I looked it up and was not planning to go, cause of the reviews here. But by chance we finaly did arrived at this place during the day. And booked for that evening. We really loved this place ! The decoration is fantasic, the atmosphere was also really good! The coctails where the best we had so far. The staff was really friendly and the portions where overwelming. Specialy the salade mix is a table full of delicious things just as starter. They told me there was a new chef....so I guess that must be it. The belly dancing is not ordenary at all. They are nice dressed as a belly danser chould, it gives that extra vibe and plesant atmosphere.

Came here for dinner on our first night. View is great!! Unfortunately we had to wait just to get a menu. We were waiting for 45 minutes for our food to arrive, only for the waiter to tell us our main had sold out and had to choose an alternative. Could also see other tables were left waiting.

One of my most favorite restaurants in Marrakech. Food is amazing the Ambiente is super cozy and stylish. All in all excellent value for money. I highly recommend a visit if your close by. You wont regret. They have a show which starts at 22:00 which always marks a great ending to an unforgettable evening. I visited two times and already dropped a reservation for December again. Super friendly staff and very professional handling with the reservation. Very responsive!

Beware some food not fresh! Come here for drinks and air conditioned views but not the food. We came with a party of 8 and ordered lots of different dishes. Generally stick to simple local dishes and beware getting non-moroccan dishes with the exception of pizza. This place takes actions with the food to cut corners that would indicate to be careful what you order. Food: First do not order the guacamole! It was a green paste with broken stale dorrito chips. It was inedible. There are no corn tortillas in country so everyone uses dorritos for chips. However most people use fresh ones not ones that tasted like the bag has been opened for a few weeks. A few people ordered the greek salad and it was most definitely not fresh. The cucumbers were so rubbery and translucent like they have been sitting in liquid a few days. This makes me question their food standards to serve something that wasn’t made the same day. Also do not order the Lebanese chwarma. Neither Lebanese in flavor or good. Not sure what the sauce was but both people who ordered it left it after two bites. What was decent was the BBQ (mechawie) and pizza. We had three kinds of grilled meat dishes and two kinds of pizza and all were good. Nothing special but good. Atmosphere: This is rooftop seating that is enclosed in glads building and air conditioning. After a 4 hour tour of the market it was just what our group needed to rest and relax. The views, decor and plants were great. Service: We were there for lunch and noticed the servers quickly became overwhelmed when the restaurant was full. Once they had our orders they forgot about us. Never checked in on us or asked us how our food was. We had to go flag them down for a new round of drinks. Prices were expensive. This was our more expensive meal even with their “happy hour” specials. There are a lot of rooftop places out there and I regret eating here. Votre Table is just 10 feet from here and had way higher quality food, better service, half the prices and a lovely rooftop as well.

I cannot say enough about this place. Fantastic drinks crafted with care, delicious local cuisine, and the view bien sûr! But the warmth of the staff is what makes this spot so special. Soufiane et Saber as the hosts, and Rokia, Faycal and Seydou to chat with and who take care of me as if I am an old friend. Thank you for making me feel at home, so far from home!

Very fun experience with dance and music! Beautiful ambience, the terrace is the best. The attention could be better and it’s more expensive than the other places. One of the few places that serve alcohol

Food: I had Pizza 4 cheese, which was really good especially the crust. Service: - Took way too long before serving; from we were seated it took 15 minutes with no attention (not even to ask us about drink order) before I had to walk over to them to get their attention. They did not look out for our table even when I tried using hand gestures to indicate we were ready for order. - Same happened when we wanted to pay; none of the workers there were looking for any indication or hand gesture. After trying to get a hold of them for 10 minutes, I had to stand up and chase them to get their attention. - When I went to pay I asked to pay with card, because I saw they had a card terminal. The old guy I approached asked multiple times for cash payment, in either dirham, dollar or euro, and I repeatedly said I wanted to pay with card. Eventually he grabbed the terminal, and then ask me for service on top of the pay, which I obviously did not add. He didn't make much fuss about it after he realize he weren't getting service. Atmosphere: - Music was way too loud; to the point of being headache inducing. I asked one of the waitresses if they could turn it down, but she never did. - The top floor is said to be a terasse, but it is not really. The whole floor is enclosed in windows on all sides and a roof, which was not very nice when smoking there is allowed (a guy right behind me were smoking heavily, greatly ruining atmosphere). - Menu is QR-code only (not a problem, but would prefer physical)

