Best places: Ice cream shops in Cartagena, Colombia

😠 Not sure why they need 6 employees on shift to stand around and do nothing. All they did was roll their eyes and talk trash whenever we asked them to serve us some ice cream (a.k.a. do their job?). Strange that this place is so popular when the staff are rude and the ice cream is below average. 👎👎...

😐 2.5 stars! Honestly ice creams are not delicious at all. I tried several flavors then I had to pick something and I tried lemon. People are nice there but it’s not worth it. Sorry

👍👍 This place was very accommodating. I speak very little Spanish and they were able to help me order exactly what I wanted. The pizza was great, thin crispy crust with great flavor. I was able to pay in person with a card and had them deliver this to my hotel 20 minutes later.

👍 If the servers were only helpful and friendly I would give this restaurant five stars. The servers seem to have an attitude and an air of snootiness. Not acceptable. The food is well presented but it does take a while to get it. My Poblano crepe was quite acceptable. The mushroom crepe was super yum...

😠 Service is slow, but is almost normal in Cartagena. You have to help them along during your visit. Asking to order, asking for bread, asking for the check, and do not expect them to check on you. But they are quick to add the tip in the check.
