😐 We spent the day with family. It was an extremely sunny day, as hot as 43 C. Burning hot. The food we ordered was fine. The premises is big enough but there’s not much shade. The pool was very dirty and it was almost dark blue. A bit overpriced for the quality of service and type of food they offer.

😠 When I arrived and ordered 4 pizzas to go, they told me 20-30 minutes. The pizza came out 1 hour and 5 minutes later while I had a very hungry family of 9 waiting at the hotel.
Once we were finally able to eat, the pizza was mediocre at best.

The first 2 days in the jungle were not at all up to par! Apart from spending the night inside the jungle, which we requested as per the possibilities given by the agency, we were not given any information about plants/animals/etc... our guide (Ron) seemed more listless...
