This place is just amazing! Rooms are new but has not two separate beds, beds are super comfortable, shower is great. The rooms to the tram side are a bit noisy but we slept great. And you can get to meny places using the tram. Walking distance to thr rail station, walking distance to the centre. Staff was also nice. In the first floor you cant stanf the noisy from a disco

The hotel has no frills. However, the service is outstanding. I had the pleasure to speak with Soumia and she went above and beyond her service. The staff is respectful and helpful. The rooms are small and clean and they offered free breakfast. I think it was remodeled. There's is a small food store that was convenient to us that arrived without luggage.

Good proper hotel. The wifi wasn't working that good unfortunately, and they had no place to stow the luggage. Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms!

I arrived in Casablanca and the money was debited well before my arrival. I couldn't get to the entrance. The tax driver and I tried to reach the hotel in vain. I had to rent another hotel. I made a claim on booking. Booking says they can't do anything.

420 friendly rooms. Comfortable bed. Good for a one night layover. 10 min walk to casa voyegeors. (I’m probably spelling it wrong) Somewhat Far from food and shops. I would stay again

The hotel reception is the dining room, no lobby which is weird for me. In my opinion It's good if you are going to stay for one night. The room is small and tide. The cushions are very old and uncomfortable. The good thing at the beginning they gave us a room in 7th floor " dirty with no air conditioning and no bathroom light, cigarettes smell is everywhere in that room" I asked the receptionist to change the room and she did. The location is great and getting busy afternoon. Anyway I'll not come back, it's expensive compared to what you get.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay with this hotel for four nights. The front desk staff is top notch, especially Soumie, who made sure we had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay, even when my French was terrible. The breakfast is fine. Bread, pastries, potatoes and eggs. The coffee machine makes instant espresso drinks which is nice. The WiFi in the rooms is a little iffy at times, but if you need to do anything that requires a strong connection, there is plenty of strong WiFi in the lobby 24/7. The security out front is alert and helpful. We had an extended conversation with a taxi driver as we were getting out of the car and the guard came over to check that everything was okay. The location is near a tramway, grocery, and several restaurants. It is a bit far from sightseeing activities, however, so be prepared to walk or take public transportation if you want to visit the tourist spots. On their website, they self-describe as "a comfortable accommodation at a low price" and that's exactly what it is. Unless you're looking for luxurious, I'd say this is a fine stay for a visit to Casablanca. The photo attached is from as we were leaving and before housekeeping came for the day.

I stayed here twice, second time was a regret but I had prepaid in advance. Good points: - good location - next to everything - hygiene of rooms and space Points to improve: - old torn towels - very very basic rooms: missing batteries in remote, no ironing options, no hairdryer, no towel for the floor or for the hands/face. - morning staff is grumpy - asking for water seemed like a mission impossible at breakfast. - no luggage storage - no help to carry your luggage to your room Their neighbors Campanille is a better option! This is like the cheaper version of it.

For the price, it's an awesome deal. The location is good near both TGV and tram station. There is a BIM super market next to it, the staff are nice & breakfast is acceptable. I'll definitely come back to visit it again.

Super clean and nice hotel. Nice breakfast too. The television also covers huge amount of national and international programmes. The location is fairly near to Casa Voyager. It’s located in a quite dark street, but there are other hotels surrounding, so I still feel safe. Although to be fair, it’s quite expensive.

Good price and great location. My wife and I stayed here few days ago and the staff was excellent. I returned to Casablanca for an urgent matter, but the staff was not as welcoming this time around. Otherwise, I d have given five stars ;)

The building view and the area are beautiful. Other factors will be evaluated later for a more accurate point if view. So, this review will be updated after 74 hours from now supported. Update: I liked: The price, park under the building, the staff cooperation, the rooms furniture and cleanliness, the bathroom, the tv channels and the overall quietness. Absolutely recommended specially for those who are seeking safety and comfort.

The bed is ok and the room is so clean. The main problem in my room was the mobile network (Orange) that did not work. other than that, There was a machine noise that stayed the whole night. The worst thing was that the maid opened the room door at 9.30 AM while I was naked. She appologized and said that it was a room controle. I found that very inappropriate. Honestly, I liked the room but I did not like the management. I won't stay there again.

Nice and relatively clean. I spent 2 separate days here as I was flying in and out of Casablanca. The staff are friendly and speak at *least* darija, french, and English (all 4 that I interacted with). I was told that everything for breakfast would be completely out out by 6:30, so either it wasn't, or the breakfast is rather lackluster. Not sure which. The rooms are small, but clean. I think the only exception was that the floor of the second room I was in didn't look like it had been swept at all. Also, very close to the train station and tram line. Some taxi drivers are confused by it, but just tell them "Place Al Yassir" and that should get you close enough. Or walk it's like... 10 mins max. Would definitely stay here again :)

Polite and Helpful staff Stayed for a quick one night on my way to a different city, First thing I usually judge a hotel for is a bathroom and in that aspect it was wonderful, The room was newly renovated with updated bathroom , hot water, towels, soap and shampoo. CLEAN AND modern.... Was more economical option , the room was kind of small for a longer stay. BUT it is a perfect room to get some shuteye if you will be out exploring the city most of the day.

I had a good night there. The rooms are small a little. But the bed is nice. I recommend it. I had breakfast included but i didn’t wake up early to take it lol so i have no idea how it looks like.

Good location for the train station, good value for money. Small rooms, but very clean and neat, modern, good wifi. Breakfast was OK, included in price.

For a basic accomdation requirement it is excellent experience. It is a clean premises and the working team are very friendly and helpful always support with a smile. Only the breakfast needs a slight improve even if they will increase the price no problem. Generally it was very good.

Fantastic place

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. when i arrived at the hotel it took me 4 hours be assigned to my room. the room was very smilly & dirty and the rabish was every where at the corridor. the staff was very rude and unprofessional.the shower was not working and the breakfast was horrible. this hotel is below ZERO star hotel and i will never recomand it to anyone

It took me time to find it as it's not in the main street. Employees were nice. Room was clean though small. In my booking, breakfast was included. Yep, I had a good time after a very long trip. Nice experience.
