👍👍 Images from the Mardasson Memorial. Honoring the memory of American soldiers who were wounded or killed in the Battle of the Bulge. We should never forget.The museum was closed, but this monument brought tears to my sarcastic, cynical eyes. A great way to end our trip.

👍👍 Amazing place, full of emotions and memories. The road to it is very narrow and the parking places only a few, but it worths doing it. Fantastic idea with a tree for every fallen soldier.

😠 Absolute shame that our boys fought and died here so that the Bastogne War Museum could make money off entry to the grounds. Free and open for 78 years until now. Truly shameful.

😠 A disgrace commune de Bastogne! Asking money for this historical site? Should be open to all. I understand the cameras and maybe.the fence to protect the site. But an entrance fee leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Shame on you…

👍👍 Es ist einfach nur beeindruckend. Auf den Spuren der Alliierten zu gehen und Punkt um Punkt zu erkunden. Ich hatte sogar eine schöne Begegnung mit einem einheimischen, der mir etwas erzählte, zeigte und bisschen begleitet hat. Man muss sich die Zeit nehmen und all das erblickte auf sich wirken lasse...
