (Don’t worry, we realised a few streets down and went back to pay!)

We love Blossom cafe and we come here as often as we can, and we are never disappointed. We had the American Pancakes with bacon and an amazing mezze platter, healthy smoothies and a delicious and unusual lavender latte. The menu is very imaginative and with great quality ingredients. The portions are filling and the prices very good. The atmosphere is arty, a beautiful interior with changing art displays on the walls. An original concept with great tastes, classic and innovative, we are coming back again and again!

Quite fantastic bistro and breakfast location in the heart of Leiden. On the outdoor terrace you have a wonderful view of the river. Inside is a beautiful place with Southeast Asian ambience. The wraps are very good and delicious. The coffee and cakes are also excellent. The Blossom also offers fritz's delicious juice spritzers. The service is very friendly and good. Absolutely recommendation!

The Turkish omelette was good, warm and delicious to have in the cold winter. The hot strop waffles coffee latte was also good and sweet. Suitable if you like sweet drinks. I suggest you provide menu in English. The place is also nice and cozy with pretty decorations as you can see here.

Let me start with design and atmosphere, we have sat just in front of the bar where you can see the behind of the bar and kitchen was extremely mess. Servant lady needs to be educated, i observed the table behind us and about half an hour, their table did not get clean and old dishes from former customer was still on the table. I ordered salmon and avacoda bread and there was no avacoda at all. Please improve your service

I came here for an afternoon coffee and there were so many experimental hot drinks to try! Would recommend it. Lovely environment and friendly staff

Nice little lunchroom. The 3 ladies work their b.tts off to serve the extensive, exotic and labor intensive menu card and keep smiling. Therefore waiting times. QRcode menu is very nice. Restaurant also very full, add a few strollers, all the bottle racks spread out in the place, some addition sunscreens & you get the picture. High quality menu and drinks but some simplification seems an opportunity to improve flow and reduce waiting times.

Blosson has become my favourite terrace in Leiden! Dana has created exactly what Leiden was missing: healthy food which is also beautifully presented, with efficient service which comes with a smile. Plus the best smoothies and a delicious coffee which I now also buy to use at home; what else can we ask for? Highly recommended!

In one word Blossom Cafe is AWESOME Their terrace with cool beds is very inviting and provides the vacation feeling in the middle of the beautiful city of Leiden. It's location along the waters of the Nieuwe Rijn is a big plus not only for boat owners. On the menu there are items for everyone for every moment of a day and the food and drinks are DELICIOUS. Underground Parking Garenmarkt is only a few hundreds meters away. Great place to chill in town

Food was awful - I ordered carrot cake which was very stale and dry, it tasted like it had been sitting for days in the fridge. Portion size was also very small compared to other places for the same price. Servers were friendly though, a shame about the food.. so I would not recommend to eat here based on this experience. I also came the day before at 5:30pm and was told they were already closed, despite it saying they close at 6pm on the website. Owner/manager didn’t seem customer friendly. They should update the opening hours and also re-evaluate their food offerings.

Wonderful. Well-prepared coffee, truly excellent (warm) croissants, and a very good granola bowl with fruit and yogurt. Many vegan options, and some tasty wraps (hummus with veggies, smoked salmon). Service was good, friendly. Sits alongside the canal in Leiden, so amazing on a sunny day.

A perfect place for a quick bite with great student discounts 💰 We went fort the first time and ordered Poke Bowl and Salmon Wrap and since then we go here every week.
