Best places: Scenic spots in Halifax, Canada

👍👍 Absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip. The light house and town are serene. We were there at dusk. It couldn't have been more beautiful.

Sandstone caves shaped by the Bay of Fundy, reached by trails over the ocean floor during low tide.

👍👍 Wentworth Falls is located in Wentworth Valley off the Provincial HWY 4 just 16 km north from Tunnel Brook Cave on the same side. It can be easily navigated on google maps. There are rocks west side of the road where you can enter for the fall. A minute of beautiful walk under the canopies of trees...

👍👍 We saw this from Cavendish Beach just south ...I think...so we walked over and checked it out. Very glad we did. Easy access and spectacular formations not to mention the view. As it turns out you also never know what sea life may come up for a visit.

👍👍 The trail is short … going down to the falls is manageable but the journey back up isn’t for the unfit like myself. The falls was worth it tho 💯! Great for swimming altho the water was freezing cold. There are also a few diving spots. Very clear and refreshing water.

👍👍 While vacationing in nearby Kiersteadville on the Belleisle Bay we made a short trip to Henderson Falls and found it to be quite lovely. Easily accessible and very picturesque. Though the water was cold it was pristine and clear. Watch out for leaches :/

👍👍 This was our favorite place on PEI, nice people, fantastic location, the room was very comfortable and pretty. The breakfast was amazing.