The vibes were everything! The staff wow! The service was exceptional, although they were busy, our waiter made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Now the issue I had is that we booked for 7pm hoping we'd see the sunset about 8.30pm. Not realising that the terrace was enclosed....by glass... you can imagine the greenhouse effect, especially felt when you have to go up 3 flights of steep steps to get there, but to be honest that wasn't too bad at that time, but I cant imagine what it's like any earlier, so just be aware of that. Having said that, it was fantastic once the sun had set, we could see people suffering from the wind and cold on other terraces which were open. We were so cosy it was great! Another thing to bear in mind is people are allowed to smoke in this terrace. When we arrived there was a guy 2 tables away from us who literally smoked 3 cigarettes one after the other. Luckily he finished his food quickly and left, others were smoking but they happened to be further away so we were okay with it. I'd definitely go back just for thr vibes and the cocktails!!! I forgot to mention the cocktails, honestly the food was nice, but I'd go back for the cocktails!

We didn’t have reservations, however upon arrival they had space for us for food and drinks on the rooftop. The service was alright, we shared the cheese birouates and when we asked for pizza they said it was done for the day.

The worst place in Marrakech! The prices advertised abroad are completely different from those practiced inside. The space is closed and they allow people to smoke in the dining room and the food is very expensive and nothing special, you can eat better and cheaper in nice restaurants further away from the square.

Very solid 4-star place. I had dinner alone then met some friends for drinks. Some of the menu pricing is not accurate. They charged me for the olives and bread they brought me, which I didn’t ask for. I ordered prosecco and they brought two glasses. And it’s the most expensive restaurant I’ve seen in Marrakech so far. But the food is delicious, the place is beautiful, and the staff is accommodating and attentive. Worth a try for a nice date night!

100% the best spot in Morocco Honestly where do I start. From the moment my friend and I walked into this place, we knew it was special. The vibes were immaculate. The sun was setting, the candles were lit, the music was playing and there were multiple beautiful plants hanging from the ceiling. This rooftop bar was like something out of a movie. We sat down at a communal drinking table. Firstly, what a great and innovative idea! They have private tables for eating and then a big communal in the middle for people who just want a drink. We enjoyed some beers at the table. Don’t be fooled as the alcohol is expensive, around €7 for a bottle of Casablanca beer. Next of all, the music changed and a live performance commenced. Belly dancers came out balancing candles on top of their head! It was insane. Such a lively and exciting atmosphere. The performances really added to the overall experience. It was great. The staff were all well dressed and friendly. We went back to this spot three times. We also went for the happy hour. This was unreal seeing as alcohol is expensive in Morocco. The menu offerings were diverse and innovative. All the food was full of flavour. The aperol spritz were really good too. Over all, this place is just a special place and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience!

Lovely balcony with a nice view. Food and drinks are pricey, but also of high quality. There is an (all-day) happy hour, which makes two glasses of wine around €9. Staff could have been slightly more attentive. Nonetheless, I would recommend it for a quick drink or nice dinner.

Belly dancing, huge portions, rooftop terrace, and great food - a perfect experience. The lamb to share is huge and delicious, as are the various salads. The seafood pastela was one of my favorite dishes overall. The food is higher tier and quality, so expect price to reflect that. Wonderful views of marrakesh at any time of day, and belly dancing every night around 10pm. Come hungry, and enjoy one of the best vibes in the entire city.

These photos do not do Le Salama justice, what a location, what a view over Marrakesh. Food and drink to die for, the cocktails were fantastic. The owner Nordine was so welcoming and accommodating, make sure you visit this amazing restaurant.

Great music, food and amazing service by our waiter Saydou - Never have we ever been treated so well at any hospitality place ever! The lamb was so tender on the inside but crispy on the outside, we needed no knife just the fork was enough to enjoy the meal. If we had time to describe how great the food was at the restaurant, we wouldnt have time eating our meal. The jazz was a nice touch and you felt the manager’s presence as well looking over everything was running smoothly. We will happily come back.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Besonders Abends. Coole Musik.

