I was waiting for my coffee and cookies for 25 minutes with no luck. After 30 minutes with no service I just asked for my money and had to leave this terrible place. If you are Canadian and looking for a quick service just do not waist your time here. This place is as bad as you can imagine. Also, I have to admit that I have never seen such a dirty washroom… If I could give you 0 stars that is what this place worth.

I ordered a big tasty without bacon and I specifically told the cashier that it must me without bacon (because I am Muslim). When I had the sandwich I saw bacon inside it. I headed to the manager who apologized and asked me to return to my seat and she will bring a new sandwich to me. When I had the first bite it was very obvious that it was the same sandwich and all that she did was just take the bacon out of it. The taste of the bacon was still there and for sure I couldn't eat it. I thought about going to her again but she made it clear that she doesn't respect the customers.

Negative. Long long time food takes to get to table. Terrible website for feedback especially in older iphones Positive. Brings food to table if late. Takes credit cards!!!! Takes foreign cards!!!! Free clean and high quality toilets. Free wifi. Bright . Large clean. Little children’s corner and nice view onto typical Dutch square and canal. You can sit outside to enjoy it even more. Great children’s change room that includes a toilet along with clean change table. Well done.

Is it really worth these words to review a McDonald’s. You know what you get when you go in one if these places - does what it says on the tin.

I have only tasted their chicken and fries so far and they were awesome. Not too spiced or oily. It offers a variety of sauces which are tasty.

It's a McDonald's! 😉 Food is as expected! But notably very clean, staff quickly tidy away mess and wipe tables!! Staff are attentive pleasant, and generally, they're fast, too. Btw, they still offer table service when you use the self-service ordering, which is handy. During the afternoons, it gets very busy with students (they're typically no problem but take up a lot of space).

I had to wait in cash for more than 20 minutes but no one came even though ther were bunch of people behind me. They have horrible service

The price difference between the one in Rotterdam and Leiden was very apparent and unexpected, was not a very pleasant experience due to the price difference. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as professional. Was clean and lively.

I didn’t know there was a difference in quality between Mc Donalds’. I like to go here because i can choose how I assemble my burger. It’s like a fun puzzle opening your burger box :) If you enjoy a little bit more of a challenge, go during rush hour. They wil put extra ketchup on it and shake it even harder. I would not recommend this place if you are planning to enjoy your meal right away

1h40 : it is the time required to get 2 simple menu delivered via thuisbezorg (a normal day). Avoid this restaurant, they don't have sense of service.

It really is very different from Spain, as much as the prices as the quality, it is true that you pay more and the prices are high but they compensate with the ingredients and the quality of the hamburger.

What can I say. It's a McDonald's. It's similar as other McDonald's restaurants but quite busy during the evening hours and in the weekends. They do have security present quite frequently which is great but very sad that it's needed. And during my last visit I placed a large order to take away and they again forget a hamburger, medium fries, and medium milkshake. Sadly I was not able to go back at the time so this was a bit expensive and it was not the first time they forgot one or two items. Therefore 3 stars.
