Went to this hotel with the whole family!The hotel is beautiful and safe. It is also well located near the train station and supermarkets !! The staff were super welcoming and sweet. Always there to answer our questions and guide us. The rooms are clean, the balconies are a must to have!!! The breakfast is delicious. The security and doorman helps you alot with the taxis. I will be going back for sure!!

Wifi not working, smell of dirty feet in the room. Breakfast was decent. Bed had clean sheets. Edit after two more Hotels: it was the best breakfast we had so far

Nice sheets, decently new upholstery, breakfast was good. Nice bathroom with everything working and free shampoos and body wash Cons: someone was smoking in room(s) near mine and my whole room was filled with cigarette smoke for most of my stay. Also, they told me breakfast was free from 7-10 am. when I went in, they gladly served me breakfast, then the next morning they gave me a bill because they said it was only fe the day after you check in. I was never told that but they still charged me. Also, wifi was good but at times really slow. I would give it three stars except for the smoke in my room was almost unbearable

The hotel is okay for 3 stars, the rooms and service reflect that, but it is a bit overpriced by Casablanca standards. Pros: - if you like being able to find a taxi right away, this hotel is right in front of the train station so you’ll have no problem. - if you like going to cafes/restaurants, there are plenty nearby. Cons: - as mentioned, the price. - I stayed in a basic room with 2 single beds and it was quite small, the AC didn’t work, however the bathroom was nice. - no landmarks nearby, need to take a taxi to get there. - right next to a busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise Overall, this hotel deserves 3-stars.

Pros: convenient location that is a 5 min walk to Casa Voyagers train station. A great location to catch a Careem or cab (remember you have to haggle for a reasonable taxi price). Lots of little restaurants nearby and pharmacy is located next door. My shower always has hot water the and housekeeping staff of wonderful My bed was comfortable. Cons: Rooms are just okay- small and dated. The restaurant has mediocre food for the price they charge. I paid for my room online in full before arriving at the hotel. The male staff members attempted to con me out of money. I had to demand my change and receipt back from them and get another staff member involved to do so. I can take the train to the airport- the male receptionist attempted to trap me into a taxi scam. Be very alert when processing financial transactions with this hotel.

Centrally located hotel ideal for short stay tourists and business travellers, located opposite main train station as well as tram stops. Also nearby are bureau de change stores, tea shops as well as restaurants, ideal for a late evening arrival in Casablanca.

A great price, a late check in made our lives easier after a cancellation. A great greating from the staff and a good price. Located right beside the train station.

Very noisy rooms facing the streets (you can hear cars all night long since the windows are not sound proof). A/C was not proper lying working (we had to call and ask for someone to take a look). Showers had low water pressure and often had no hot water.

Good hotel, clean, helpful staff. Proximity to multiple cafes and shops was a plus. Breakfast was delicious, with many options.

The aircondition don't work and the reception don't care to help. They rent me last room very late in the evening after been flying all night. They know the aircondition don't work. And I'm waking up 07.00 with sun directly on with a temperature on 40 degrees in side. For 2 hours nothing have happen and I have had a unpleassant first night in morooco.

This is the worst place to stay. The rooms are noisy no sound proofing. Ac doesn’t work. The water is really dirty. The room is dark .. cheap really cheap and dirty

Hotel well located. Day staff speak English, not so night staff. Room was small, no fridge or kettle but clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic (cereal, bread, fruit, eggs, stir fried vegetables) but option for cold and hot. Bread baked as you watched and tasted great. Breakfast staff most obliging. But ….. one is here to explore and the location is what is important.

Hotel had small rooms which were dated. Bathroom could do with an update and good clean, especially the shower door/curtain. Comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast offering. Good location for access to train station, but a bit further away from the sites of Casablanca. Good option if you want a cheap and basic stay, but I wouldn't visit again.

The worst hotel I have ever been. There was serious problem to open the door with hotel card. The air condition didn’t work. There wasn’t bottle opener in the hotel. Moreover the staff was unpleasant to help. One star for good, it was excellent.

Friendly staff. Room ok : comfy bed but bathroom wasn't super clean at arrival. Breakfast is very basic and low cost. In front of the train station and the tramway.

Nothing really much to stay in other than it is an average hotel. The positive is how close it is to the train station - which was the main intention for me and my wife. It is extremely noisy outside, however, so the higher your room the better. The service was good, the fella at the front was nice and upgraded us to a suite (although it did not really feel like a suite but still it was a nice upgrade). The breakfast however was pretty good!

Very basic, not fancy but clean. Staff was friendly. Close to city wide tram and train station. No issues going back now that I know the city better.

It is basic. And that’s what I was looking for. Next to train, quick food and about 30 min walk to the hot spots. It was fine. The restaurant is cool. Waiter at the restaurant was a cool dude. Stayed 5 days and I was fine.

Superb the room spacious modern clean bathroom with good complimentary toiletries. Breakfast let them down. Buffet not replenished . Pstries not great and cold no yoghurt.

This is a big beautiful hotel. Rooms could be a little bit cleaner but it wasn't too terrible. Other than that the rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.
