😠 I went there 7 days ago and got 170 euros for 200 dollars. Today I changed 500 dollars and only got 440 euros, even though the girl told me the exchanges rates are the same than before. Not going back here.

😠 Absolutely disgusting. Ridiculously high fees and poor exchange rate. I exchanged $100 AUD and in return only received €53.50. Poor exchange rate topped with a €4.00 fee. Will never visit again and would encourage everyone to stay away.

😠 I was charged high additional fees when picking up US dollars, even though I paid normally with my debit card. My bank confirmed that the fee was not from them, but from the travel bank. However, the travel bank denied it for weeks and I never received a refund.