Excellent evening! Fantastic view at sunset, beautifully presented restaurant. Happy hour 2 for 1 beers with lovely meatballs and bread. What more can you ask for! Cool music too, although they changed the volume control a bit too much!

It has a great vibe with glass windows. Felt a bit like it was only catering to us white folk exclusively, so that was a bit weird. But it was a welcome landing point for a nice drink to end the evening.

Decor is beautiful but there are too many staff members walking around the too floor doing nothing. Instead of making a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere they make you feel like u are in a bus station. Considering the number of people that works there, we waited for drinks way too long.

The staff and service here were amazing! They spoke perfect English and were really keen to give us knowledge about Moroccan culture which I loved. Waiter was so attentive and got us everything we needed. The food was average but the fact there was alcohol, it was happy hour (drinks 2 for 1!!) and the staff being so amazing made this a fantastic restaurant!! We went to the bar on the top floor after dinner and the atmosphere was great and there is shisha if you wish to partake too!! 😁

We went up for drinks and ended up Also sharing a chicken kabab plate. The food was good, beers cold. I would go back. Cute little spot. Too bad it did not have a view towards sunset or the square but still a nice spot

Best restaurant we’ve been to in Marrakech. Views are spectacular, there’s a big variety of foods and they also offer many drink options. The desserts were the only ones that were just okay, but besides everything was spot on!

Really nice place, attentive service, cozy interior, large alcohol selection is available. Quite expensive, but they have good deals on drinks during long happy hour (I think it starts at around 12:00).

We were a group of 5 friends going for the happy hour and that worked pretty OK. Until we order the guacamole with chips and it was microscopic for a 8 eur guacamole (literally 1 chip per person). Then we asked for the check and it was wrong, now suddenly the guacamole was 10 eur instead of 8 eur, we asked the waitress and she told us they have 2 menús and the 10eur was in the evening menu. Interesting since we took the QR code she provided. Just check your bill before paying.

Really cute and air conditioned. Not any ambience. Drinks are expensive (as expected for Marrakech). Staff were nice. Would go back again, but only for one or two drinks. (We didn’t eat).

Review is for the rooftop bar, I can't speak for the food. The rooftop is lovely and green with a nice above the market. I wonderful respite from the dust and drama of the market below. Had a cold beer while we waited for our ride.

Looked for a place that served beer, this was the only one close to the square. Happy hour, 241 was until 6:30pm, which was reasonable.. but after that the menu was very expensive. Food looked good but you're paying for the view. Service was slow and the waiters were a bit rude. It was fine, I guess we got the beer we wanted and watched the sunset in the distance.

Good food but to much tables for this roofspace and smoking was allowed. Additionally the portions were little to big. Salad marocain for starter even for two people were to much and it had about 16 pots!

Was here at my first visit to Marokko; been here for 7 days and went here 4 times because it’s so nice here!! The service is perfect and the belly dance show is a highlight for everybody in this bar. The view is perfect and everybody is so nice here. Definitely a place I would visit again if I travel to Marokko again!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The roof terrace bar has a great atmosphere with good ambient music playing. Good for alcoholic cocktails. Food very nice if expensive but the steak skewers were very tender and the chef cooked a lovely fish tagine at short notice. We went twice!

Loved this place, great atmosphere with cool music. Ate here 3 times over a weeks vist and the food was consistently really good, especially the slow cooked lamb shoulder.. Delicious. Best of all was the friendly and excellent service from the staff. They really take great care of you. Look forward to visit again when we return.

We went for a dinner with my partner and it was an amazing food experience. Waitresses were so friendly and helpful, they did a great presentation, the place is super nice and well decorated. Food was very goodquality and good prepared. The best place for a dinner in Medina - Very tasty and delicious. They have super great house music with amazing shisha!! Will definitely come back!

I like the place for their enclosed roof-top decoration, drinks are all-day HH buy one get one free. The food was pretty good; the price is definitely North American standard. So think before you go. I spent €50 for 4 small glasses of red wines, two local beers, one lava cake and one lamb skewer dish
