😠 שירות ביזיוני ! נתחיל מזה שהייתי 3 פעמים בסניף ובכל פעם שדיברתי עם בנות הקבלה, עשו לי טובה שדיברו איתי. חוסר סבלנות, טון מגעיל. הזמנתי 2 פריטים שלא נמצאים במלאי. התקשרו אליי שההזמנה הגיעה, בסוף הסתבר שזה רק פריט אחד, סתם לטרטר. הפריט השני לא הגיע, אחרי כבר 7 ימי עסקים שהתחייבו אליהם כי לטענתם ערבי ח...

😠 חברה דוחה. אין מענה במספרי הטלפון של החנויות (איזור צפון) אין שירות לקוחות נורמאלי - אין קשר בין הכתוב באתר למציאות במלאי החברה בפועל. בנוסף המתנה של 10 דק !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! לנציגת שירות מכירות (!) לא לקוחות, שלא פתרה את הבעיה ולטענתה לגיטימי שאין מענה בחנויות וכדי לברר מלאי עלי ללכת אליהן פיז...
