👍👍 I went twice, during the night and day. Great opportunity to take memorable photos of our visit to cartegena. There's no fee to go and take pictures. Only fee is transportation to the sign if you're not staying close. Many people walk others arrive via tours.

👍👍 Very nice place which you should visit, a spectacular view but it would be very good if it were in the morning or afternoon hours. At midday the temperature tends to be very strong.
